Hi Guys,
Need urgent help!!
I am using HTC Gene for around 8 months now. All of a sudden my phone got this problem of getting hanged at incoming call.
I have uninstalled all the softs (Skype, photo contacts) i have installed. But of no avail; problem still persists.
However, no problem at all with outgoing calls.
Kindly help me suggesting a way to solve this problem.

Did you installed any dialer? Could be the problem. If yes, try to deinstall it. Try a hard-reset too.

i hav never installed any dialer...however as i said uninstalled every software i have installed earlier.
tried both soft n hard reset, but of no avail.
any other possible solution for this??
Did you installed any custom rom? If yes try to install another rom. Try to change your sim chip too (could be the problem). If even this way it doesn't work, I think you'll have to send your gene to repair.

try to upgrade your rom to another version and good luck

I really appreciate abt hang this p3400 at incoming call yes but there is a solution just change the ROM
I suggest you to change your ROM to Karanz Loadded rom is just best for you.........!!
plz read the forum carefully before upgrading ur gene with any cooked roms.......it has some risk.......
i had similar problem before but with only certain call, and i noticed that the call that tend to hang is the one with ringtone file located in sd card. after i change the location of ringtone file to main memory, no more hanging call

If you have a backup, just do a hard reset.
That should fix it.
If you don't have a back up i'd suggest going into the network setting section and changing something, then resetting the device. This might re-activate it.

i am on pdamobiz aku3.2 rom and as soon as i open contact manager it closes instantly.plz help
note :the contact manager was opening correctly the first day i installed this rom what could be wrong.
In all WM6 that i have tried i have the same problem.
I can´t open contactmanager. It always stops after 1 sec.
Is it possible to fix this problem.

Hello,
my friend's /he dodn't speak english/ Leo have problem. The notifications of WM automatically pops up. It start slowly and as time goes on it pops up more frequently and faster. It is impossible to work on it. He tried to flash custom ROM again, but any change.
He tried to remove the screen protector but no luck.
He wearing his Leo in his pocket , but there are any physical changes on the Leo

try going back to the stock (provider) rom.using custom roms can leave old files after flashing which can cause problems.
if that doesn't help try using mtty to format the phone and then flash a new rom.
okey, i tell him, but i can't believe to this because i use the same rom. this problem started after 2 weeks of using the rom.

this is the problem with my HD2:
Sometimes, i can't receive the incoming calls (while on the caller-side, it seems that the phone is ringing), it doesn't appear anything; besides, in that occasions, I can't do any calls: if I try the bottom "phone" it happens anything.
I can resolve the problem after few shutdown (and taking off and replacing the battery).
It is a very annoying problem; i've tried to solve it with original Rom, hard-resetting and with new unofficial rom.
What i Could try to solve the problem?

What rom do you have installed on your device ? An original rom or custom one ? Please give us some more informations , aboit programs , or anything else installed on your device . After that maybe somebody can help you .
I've got always the Original Italian Rom.
Today i've tried the Elegancia Rom 3.0 with radio 2.10.50.08_2 and i haven't installed any other thing but... the problem has happened....
your device is new, or did you acchieved as second hand ? If it is a second hand device, it may been tested before with many custom roms, so if it that you should try to do a task 29 , and after that install an original rom from HTC site .

I have this problem on my s7 edge 7.0
Whenever i call someone the call drops after exacly 20-25 , but it dosnt always happen like somtimes the call just goes normally without dropping
Its like i have a small chance of the call goes smoothly without dropping
So how do i fix this issue?
Already deleted third party apps , restored and restarted and the sim works fine on my old device (lumia 650 xl)

did you flash stock rom with odin? I'd start from that to see if it's soft or hardware related

Yes but i failed and it got stuck in boot loop but i formated it using smart switch or whatever its called
