MDA Touch ELF0300 stuck in bootloader

My problem is, my htc touch elfin? (mda touch elf0300) stuck in bootloader-mode. Is there any Solution to get it working ?.
IPL : 2.26.0002
SPL: 2.26.0000
ELF0300
After 2 % crashed the rom update. I can´t the uspl until again because, the device wont connects to active sync.

Stuck on bootloader screen none of the usual reset options seem to work and doesn't show up when plugged in to usb port

HTC Arte100 Rom Needed

I Have HTC Arte100 Start up Hang Only 02 Displayed And I Also Tried To Hard reset My Device Reset Complete But Same Problem.
I Have Two ( RUU_Artemis_O2_UK_3.4.206.2_4.1.13.28_02.67.90_Ship and Another One ) Rom For Artemis and I Tried With This Rom Show Invalid Vendor ID
Now I Need Another 100% ROM PLS help me

Need help with flashing XDA ORBIT 1

I've tried to flash many roms, but gotten error at 3-5%.
Screen on my pda goes black and pda resstarting...
Please someone can explain, how to flash step by step, and what is reason for error?
When i switch it on I see:
ipl 3.04.0001
spl 3.04.0000
gsm 03.06.90
os 3.4.0.0
win: 6.0 by ferfecir

Now i done I don't know what!
When i go into hardreset, after, i see only IPL and SPL versions without GSM and OS. I do hardreset, cos I can't switch on by POWER button!
Please can someone help me to unlock SPL and reflash normally ROM?
All image files which i've tried to flash trough BOOTLOADER USB mode getting error on 3 - 79%...

Your SPL is below 4, so you cannot flash the phone. Your only option might be searching for and doing a "Goldcard".

My Gene (older Gene) had this configuration:
ONBL 1.11.0000
SPL 1.10.Olip
It worked very well with WM6.5
But when I downloaded the orefkov spl to unlock it will not turn over and just enter bootloader mode
Now this:
ONBL: 1.11.0000
SPL: 1.07.Oref
Please help me, I do not know what to do

I redid all the method described by Orefkov
I tried several roms, but when it comes time to write the rom on the device, is at 0% and the RUU gives error 300
I do not know what else to do.
This happened after I try to unlock CID.
Somebody help me, please, this phone is not mine.

I also tried the method to make it boot from the SD CARD, but I could not make it work, maybe cuz this is the old gene.
