Hi I have just upgraded to this rom from the basic preinstalled one. I want to find the add on cabs mentioned for the rom but I cant find links anywhere on here and on http://www.duttythroy.net when i go to download no files ever show up, what am I doing wrong? (specifically I want Dutty's Enable Manila landscape and Dutty's Flip it Application)

Why not just go to Duttys V3.7 thread and go to bottom download on post#6 and download it. Simple as that. Alternatively as jake_tenfloors stated above sign up to his website and download from there. Membership is free on his site.
If you have downloaded correct rom and installed it your splash screen should say the following:

D 1.59.Dutty

A small and basic guide on flashing RADIO and RIL
Code:
[B]How to flash radio?[/B]
1. Go to bootloader menu
2. Copy radio.img into folder where your fastboot.exe exists
3. Go to command prompt
4. Use command "fastboot flash radio radio.img"
5. Wait till process is finished and
6. Reboot your phone
[B]How to flash RIL?[/B]
1. Copy RIL zip on your sdcard
2. Go to recovery menu
3. Flash like a normal zip
Warning! RIL should be flashed only on sense based ROMs. You might encounter issues if flashed on AOSP ROMs.
About radio 12.65.60.29_26.14.04.28_M:
My singnal strength now never goes down below 4 when I am on 2G and better than before when on 3G (tested on AT&T). WI-FI reception is similar as in previous radio. Battery life is exactly similar as in last radio (12.62.60.27_26.13.04.19_M). Make sure you flash matching RIL to achieve the best result. Some ppl reported WI-FI reception was better with this radio.
About radio 12.62.60.27_26.13.04.19_M:
Best signal strength so far. I felt better and consistent data download speed both on 2G and 3G network. WI-FI reception more or less similar as of previous radio. Great battery saver, I found my battery lasts longest on this radio. For me this radio is best out of all the past radio released, keeper for me.
About radio 12.59.60.26U_26.11.04.21_M:
With this radio I found better 3G+GPRS speed. Battery consumption was less in comparison of 12.56.60.25U_26.10.04.03_M but signal strength was relatively better in radio 12.56.60.25U_26.10.04.03_M (negligible difference). Rest are more or less similar as in radio 12.56.60.25U_26.10.04.03_M.
About radio 12.56.60.25U_26.10.04.03_M:
With this radio I found better signal strength and better 3G+GPRS speed. Rest are more or less similar as in radio 12.54.60.25P_26.09.04.11_M2.
About radio 12.54.60.25P_26.09.04.11_M2:
New radio from 2.36.405.5 base. So far been better than last one. With last radio I had some WIFI connection discontinuity problem which is gone with this radio. Everything seems to be smooth so far. You guys test and post your reports.
About radio 12.35d.60.140fU_26.08.03.07_M:
I extracted this radio from new 2.25 leak. It works very nice on my phone and hence decided to post publically. I found better signal reception, better 2G/3G data download, better wifi reception and better GPS result. Only thing yet to test is battery life.

Maybe different Country-Versions of the DHD, still fP for me
Radio Interface Layer, the piece of software between your phone's dialer functions and it's radio. The U and P also depend on area. the U means HSDPA (or HSPA+) connectivity. It is nothing to worry about
Basically what you want is U, but as I said, it really depends on the network and country, too.

About:
RIL is a library that acts as a bridge between your device's phone functions and the radio firmware in your device's communications chip (radio). Matching radio and RIL is always a good combination when you think of signal stability and battery consumption. That is why you should flash a matching RIL when you flash a new radio. Only for Sense based ROMs (not for CM or MIUI). You DO NOT need to flash a RIL if you use a recommended radio for a ROM. You need to flash RIL again if you flash another ROM.
How to flash:
Flash in ClockworkMod like a ROM, but do not wipe anything. You have to flash the RIL again if you flash a new ROM some day.

It isn't dangerous, the files reside in the rom data in /system/ which brings me to my question, do you have to mount /system with these? I know you had to with the zips from the desire forum

And for those who are not sure for flash, this rom don't broke bootloader (NO back to nodo/stock rom needed).

Who is afraid to kill bootloader, enough for the flash install only RSPL
Really tempted to try this ROM.
Feropont, do you anticipate any problems with future OS or Vendor updates or will flashing to this ROM mean you will be stuck at MANGO ?

Can anyone of those who have flashed this rom (or the very author ) confirm that Advanced Config 1.4 beta for mango is working here? Or does it return the win 32 error on start up? The reason I'm asking is that all the previous unlocked version of mango for htc mozart (which were based on shipped roms) had problems with advanced connfig., however, at the moment I upgraded to mango from nodo by ansar and advanced config. runs perfectly... still I'm tempted to try this rom as it looks promising and I'm missing the 'add-hidden-network' feature in my upgrade...
will appreciate any report very much... and congrats on this very attractive rom
What about WiFi hotspot/internet sharring?
Will this option appear in settings when I flash this rom or I have to tweak it?

It appears, but for me doesn't work. when i try to enable it, it says: "connection not shared, there's a problem with current settings." I have T-mobile CZ (Czech Republic)
camera mods don't work too (or i don't know, where i can choose panorama or burst photo)
beside that, the rom works great and have good apps cooked in.

Advanced Config 1.4 instal ok but not working: themes are not apply.
Same for v 1.3
For internet sharing it's the same as kruger.killer:
Appear but don't work.
Also i have a bug: Connexion setup start on each reboot (and i have already apply setting some times)
And Cab sender from Xboxmod don't work.

I am on 4.6 bootloader, does this mean I can simply flash this ROM without RSPL/HSPL?

The work internet sharing also depends on the cellular operator. In stock ROM_Shipped 5.01 has some new drivers for running internet sharing but unfortunately not all, part I moved from the HTC radar. In many ways, this is future. To further complete the activation tethering I need that service would be launched in Russia. I hope this will be accomplished with the advent of devices on the market of second generation HTC Titan & Radar. Start Connection Setup on reboot necessary to launch and configure internet sharing. Sorry if it interferes with in the next version ROM i can remove autostart Connection Setup. Ability to install cab modification and customization OS purposefully disabled In order to avoid destruction of important system files inexperienced users. Everything is done for the stable work
Panoramic and continuous shooting is only active in the Russian localization, but do not remove, I am further work with the camera, I need it for further tests.

In any case do not do it!!! You will first need to roll back to the early version stock ROM_Shipped their region with suitable bootloader 1.25-1.32, then install RSPL\HSPL and act on instructions.

Try to download 7004 compatible with your Mozart and flash it --> HSPL --> flash this custom Rom --> If you want the lastest Radio firmware, you can go to my Radio thread.
