HP posts new 910 ROM

Just an FYI HP posted a new ROM on the HP site.

This is the description on the page:
This ROM update increases the volume level of the device, improves the audio quality through Bluetooth while using Voice Commander, and fixes the keyboard lockup issue.

i think there is no more band-switch on this rom

WM 6.5 is not released! Wait for the official release! Then HP will come up with a new ROM I hope...

What's even worse, this ROM is AKU 1.0.0(build 19202)!! They didn't even update the build, just patched a few things, and went to production...
FYI - there is a band switch in this ROM.

is the update really good compared with cooked rom that i can found here at xdedev?

Is no final release wm6.5 rom for HD. HTC aren't going to release one for the HD. A leaked one will most likely reach us, but for now all you have is the cooked versions

Please solve this dilemma?

I have installed several of the previous 6.5 versions on my opal. But none of them worked properly for me. Slow and crashes. I had to revert back to 6.1.
I don't know whether this latest version 24 is good or not.
My questions are:
1) When we will get the official 6.5?
2) How is this version i,e version 24?

1. October 6 is the release date of the official WM6.5.
2. PhamQuang's V24 (Core 23053) is the best so far compared to his previous versions.

buddy u are in which world do u think when wm 6.5 will be officially released they will give for htc touch viva. Till this date there is no announcement that a official upgrade for htc touch viva u will get rather i have to say that forget for our htc touch viva wm 6.5 and that too official never. Actually wm 6.5 is made for higher processor devices may be it will work on lower also but till now there is no news that our phone will get a official upgrade.
Although lets see what happens on oct 6.

Guys no software can fix the bug for messages? Saving the sent messages to sent folder and so on...???
is it a bug or missed by MS?
Also sometimes when I have a miss call the phone halts at the answer screen. even if you try to close it, it wont.
the facility for vibrate device when call is connected is still not working....will it be fix with a fix or in next release?
I also want the ringtone vibration to be differencial and not continuous...is it possible?

How can i update WM 6.5 to an new build

Hi,
i purchased my hd2 today and i have one question to WM6.5.
a few days ago i saw some good videos about a new wm6.5 build where for example the checkboxes in WM6.5 improved and other small things be fixed. Click here
Is it possible to install this builds without flashing a new rom who has this build integrated? Is there any windows mobile update function?

And you can't even do that unless either it's an official release from HTC, or someone develops a Hard-SPL for the HD2, which is likely to be several months from now....

TMO HD2, Am I on WM6.5?? OS Version says 5.2

Hey all a little confused. Till I can hspl and get cooked roms... I may as well enjoy what I have now, not too much to complain about since I have my Wifi router cab now..
I was looking for if this phone was up to date, and I saw OS Version says 5.2.21889
I thought that should say 6.5 or something? Rom Version is 2.10
Am I missing something here or a link to a official rom update or is this really 6.5? Thanks. (Obviously no real info on the tmobile usa site)

5.2.21889 is the version of wm6.5 in the device ,in original hd2 itis 5.2.21869 ,so don't worry itis wm6.5

Thanks, One day I should see about adding this silly info in the wiki. But I know since Im one of the early adopters, Trying to make sure I have all info too. =)

OS version is lablled as 5.2 as the actual OS it runs on is WinCE 5.2 Definelty WinMo 6.5 though.
