My name is Rick Osborne (rickosborne.org) and I am a Course Director at Full Sail University (fullsail.edu) in Orlando, FL. I teach courses in the Web Design & Development BS program, but am also involved in research into mobile development.

Seeking skilled android application developer who is interested in partnering with a pilot to create an android based aviation test preperation app to be sold on the android market. Our target consumers would be the over 26,000 student pilots who test to become private pilots each year. Additionally, this project could expand into multiple apps covering other aviation subject areas. I'd provide the aviation expertise and you'd provide the programming expertise with a 50/50 revenue sharing basis. As a pilot, I know this idea will definitely sell apps and there is currently nothing on the Android Market that meets this need.
