A .nbh file is to flash a ROM or Radio-ROM.
Please read the thread mentioning exactly what to do for flashing a Rom. You will find it in the stickies of the Blackstone-ROM forum here

Asd stated above a .nbh file is used for flashing either a new radio or rom. It can be used by itself when flashing from CD card or use with a BlackstoneRUUWrapper.exe when flashing from pc.
For more information on flashing, read this guide or the wiki

nk.nbf file is the OS (Rom) it requires a tool to flash it to a device which is RUU (RomUpdateUtility).A Rom is a complete compressed package, which includes OS(nk.nbf) and flashing tool RUU(RomUpdateUtility). Its the flashing tool RUU,which you execute to run the rom and flash it to the phone.
I presume you need to do alot of reading and understanding all these terminology and process of flashing

how to update radio version my elf...

hey! i have downloaded on of thoose radio versions given here ... they all contain .nbh file... bt i don't knw how to use it... can neone tell me wat's the procedure for upgrading radio... plz........
You need an RUU or Rom Update Utility to flash the .nbh file. You can find this in other ROMs that are distributed in this forums or extract it by unzipping the original shipped ROM' exe file.
Once you get the RUU package, replace the .nbh file in it with the Radio update file and proceed to update.

Carty..
I just noticed that the thread in the link you gave, has a link called Flash Utility, use it to flash or update your radio.

Radio LEOIMG.nbh

How can I flash a Radio file LEOIMG.nbh using RUU?
Flashing Via ActiveSync
1. Download your required Radio and rename the extracted file to RUU_Signed.nbh
2. Sync your phone with the PC
3. Run CustomRUU.exe from the Radio's Folder and follow the instructions

No need to rename radio file. Just the .nbh file and CustomRUU.exe should be in the same folder without any other files.
Rename which file?
LEOIMG.nbh to what?
Sorry. Just got myself jammed up, and no... the search didn't help.
All I really want is the 2.09.51.03_2 friggin' radio, but all of them are the same file and I don't know how to flash them without RUU.
Can anyone assist, please?

Change the .exe extension to .rar and then you can extract the files.
Actually, I think if you have WinRAR installed on your PC you can just right click on the file and extract it without changing the file extension.
