wizard stuck in bootloader after failed radio upgrade.help! - 8125, K-JAM, P4300, MDA Vario General

it's a G4 device and it has HARDSPL on it. I succesfully flashesed several roms and I wanted to update the radio rom. I flashed the Radio 2.71.11 witn the RUU 2.5.2 and it stucked for about 15-20 min. On the computer it was at 72% and on the mobile was at 70%, I disconected the cable and I wanted to try with another radio. What can I do now? Now it enters in bootloader and when I try to update the radio again it gives the 264 error connection.

now it works, I installed active sync again and now the radio upgrade ended well

Unable to flash new ROMs on Blackstone

Hi,
I am running Miri_WM65_21501_V8.2_Premium with hardSPL 1.56 and have been trying to flash Miri_WM65_21222_V10.0_Premium. When I try and flash using the SD card the bootloader starts ok and "Loading..." appears on the screen but no progress is made.
When I try flashing via the PC the progress bar appears but never gets past 0%, eventually the process times out and I remove the battery and can reboot the phone fine.
I have tried various different ROMs, including the 8.2 version that I am running and the latest ROM from Dutty and get the same result everytime. Other than the ROM upgrade issue the phone is working fine.
Any help appreciated

What does your bootloader say? SPL-1.56.OliNex?
Sorry, my mistake on the SPL version it is 1.54
The bootloader says:
SPL-1.54.0000
MicroP-BlackStone (LED) v6
I upgraded from 1.14 a couple of weeks ago for the Miri ROM.

If your bootloader says 1.54.0000 you haven't got HSPL or USPL installed on phone.
All you need to do is either flash HSPL or USPL before flashing new rom

[Q] How to go back from cyanogenmod 6.1 to Original ROM, recovery and SPL?

Hello, I want to unistall the eng SPL, the custom cyanogenmod recovery and ROM and the updated radio that I installed on mu HTC Hero GSM, and go back to all original HTC 2.1 Eclair unrooted.
It is possible? How can I do this?
See here : http://theunlockr.com/2009/10/03/how-to-unroot-the-htc-hero/
and do a firmware upgrade to 2.1
OR
find yourself a 2.1 RUU and do the steps in the link with this one
I have already tried that, but the programs pauses saying "waiting for bootloader" and then stops saying "USB connection problem".
The phone hangs on the bootloader screen.
I think the problem is the eng SPL, how can I revert to original SPL before trying again?
Even HTC sync doesn't see the phone
I found and installed a 1.76.0004 locked SPL, but nothing changed...
I tried to start the RUU file and thenm when the process stops on the bootloader screen, start again the proces from here, the process continues for a while, but then says the ROM is incorrect for the phone...
Ok, I finally did it, I luckily found and downloaded a 3.32.405.1 RUU installer and it worked, after repeating twice the process of updating.
Now I have all original!

[Q] Hanging on HTC Boot Screen & Failed Radio Update at 8%

I really hope I am not going to be flamed to death with my question as I have search everywhere for an answer.
This is the 1st time I have tried updating my phone to an Android ROM but I have run into a bit of a problem. I have updated the SPL on my phone to 2.08 HSPL.1
I am trying to load the Radio 2.15.50.14 but it is constantly getting stuck at 8%, I have tried running it several times now to no evail.
When I try and boot my phone it hangs on the HTC logo page, which I have read is resolved by updating the radio, but the radio will not update.
Can anybody please help me out with this as I am pulling my hair out and have spent days trying to resolve it.
Cheers

I have managed to rescue my phone by installing the latest Stock ROM from the HTC site, I have now reinstalled HardSPL and tried to reinstall radio 2.14.50.14 but on flashing this radio the phone hangs and I am back to sqaure-one. Does anybody have any idea why I cannot install the radio even though 2.08 Hspl in installed?
Cheers

Problem with using MAGLDR112

I'm having problems installing windows phone 7/Android on my HTC HD2 T-mobile USA I have SPL-2.08.HSPL but at the top it says SS-B3 when in the bootloader, my radio is 2.12
The problem is that when I try to install 'MAGLDR112' in boot loader it gives me a error and says my usb isn't connected etc . I even tried turning on the phone normally and setting it to active sync - it just brings me to the bootloader and the progress stays at 0% and eventually stops and says theres a error
I read that you must have radio 2.15 but when I try to install the radio 2.15 the same thing happens like the magldr112
Try updating your drivers on the pc. Go to bootloader and connect your phone. There should be a message on your pc if drivers are missing. And do not use magldr 1.12, install version 1.13
Also are you sure it says "2.08.hspl" and not 2.08.0000" cos hanging at 0% often means no hspl.
