flash it for non-branded rom <- this parts have no problem.
dont flash with the link provided, its for europe they have different bands than NA especially bell, i did it and my data wont connect. its okay for me since i dont have a data plan but if u want your hsdpa dont flash it yet.
I think you have to input APN yourself after you flashed it.
Roger and Fido has no problem with APN/MMS setup because most software can di the input for you but not Bell.
I don't care Bell APN and I am using Fido

you will need to purchase a 20$ credit from fast GSM. Download the drivers and make sure you use the FastGSM_OMAP.exe and not the FastGSM_S3G.exe or the FastGEM_AGERE.exe. I couldn't find the OMAP one originally but then had it sent to me by their support.

You can HARDSPL to CID unlock your phone.
Unfortunately, there is no SIM unlock option available at this time on XDA. You can either google "IMEI check" and go thru them, or if you have a Tmobile account that's been active for a few months, you can call them and ask them to unlock your phone.
I dont know whether we have to go with CID unlock - software or

I recently bought on ebay an unlocked htc hd Orange brand that works with any sim card.
In recent months, I've flashed many Roma (ITA, WWE); then I needed assistance and I reported to the HTC original condition (including original ORANGE ROM latest version)
Now the device does not accept the sim of my mobile operator, tells me "network locked".
So I bought an unlock code from this site "UNLOCKINGONLINE.COM".
I tried to insert it in to the device but It still always "network locked"
What am I doing wrong?

Sounds like you need to use the support from "unlockingonline", so that you can unlock it properly. Hopefully you gave them the correct imei when you were giving them your details. As the one in the phone and the one on the label under the battery can be different entirely.

Those tools need additional hardware - they won't work on their own.
I haven't used that method to unlock my phone from Network lock,I suggest the unlock code to unlock it...You can buy the unlock code from here Wickedunlock.com and unlock it...Then use with other Network Sim cards...But Unlock hardware is difficult to unlock.

In a few days I will be acquiring my friend's old Verizon HTC Trophy. I know that it's dual-band CDMA/GSM, and it has a Verizon SIM card in it. I use an iPhone 3GS on AT&T. Is it possible for me to carrier unlock the Trophy and use my AT&T SIM card in it? I really need a phone upgrade but my contract with AT&T ends in a year and a half. I'd prefer to be able to unlock the Trophy without having to use a site like freeunlocks.com and such, because i don't really trust them...

On a related subject. Does Verizon lock out the US GSM bands on this phone like they did the global droid models?
If so, thats something else you need to deal with.
Im presently researching this, and may report back with what I find.
Also, if you cant get a carrier unlock free, i've used swiftunlocks several times in the past with great results. And he's cheaper then most of the others.
Unfortunately, it seems that I won't be getting the phone after all. apparently Verizon wants it back

i had custom rom with hspl, then i have flash stock rom for hspl and have same problems

most likely, you have the code wrong.
confirm you sent the correct IMEI.
Use the one from the phone software. *#06# in GSM mode, and NOT one on a label.

Um, its pretty obvious what the problem is.
YOU USED THE WRONG NUMBER.
USE THE NUMBER FROM THE #*06# as I said above.
i have bought third code with imei from *#06# and it is same
i still cant unlock it and i have 65458 attemps

hopefully i'm posting in the right place.
I got an LG stylo 3 that have a sim lock only for T-mobile(USA). i want to unlock him to use the carrier in my country.
i already spoke with Tmobile and they told my if i want to unlock the phone i have to work with them for one year ( and i dont want it)
i read some guide on the internet and they sell an activation codes. the problem that i don't have any place to enter the code ( in there giud they say that i should get an activation message when im insert a new SIM card - and i don't get any message)
there is a way to unlock the phone? maybe installing new ROM?

I don't know if this is relevant anymore to you but i just did this yesterday. AFAIK, there's no way to network unlock this via software. You'll have to go to any store that do Network unlocking, it costed me 30US$ here in MIami
