Call Waiting cuts off current call - Nexus One General

I have a Nexus One. Since the day I bought it I noticed that incoming calls will mute my current call and silence it. So I can't hear or talk but the call does not disconnect.
My phone has been stock since I got it but last night I installed Cyanogen Mod 5.0.5.3 and the error is still occurring.
Any ideas on how to fix this or where to find a solution. I've called Google Nexus One support and T-Mobile. They installed a new SIM card which didn't help.

Incoming call issue

I am having a issue where someone will call me and for them it will ring till voicemail, but the call wont register on my phone that it recieves a call, so the person will have to call me a couple of times to finally have my phone register the call.
I am curious if this is a issue with tmobile or just my phone. It doesnt happen all the time, but when it does its kind of annoying. And its been happening on multiple builds, be it desire, miui, or gingerbread. I am not sure if there is a possible fix for this or not, but if anyone else has this issue feedback would be awsome
bump bump
if you are using a sense rom maybe you turned on "blocked callers"?
right now i am using a miui rom. and block callers would still register on my phone, it would just take a few tries so it wouldnt be a blocked caller

Phone call speaker stopped working

So I've been using custom ROMs for this phone since a week after I got it and have never had any problems with my main calling speaker until this morning. I woke up when I got a call from work and when I answered I heard nothing. I figured since I have terrible reception where I live all the time that I just needed to give the phone a second to find a network signal, but I actually had 3 signal bars. So I called back and same thing happened, the call connected, but I couldn't hear anything. At one point I hit my speaker phone button on accident and I could hear my boss asking me to come in early. So later I checked my voicemail so the notification would go away and I couldn't hear anything until I switched it to speaker phone.
tl;dr version: this morning my main phone speaker stopped working and I can't figure out why. Wondering if anyone cab suggest a fix or if they've had it happen to them. I've been on Joker's 0.7.0.0 special for about a week now and haven't had problems til this morning. Any help or info is greatly appreciated.

[Q] The microphone and the speaker mute on phonecalls

First of all, my phone has root access and its unlocked using the bootloader method(I boughted like this a week ago).
The first 4 days the phone worked perfectly, but now im having this trouble:
When i make phone calls or i recieve phone calls, the microphone and the speaker mutes.
For example, if i call Jhon he receives my phonecall, but he can not hear me and i can not hear him. Also i can not hear the first tones if im making the phone call and waiting the other person to answer.
If i make a hard reset, everything starts working fine again. But after a few hours this malfunction comes back.
I changed my sim card, but nothing changed.
I think this might be a ROM's bug.
What do you think?

[Q] Call Volume So Low Almost Inaudible. Reboot usually fixes it.

Thanks to a Turkey Day special, I got my new Samsung Galaxy S5 free and have been enjoying it immensely. However, about a week ago, I started to have a problem making/receiving calls. The volume on calls (speakerphone & earpiece) was so low it was almost inaudible. Lowering/raising volume and even adding extra volume feature on calls failed to make the call any louder. The only thing that works is rebooting the phone. I am running the latest NI2 update and want to know if anyone else has this problem. Is it a bad phone? Do I need to replace it?
Also, for some reason I can't send/receive text messages to one contact on my contact list, wondering if it's a problem on my end or his.

Call ringtone playing for SMS and won't stop!

Hello friends! I really hope someone can help me with this issue. My mother has my old Samsung Note 3. For the last couple of weeks anytime she gets a text message the message notification tone plays but so does her incoming call ringtone. On top of that, the call ringtone won't stop playing. We can put the phone on silent but the ringtone won't actually stop until she restarts the phone.
A little background: I had the phone maybe a year before the note 4 came out and I immediately upgraded so she's had the phone I guess maybe two years. My phone was on Verizon. My mom has T-Mobile prepaid service. We've never had any problems until this. Well because she has prepaid she uses a Wi-Fi texting app called TextPlus or something like that. Again never any problems until a couple weeks ago. I asked her if she updated anything, I've checked all of her settings in the phone and the app. I even set the call ringtone to silent and sent a text and it still did it. It's not so much the ringtone as it is that it won't stop. We've even left it sitting for over an hour and it was still ringing.
What can I do to try to fix this? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!
