Mine is out for delivery today as well. I called DHL to check if and when i have to pay VAT/customs duty but was told that DHL will send an invoice in the next two weeks, if that helps

I've not heard anything yet!
I ordered mine minutes before the anouncement ended and the status on my order still hasn't changed. I've emailed them and all I've had are automated replies so I'm not very happy.

When did you order your's?, my order went in yesterday morning at 9.00am no delevery yet?!

Got mine about an hour ago, been playing with it. Coming from htc magic it is just pure joy to use. No longer does it have data connection problems in low signal 3g areas. This really bugged me in my htc magic. Everything else about it has pretty much been discussed.
Not sure whats gonna happen with vat though. Havent been invoiced for it yet.

Still waiting on mine and it was sent yesterday.. Could be snow related I guess

Mine has been shipped, I orders on the 5th as well, iv never delt with vat loike this befor :-| normaly u get cahrged or invoiced at dalivery. Maybe as it's so new and not in the uk yet maybe Thera a "what is it worth" issue ... Maybe :-s

Ordered mine at 6.00pm on the 6th jan credit card got declined tried with another one and now it is stuck saying retry in progress even though they assured me it is all ok.
I think the shipping process is completely random!

What time did you place the order?
I think the cut off time for EST where I live is 5pm.
I ordered mine on a Friday at like 3am in the morning, got it Monday, so it was technically overnight since they do not ship on weekends.

Depends on when you ordered, there is a thread about 30 pages long a search should bring up. And yes, it really is over night as long as you ordered in time for them to process it before the daily pick up.
What time did you order it?

Also, you will get an email update, and can check the status in your google checkout, it gets updated very quickly and accurately.

Yes you should have it tomorrow.

Tomorrow would be PERFECT. My wife just had surgery, so I'll be home all day watching over her, with plenty of time to root and get acquainted with my Nexus. If it comes Wednesday, instead, I'm screwed, as I will be back at work and in meetings from 8am-5pm.

Woohoooo! I just looked at the status page on Google Checkout, but it still says "Not Yet Shipped." Should I be concerned, or is it just that it hasn't been updated properly yet to reflect the true status of the order?

Hard to say... I would think it would have been updatede by now. IIRC, not only does the order have to be placed, but the payment has to clear as well. As well, I think the actual cut off is 12 noon for a "guarantee" since FedEx typically does large pick ups like that around 3ish... they make all deliveries by 3PM, then start on their pick ups.

Yeah, just check in the morning to make sure, but I am thinking you missed the window if it hasn't updated yet. Mine updated 30 minutes after FedEx did the initial scan.

I ordere mine at 3:00pm eastern. By 8:30 am it was delivered the next day.

You guys are lucky. After it was first released we all had to pay for overnight shipping when it took 3 or 4 days. Those were some of the most painful days...

I ordered mine today, but chose ground shipment, does anybody know how many days does this take? (why ground - there is no hurry , do not want N1 there tommorow)
I ordered from from Europe and shipped to california. (the tax was 51 $ - that's a lot) And a friend will bring it to me.
I hope it will arrive in less than a week!

I sold G1 and now I went back to Windows mobile 6.1 on my old HTC p3300. Now I see that ANDROID is superior in any way. This Wmo SUCKS! Wha ta peace of SH*T!

Long time lurker here. I order the DX online on 8/10 and I'm still waiting. The VZW Web says Shipping 8/31, and I noticed someone else ordered theirs on 8/9 and received it this week even though the shipping date was 8/25 then.
I'm just wondering if there is anyone else in the same boat as me or if they were one of the lucky ones to get theirs recently.

What I was told by the Rep is they get sent out in the order purchased but the backorder date is the latest it should ship out.

The salesperson in the store and the website that day put the ship date towards the end of the month. I was plesantly suprised! Hope you get yours soon. I love it! I have been a WinMo user since 2000! and decided to jump ship and loving it.

Im not even gonna tell you how jealous I am. lol I ordered mine on the same as day you, over the phone. The rep told me that phone should be shipped out by the 31st, but I am hoping & praying I will receive it b4 then.

Ordered on the 12th... still unpatiently waiting...

Bought two via local brick and mortar store on the 11th... Nothing yet (no email from FedEx). The date I was given was the 25th. Good to know others are getting theirs, hopefully won't be long!
*Edit: Just to confirm, I was told I'd get tracking info via email from FedEx when it ships out... Did those of you that received yours get emails first? or did it just show up?

I received an email from Verizon with tracking info. I also receive an email when my bill is ready to pay. My wife didnt give VZW an email so she did not get notified.

I ordered mine on 8/13 and no word yet. I have fully resigned myself to wait to the first, but it'd be a very welcomed surprise to get it early.

I ordered mine on a Wednesday after work, and I would have had it the following Wednesday if I had been home to sign for it from Fedex...so the "two week wait period" is a little off, they're probably saying that just in case it takes a little longer than a week.

I'm really interested in the Nexus 4 and I plan on getting one.
The thing is that it says it will arrive in 6-7 weeks. I just don't quite believe that because when I ordered my Nexus 7, it says that I had to wait 3-4 weeks for delivery, and this was in the first week it came out. I ordered it on Wednesday night around 830pm, got the shipping confirmation Thursday night at around 6pmish, and it arrived on my doorstep at around 3pm friday (~45 hours from ordering to delivery, pretty good considering it was the 2nd week it came out). So, since google lied to be before, I wanted to see how long it took you guys to actually get your Nexus 4s. Just put the date or time you ordered and the date and time it arrived. I just want to see whether or not it took a couple of weeks for people to get their Nexus 4.
tl;dr: Google lied to me about how long I had to wait for shipping before, so my question is: How long did it take for you to get your Nexus 4 from order to your doorstep?
UPDATE: So I ordered it on 12/2 and I got it around 1/7, so about 36 days or 5 weeks +1 day, so it's a bit faster than the 6-7 weeks that they said it would take, fyi im in LA. (btw, n4 is hands down, THE best phone available right now, just use dropbox or something to keep stuff on the cloud and you're set. Really awesome.)
Shipping statistics: Fastest: 2-3 days. Longest: ~8 weeks. Average: 4-5 weeks
Overall shipping conclusion: I guess it depends on where you live, some received theirs in 2-3 days while others 7-8 weeks, and I think they track your isp to get your approximate location to give you the ETA on how fast the shipping would be when you first see it available, but on average, expect it to arrive in about 5 weeks

I guess you didn't follow the hot mess that was the initial ordering process... either people got it in the estimated ship time of 3 - 5 days or they had to wait about 3 weeks for it to arrive even though when they ordered it listed 3 - 5 days.
My advise, assume google isn't lying to you, from what I can tell the estimated ship time from this last round of orders ranged from 1 - 2 weeks to 6 - 7, depending on when you ordered it.

I ordered mine on the 13th and received it on the 19th.

I think it was a 3-5 week waiting period back then. It's good to see your answers.

Ordered on the 13th and received mine on the 21st. ( it was supposed to be the 20th but UPS screwed up )

Got in on the 16th, early afternoon.
Seems to be more lucky than most?

From what people have posted, it seems that the majority of people have gotten theirs in a reasonable amount of time, with the exception of FOXY ROXY, but UPS screwed that up.
Conclusion: Google lies, it's a good lie though.
I wonder if anyone really had to wait 3-5 weeks for theirs, but I guess those people haven't existed yet... since 3-5 weeks after the 13th would be this coming week? (at the earliest!)

Keep in mind, everyone who ordered before the 27th, had a 3 - 5 DAY waiting period quoted, not weeks. No one (i think) who has ordered it with a quoted time of 3-5 weeks have yet received it. Some people who got quoted 3-5 DAYS did wait 3 weeks. Like me.
Ordered it the 13th, received it the 29th. (3-5 day quote)
I did get the other one I ordered on the 13th on the 16th though. Also 3-5 quote.

Ordered on the 13th and received it on the 29th. If they say 5-6 weeks they mean it, my confirmation email originally said ships in 3-5 days but then got an email saying up to 3 weeks. It took 2 weeks and 2 days. The soonest you're going to see one if you order today is the first week of January.

I ordered mine on the 27th was quoted 2-3 weeks, hasn't shipped yet as far as I know (no tracking info, nothing), but credit card has been authorized.

Wow. So I guess those who ordered earlier in the month got theirs already and then the N4 got back-ordered and delayed shipping for everyone else. So I guess i should probably expect a 3 weekish wait if I order today.
btw. It's available again, well the 16gb one is so I got me one.

I really hope Google Play is lying, because I ordered my LG Nexus 4 during the second run on Dec 2nd and it said it was going to take 6-7 weeks, two days later it shows 5-6... Hopefully I get by xmas. Please keep us updated!

Ordered on Dec 4, UPS tracking says Out for Delivery today, Dec 6.
However the one that I ordered on Nov 27 is not shipped yet.

Vodafone preorders

As theres a thread for every other retailer, i wondered if anyone else had preordered with vodafone? For me online tracking said not dispatched yet, called them about 3pm and their status said pending dispatch, the guy seemed optimistic that it would be dispatched before the end of the day however i have not had any notification. Any other experiences?

Spoke to a guy over the online chat, and he said it was down on my account as due for delivery on the 28th, but nothing has come up yet on my tracking, so I'm assuming at best, it will be dispatched tomorrow. My order should be delivered to a local store as I'm away from home at the moment, so hopefully it gets there by Friday..
Did you happen to get a separate notification that you'll be receiving the headphones as well?

18th as well. When I ordered I actually went though the process with an advisor, as I specifically asked if they still had headphones available when I ordered, to which I was told yes. But nothing came up in my tracking, so was just wondering if it had on anyone else's.

I ordered on the 18th or 19th, got a confirmation over the phone that I would definitely be getting the headphones and that I would receive everything on Thursday 28 February 2013. I received a confirmation email on the 19th and within it I was informed that DPD would be in touch with tracking info etc.
I called VF this AM and they have advised that they haven't received stocks as yet. Their website still showed pre-order until about 9am. Somewhat annoying!!!

I pre-ordered the phone yesterday (27th) and received an update today morning saying that the phone is currently out of stock.

I pre-ordered mine on the 14th Feb for store delivery. Not heard anything yet, I've a feeling that I won't be receiving it this week.

Some news from Vodafone...the handsets are in and my order was just received by the warehouse at 16.30 and is in process and my headphones are there too...
With a bit of luck I will get a text message in the morning informing me that the phone will be delivered tomorrow, worst case is I will receive the phone on Monday...

hopefully im in the same boat as you, ordered on the 18th, called at 18.30 but the warehouse had closed at 6, ill be pished if it doesnt though

Just got a despatch confirmation, odd thing was i got a duplicate confirmation email about half an hour before this, first received on the 19th. Just waiting on a dpd tracking number now

I got nothing...not happy I probably won't have a fun weekend getting to know my new friend. Do you know if you are getting the headphones?

Online on the 18th, obviously that doesnt mean much, someone else has pointed out that the colour could be causing the delay, mines black so i would assume they would be better stocked with that?

My order seems to have been processed as an online order as the guy in the store went on the website and ordered it whilst I stood there. I've also got an order number starting WEB-000000etc. I went for black as well so hopefully it won't be too far away, still waiting on the DPD email though...

just arrived, at exactly 11.34, kudos to dpd, complete with headphones, the phone is huge compared to my arc!
