I just tried to flash a new ROM by putting it on SD CARD...
i pressed my volume up key and power button for 3 seconds and now my phone is stuck on the HTC logo screen...
it did even go in the HSPL screen
whatever i do it reboots and gets stuck to that screen...
pressing the red button at the back made no difference
what can i do ?
I have the same problem. The phone is stuck on HTC logo screen and is not seen by the computer so I cannot reflash. Any idea what can be done???? Mine got stuck after I installed task 29
(1) Take out the battery / Unplug the phone
(2) Put the battery back in
(3) Turn it on and keep only Vol Down pressed
You should get a tri-color screen. Connect USB. Once it says USB at bottom, you are good to go with flashing.

put phone into bootloader requires you to press volume DOWN while power resetting the phone. Make sure the ROM is named LEOIMG.nbh and is on the root of the sd card. Make sure the sd card is 8gb or smaller unless it is a class6.

you need to put your phone back into bootloader, volume down while powering on the phone. then after you see the tricolored screen, connect it to the usb.

phone was freezing, so i decided to flash from android to stock, i used micro sd (RUU_Leo_HTC_WWE_EastEurope_1.66.479.2_Radio_CRC_Signed_15.32.50.07U_2.07.51.22_2_Ship)
now it is stucked. please help

do the same thing only this time use the HTC support page for the correct stock ROM.
thank you it helped, but i had to flash the oldest rom on htc.com.. i wonder why i couldn´t flash newer...

That's weird, maybe they didn't make a 3.14 ROM for your region.

was using clockworkmod and cyanogen,decided to flash a android revolution hd rom, intsalled super wipe and flashed it ,then flashed the rom...now phone stuck at htc logo and cant go into clockworkmod recovery,the problem is i left my phone in usb while the flashing ...
..
so decided to format sd and place the PB13IMG.zip on root of sd to reflash rom...still not working !
computer cant detect usb when tried to connect.tried installing drivers,still cant get into recovery....i am using a s-offed htc incredible s...Please help!!!!
will sending phone to htc void warrenty?if so will they repair and how much they will charge?

im having the same problem!i installed task29 (i had elegancia rom but i wanted to try another rom)and now im stuck on the htc logo screen that says 'stick together' in a red square.....i tried vol down+power button to go into bootloader but nothing happens, then i tried to hard reset but still nothing happens...i pushed the reset button and i did it all over again but still nothing...

i was trying to root my phone and i thought i had. when i tried to reboot it all it did was stay on the vodafone boot up screen. i can get into fast boot and recovery mode and apparently it's fixable, i just don't know how. i still haven't rooted it yet. Can somebody savemy phone?

I just got myself a HTC magic and im impressed with the phone.
But now i have a problem,after i data wipe/factory reset,the phone doesnt wana boot up.
if i switch it on,it just shows the HTC magic boot screen fo a while,then goes over to a black screen....any advice on what i can do to fix it?

hi this is my first post and i'm a nooob at all this stuff but i pick things up quickly....
Anyway my problem is last night i hard hspl'd my htc hd2 phone which went ok said its been hacked succesfully...
Then i went and installed the magdlr111 to phone which went ok...... BUT it said when it finished my phone should show me black boot screen so i could flash the android it didnt do that it comes up with the welcome to o2 screen then doesnt do anything..
Just wondering if i have missed something importent or it will just not work on the o2 phone..... PLEASE HELP...

I have the following problem:
My cousin bought a brand new Magic 32B Vodafone.
I flashed it to latest CyanogenMod 6 for Magic.
The phone still has the Factory SPL + Radio on it,
i just put a custom recovery on it and flashed CM6.
I did the same with my Magic 32B, works fine since a year now.
It worked fine for about 2 weeks, with CM6 running stable and everything.
then suddenly after a reboot of the phone just went to black screen,
no vodafone splashscreen shows up or anything. It vibrates and then does nothing.
It doesn't show up at "fastboot devices" and "adb devices" shows no deveice either.
When i boot it up with volume down + power pressed (to get in fastboot) it doesnt vibrate (like when it works normally), but screen stays black.
I cant get in recovery either.
anyone ever had this problem? of course i googled for this problem but none of the "black screen" search results described my problem ..
is there a way to autoapply defaultrom (SAPPIMG.nhb) put on sd card (may have read something about that some time) or any other solution to this problem?
is this due to flashing the custom rom or maybe a broken device?
what are the chances to get it back from warranty?
i very much appreciate any help!

Sounds like the screen broke. If you install ANDROIDSDK you can probably grab screenshots to see what the phone is doing. That will allow you to flash the stock sappimg to get back stock and send in under warranty for repair.
