Dear Please help my PDA HTC p3400 has hanged at started up only at front screen only it is not moving further. i had done hard restet also then also not working. Please help me out .

Try to bootup without the SD card (and may be SIM), I had this problem with my Vox, the SD Card was corrupted. After formatting the SD Card, everythig became normal.

i have the same problemwith my P3400
i have made the upgrade to wm5 to wm6.1
the pda at the first time has booted and i have configured the regional time and the pen alignment until the the screen that says Setup complete, click to proceed (or something like this).
After this, it gets stuck on the windows mobile 6.1 boot screen
i have made the re-update with the same rom update.
the problem persists!
I have made with/without sd card and sim.
Now when it boots apears
ONBL 1.07.0000
SPL 1010.olip
GSM 02.84.90
OS 1.17.0.0
then changes for the wm6.1 boot screen
and stucks here

hi
assuming ur phone is just dead ie just blank screen do this
1.power off the phone remove batter and press the power button 3 secs
2.put batter back in to the phone
3.Press camera button and then power on at the same time u will get tricolor
used usb and Flash new ROM
or press camera button and do soft reset using stylus this will also give u the tricolor use USB and flash new ROM

Everything was running fine till I soft reseted the device. On soft reset it stucks at the start up screen
On boot it shows following

OS 1.17.0.0
Then it shows the windows animations and then it hangs.
This has happned to me twice.
I had installed following applications after the ROM upgrade. Does any application creating a problem
1) HTC Home (6 tab plugin)
2) S2U2,S2P,S2V
3) Quick Menu
4) Opera Mini
5) TCPMP with many codecs

Not likely, try a hard reset and see if your issue is solved

I had tried that also but not able to recover I had to burn the ROM again .
I am scared now to soft reset my gene. Never know when it will get hanged again. (pls note that it does not hang on every soft reset).
I liked the new ROM (6.1 pro Sumeet) so much. It is fast and have left enough room to add/execute other applications. I have read so many good comments about the ROM. I do not want to change it to any other version.
Please.. please try to get some solution.

Hi everybody,
I tried to free up 8MB out of 12MB of pagepool in my HTC P4350. after some months my device was hanged and I couldn't restore by hard reset. also when I tried to run the RUU via my computer by pressing camera while restarting, the boot and update process will stop on green windows mobile screen.
my ROM version is 4.17.0001
anybody can help?

are you hard spl? if you are then try flashing via the the sd card method.
I had upgraded my 4350 with HTC_P4350_WWE_4.17.405.2_4.1.13.44_02.94.90_Ship.exe by pressing camera on startup. it goes 100% complete, then restart and after white htc screen shows green win mobile, on this section the green signal LED works and the sound of keyboard open/close plays.
just let me know what is the problem and how can I use SD update methode.

Hello, I have the htc touch p3450 and i have a provlima.I installed wm6.5 but because this rom problem I had to go back to the original windows of a buckup I'd rather not do but I did well and now I press to open my cell phone caused the "smart mobility" and then goes out now what is damaged??? how can I fix it???again to put it in the bootloader to pass the windows does not recognize the computer, now what do I I???

installing the windows through run over the hd2 we force with the errors
we followed the ruu instruction and take out battery , boot the phone and connect the cabl
the file was instaling that again it error
we repeated the steps again sever times . finaly we removed the battery and when instaled on the phone again, it vibrated countinusly.
now the scene is dark and the scene of boot loader is not appeared.
we couldn't instal windows can cellphon
do you have any suggestion to fix this problem?

i was tring to install Android to my HTC HD2 Wm6.5 when it boot something happened it stop. Then it is not connect to computer and do not work Hard Reset ROM deleted Compleatly blank.
When i open device screen olnh HTC logo. No work.
How could i install any Rom?
Win65 or Android.

As mentioned by backlash, get to bootloader......
(turn on while holding vol down)
Check your HSPL is still installed.
Reflash a WM6.5 ROM..
Then follow this step by step guide.........
