I got the new sony ericsson x2 and i need to install voice commande on it, i got it from diffrent sites but it's install fine but i can't finde wher to asign the buttons for it and i find it in the SITTING > PERSONAL > VOICE COMMANDE> and insid only what to do with the voice commande but how can i assign the button this what i need, and if u can upload new verrsion for it.
it's windows mobile 6.5 by the way.

Would anyone be so nice to post their keybddr.dll (its located in the windows dir of the device - via Explore Device it should be easyly found, make sure you can see hidden files)
I lost my in the process of trying to remap my buttons and don't feel like a hard-reset yet :wink:

sorry dude, i tried to copy it but it won't let me do it via resco.... tried from mobile device but it won't show the file.. even tho show hidden files is on

Dude, did you try via your regular desktop. This computer > mobile device > etc works for me, but I don't have the original file (only the one corupted by yours truely. Sorry to be a drag, but could you try again.. thnx

as for the file i have tried to go to My Computer > Mobile Device > Windows but with no luck... it can't be viewed from the PC and i can see it if i use resco...
in resco i have tried to rename the file and copy it but says file can't be copied..
look at the attached file .. i can't find the file you want

and very strange that i can't view the file using windows... tho the option of showing all hidden files is checked...

Could you please upload the keybddr.dll, I also don't have it but someone at Howard Forum's made me believe I need this file so i can map the button of my wired headset.

You can't copy the file of the device because its in ROM.
The OS prevents files in ROM from being copied from the device because of something called XIP that is used.

i've a problem for my S100-Jam-Magician smartphone.
The Bluetooth doesn't work...
i tried before to connect a my friend's phone via bluetooth, the magician recognize the phone (i can read the name of the phone in the bluetooth settings) but the communication doesn't work.
i cant't upgrade the phone on clubuimate, (i don't have the time to explain) so i'm here.
now i've bought this GPS receiver (Sirf STAR III) http://www.handnav.co.uk/product_details.php?id=228
and i've installed the tomtom navigator 5 software (it works) with italian Map.
as for the phone The Magician relevate the name of the receiver, but it doesn't work, there are problems and the bluetooth connection go down automatically. (i've tried normal ways e all normal settings combination - port 4 , 5 , but nothing-9

Login to be able to download.
Find yourself a rom on the ftp, either shipped-rom (.exe) or image file (.nb1) and give me signal what you've chosen. I'll send you the instructions for the necessary steps.

Before upgrading your Magician, You should test your bt GPS connection with an other little GPS software like cemonitor ( download link--> http://www.gpspassion.com/fr/download.asp?dl=1 )
Try to find your BT GPS com Port normally is com 5. If not I give you a little soft that map the com5 automatically at start. It is "tomtom5patch.exe" that must be on your "\windows\Startup\" folder.
SoftReset your Magician after this install.
In CEmonitor, set the com 5 and look if your GPS communicate.
I forgot to tell you to set the BT GPS on the windows settings, with the correct password. You probably made it before.
Try it and ask again...

the first patch is good but doesn't resolve my problem
that damned write in spanish continues to appaer when i try to make bluetooth work and bluetooth shut down.

i think i have installed a wrong or damnaged software on the PDA in the past that has ruined something...

There's a 1.12ITA shipped-rom on the ftp under magacian. This is the safest upgrade.
- make a backup of every piece of data you want to keep, especially contacts, calendar, tasks. Everything will be lost & programs need to be reibstalled
- synchronize with outlook via Act.Sync
- Download the ITA1.12 shipped-rom
- execute the downloaded file
- follow instructions on your PC & watch the progress on the magician as well
- when finished, you'll be asked to hard-reset
- hard-reset & enjoy the upgraded magician
- synchronize the outlook data
- reinstall your programs
That's it.

Hi,that message(desligue o modo de....)compare from a few time on my magician.The rom is the same from 8 month,and the messagge compare from 1 month.The only things that I change are the 2 giga sandisk,and I installed 3 different navigator on my device.I don't think the problem comes from rom(1.12 ita),maybe from sd or other navigator?
hello i tried to install voice command 1.5 and after installation, when it try to open it say error try to close and re-open voice command
- it automaticly install itself on the windows button

Voice command 1.5 is not compatible with Herald's WM5 build. Use version 1.6 and remap your buttons as needed (start > settings > buttons).

hi, forgive for my english.
you don't need any option for your camera.. you have a sp3 (alias typhoon).. you only need to install the appropriate file.cab (HTC.IA.Camera.0.3.megapixel.cab).
copy the file in the device and then launch the installation with a click on the .cab file.
Maybe this can be helpful.

I have seen over the internet some screenshots of Windows Mobile 6.5 very close from Zune "desktop", but in the chineses site´s, the "desktop" from those called as Windows Mobile 6.5 is the same of the 6.1.
The 6.5 is really close to the Zune? Anyone has one like this?

The ROM is in the attachment. Please download and copy to your memory (only one ROM in memory) and put the memory in the phone.
At last, press three buttons at the same time:
1) The green button (calling out, it is at the left in the bottom of the phone)
2)The round button (it is in the middle of the green button and red button )
3)The power button (it is on the top of the phone. This button can turn on and off of the phone)
OR
1)The call in/ out button(left button)
2)The end call button(right button)
3)The power button (it is on the top of the phone. This button can turn on and off of the phone)
Please remember: you must press three buttons at the same time.
