same problem after hard reset

Hi to all. I need your help.... I have my HD, it has the original ROM and the original hardware... Of course I installed a lot of programs. Since I bought it (5 months ago) I have never had problems. 3 days ago I installed the phat notes and the key from ppcwarez... After I installed and using the program, when the device turns off after 1 minute I can't turn it ot again.- I mean, I push the power button and nothing, but If I make a soft reset the device turns on, but then again, if the screen turns off I can't turn it on...
I deleted, the program phat notes and the keygen, and then made a hard reset and installed all the buck up files I had... So, everything went fine for half a day. I used all the applications I usually do and worked fine. Yesterday night I played poker with my HD and then I sincronised it with my PC. After that, the problem started again.... The same problem, when the screen turns off, I can't turn it on, only with a soft reset... I've just made another hard reset, and everything works fine, but I don't know when the problem will come back...
anyone can help me and tell me what Can I do to check if everything is ok?
thanks in advance
Try to flash another ROM as Dutty 3.9XT, make sure your device is CID unlock before by flashing the HARDSPL with the last one, 1.56.

Black Screen, need to get contacts off phone

Hey guys, i've tried a search but nothings come up so far as how i can get my contacts off the phone.
Heres the story so maybe someone out there can help me.
Last week i put my phone to charge and realised the screen had just gone black.
I could still press the buttons and knew it worked because it still vibrated.
Took the battery out and left it overnight, in the morning put it back in and tried turning it on. Still black screen, but the phone still vibrated when i pressed buttons.
Took it to a mobile phone repair place a few days ago and they said the motherboard was gone (so i need to take it back in later and get this done).
I asked for it back hoping to be able to access the contacts off the phone but when i tried i can only get to the files (pictures, notes and music) but not the actual contacts saved on my hd.
Heres what i'm hoping to do.
Somehow get to my contacts via my computer and copy them off the phone. Since the phones screen is black, i can't install anything that requires use of the phone itself.
I've got everything i need so far except for the contacts.
Any help would greatly be appreciated!
Black Screen
If the phone still seems to be working but with no screen, you could try something like MyMobiler (http://www.mymobiler.com) which allows you to operate the phone from your PC desktop. Outside chance but maybe worth a quick try?
If you can still turn phone on, why not use Microsoft Outlook and activesync and save all your contacts, appointments, calendar entried etc this way
Hi.
I do not know if you use or not Microsoft MyPhone.
After every rom update i use MyPhone to sync the data.
After that the data is accessible on the web: contacts, photos, videos, appointments, sms, music, documents etc.
This is a great think right?
Frozen it by fridge
It will be worked some times

Hard reset question

Please excuse my ignorance...Just got the phone about a month ago. If I perform a hard reset will I be able to restore all my calendar appointments if I sync it with my PC (outlook)? I think a hard reset is in order because occassionally my phone turns off by itself and I need to turn it on to reboot. Happens a couple times a day. I haven't installed any programs on my own. Phone is identified as htc 4350 ROM 4.17.405.2. Thanks.
I should mention that when this happens the phone is in it's case. I don't think any buttons are getting pushed..Doesn't seem likely that the power button is pushed and held in..

Weird problems

I have had my g1 for 14 problem free months, and have resisted doing anything to it. Last night the phone hung up while trying to check mail, and I rebooted it. This is where it gets weird. Phone boots back up to the "rainbow" screen and doesnt respond. Call tmobile, and they have me do a hard reboot(home+end, then alt+W) and that works. I go back thru and set phone up. Only to find out everything is fine and works except for the Home and back arrow keys on front of phone(home had always worked and was used for hard reset). Now not quite sure what to do or where to go for a solution, t mobile was useless....any help would be appreciated.
well, that's strange... but i guess you should try another hard reset and then see where this turns out.
Tried another hard reset, worked fine for a while(albeit the end and back arrow still did not work)then it started to hang up and close programs while I was using them, reset again and now back to first hard reset conditions....it has to be an OS problem with phone and not hardware. Where or how can I get phone reflashed with original OS?

[Q] Cant remember password

Hi,
I got a new samsung mobile phone yesterday, and not being very clued up with phones, I managed to set a password on the phone, I cannot remember it
So when I turn the phone on it asks me for my password,
Does anyone know how to reset it back to factory defaults??
Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks
Theres two possible options that may work.
Go online and login into your Live ID account.
Under devices you should see your phone listed.
There you have options to Find, Trace, Lock and Erase your phone.
Try locking it, then leave it a couple of minutes and see if that lock code now unlocks it fully.
Turn the Phone OFF.
Then switch it ON, by holding the Power Button + Camara Button + Vol Down Buttons. You'll have the option to Format the Phone, this will reset it back to Factory Settings.
You'll have to set it up again, but at least you can use it.
