Hi all, maybe there is already an issue about this, but I can't find it so please be patient.
As a newbe on the Windows Mobile platform, I have a question.
Background:
For use with Geocaching I bought a second hand Ipaq HX2190b. Wasn't used at all. Including the whole lot of cables, manuals, docking station etc.
When using the Ipaq with some Geocaching Apps (Like GCzII) it wants to connect to the Internet.
But there's no connection to the Internet on the Ipaq itself, but ... I have also a Nokia E71, with a flat-rate connection on it.
Now the question:
Can I connect from the Ipaq, through the Nokia E71, to the Internet ?
And if so, how ????????
Thanks It Advance

hi community,
is there any way, to use my xda II as a wireless webcam? i want to move around freely and send live video to my laptop. via bluetooth, or anything else.
falkk
There is a program fro the Nokia 7650 series phones called remote s60, what it dose is constantley sends pictures of what is on the screen of the phone to a pc either by Ird BT or GPRS, So if you have the camera on the PC will see the images that are on the phone.
OK i know its not for the PPC series but the idea is excellent maybe some one has one the same but for us to use on our XDA2
here is a link to the nokia software

is there anyway for htc phones ?
check around in the settings if the xda see the modem profile on the cellphone when you bound then then you can do it
if not maybe the bluetooth stack on the device dont support it
if not you can look into installing the vidcomm bluetooth stack on your device
if it's avalible for that device
Hi all,
So, two devise exist. The first one is WM6 smartphone (hp iPAQ 514). The second is hp h2210. Smartphone has connection to Wi-Fi and works fine. The h2210 has only Bluetooth. Could h2210 connect to smartphone and to go to WAN via Wi-Fi?
The smartphone provides similar feature for connection BT to GPRS/EDGE not Wi-Fi. It works fine.
Could you have some ideas?
PS. Pardon for my broken English.
Hi!
As I understand networks, my problem is routing problem. So, when I will have the route program on the smartphone, the task (BT over Wi-Fi) will do!
Could you know any route program for smartphone?
Hi,

I have yet to buy a internet adapter for my Axim X51 and have not found one around the house yet. I've read multiple times on the internet that you can connect the Axim X51 to a bluetooth enabled phone and use the internet connection through there. I pair the two devices up, and when I go to 'select' services I have nothing to choose from. I can't make a new incoming/out going port on either of the for some reason.
I'm looking to find out how (if) I can set these two up so I can use internet on my Axim x51
Any help is appreciated,
Thanks
