There is a new SMS update...go download it...it seems to resolve the SMS problems that some of us are experiencing.

EDIT: IT WORKS!! No more LAG while loading SMS!! Could type immediately while loading a thread of 74 SMS..finally a fix tht works!

Note: This update is only applicable to ROM version is equal to 1.66.XXX.X, or lower.
This is stated on the website of HTC currently:

it's new, they remove the old one

This fix contain a new version of HTC Messaging and HTC Appointment...
Applied to 1.48 WWE (with InterWriter). Looks like this version is working much better, then before (with fix from 15.12.09).

I'm kinda exited Hoping this will be stable like all other phones.. A new function also, the number of SMS messages is shown after the name of the contact

It also seems that when you enter a contact, only a few messages is loaded. when you scroll up, it loads a few more. Maby thats the way they fixed the hang when having a lot of sms
can someone who applied the update please post the build number of the
message client? for that, go to "all messages", menu, about!

No, it is not because of this update. I checked some days before on MyPhone online messages, and every from my HD2 (sent or recived) got this " - GSM" string. But I think, that this could be because of last SMS fix. Now I sent some messeges and there is no " - GSM" on the end of this messages.

I'v just packed it with my v2 extrom from 20275 build for now
There's some new work in there folder_icons, file explorer, larger submenu's, new commManager, large start menu, more detail later give it a try and let me know how you like it,
I will Finnish tweeking the extrom and add some more cab like : office, IE6, VOIP, Chome will be a bit later, for now you could download some CABs from my 20275 extrom's
I know there's no icon view for taskmgr in settings page! but it still works fine

Edit: Flashing went smooth. All though I used tools from Xplode's WM6.5. Clearing storage took a little more(about 4min) than it usually takes(about 2min), maybe because I'm downgrading from 6.5. Customizations installed w/o troubles.
Flashed to this ROM, it's great... Waiting ExtROM tweak
Is calendar able to display multiple events? I had stopped using manilla 2D just because it used to mess up with multiple appointments in a day and cant not handle correctly events like birthdays and anniversaries taken from contacts.
Apart from the phone usage, calendar / appointments is my next prime important use of hand held device.
you said that the ExtROM was the same as the last one, does that mean that TouchFLO2D is still the same version and not the Iolite Version ?
Can I even use the Iolite Version of TouchFLO2D on the BA ?

not tryed Iolite Version myself but it should work if you use explode version

I just wanted to tell you that I love your Wm6.1 roms and I hope that you have not given up on this. This rom is stable, but I would like to see you complete it 100%, that is if still have the time. Thanks in advance and thanks for all your hard work.

Hi jadephyre just to let you know I spent all day sunday looking at this!, also sent Items is missing !!!, Haven't got a clue as to the cause Changed so many files in Kitchen IT's now screwed I need to report this build now as booting is now a problem the rom's are very slow to boot so if you can manage without deleted and sent folder for now or flash my 20275 build that's also a stable rom I'm working on another project right now so may be a week or so before I get back to this

Hi thanks it's nice to get good comments and it's also good to get bug reports too But 6.1 rom's are not much in demand right now 6.5 is in the lime light and it's cool too and if the only prob with this rom is deleted and sent folders missing then i'm happy will get back to this soon, i hope but i have a new build to finnish first

How it works
Cleaning works like this:
1) Scan the Outlook database, looking for duplicate items.

I've released v0.971 which doesn't have any new functionality, but will give a better error message and help me find the problem. Please try that if you're having problems with 0.97.

Hmm that is interesting... is your device set to default to a non-english language? Or how about you Ciopik?
Moscha and fonsie have both reported the error on a dutch rom....

My device is using original HTC P3600i WWE WM6.0 Pro Rom. My regional setting is English (Australia) and running CF3.5 and tested on CF2.0 too. I am having CooTek Touchpal v4.0 Keyboard and iContact v0.94 installed in my device too. Hope all these info will help. Thank you and very appreciated for the cool software.
Update: Uninstall iContact and tried, but no luck too.
hai for all the developer , i don't like htc mesage can any one make a rom without this apliaction and restore the microsoft message , and i didn't mean like to "disable" i mean totally to restoret and will work with sense 2.5

Miri did it.
All Xtralight version hi has doing without HTC Messaging and this usefull. I flash full version only because I wish to have MMS messages right from Camera Mode....

I created web application, that sends emails to users.
You choose, about which ROM want to be notified.
- Sense 2.1
- Sense 2.5
it is depended on hotfile directory. one link equals one category(ROM)
example:
topaz21
- device: topaz (diamond 2)
- Sense 2.1

- device: topaz (diamond 2)
- Sense 2.5
if you mark it, you will receive emails when new links shown in hotfile directory for that device.
Activation:
only two things you must do:
- enter email address
- activate email address, you will receive activation link
i finished deleting finaly
Deactivation:
link to deleting account is down under Stats - right panel
you must enter email address, which you want delete.
and confirm through deactivation link, which you receive on email
Editing:

Checking:
is not solved all good enough. checking every 20 minutes.
Fixed:
- email format is now (a-z0-9_.-) @ (a-z0-9_.-) . (a-z0-9)
- allowed more then 127 entry in account table

I have a problem with instalation official update Daylight saving time! I'm downloaded update on pc, copy to Touch2 and when I started instalation, message -> Is not valid pocket pc application!
