cant get out from align screen!!!!!!!!

need help from you guys.
my customer came to me with BOOTLOADER Screen 5.17 GSM OK, so i upgrade using SD (Patch ) and upgrade rom 3.17..., and radio 4.21,
After all complete, setup screen is come out, but i cant get out from Alignn Screen.
Can this problem solve using Software Sulition?? or it have Bad Screen ???
When i test using TEST Menu, touch test said PASS.... ???
how can it be ???

Mine is doing the same do a reset and then leave it for about 5 Min's at the loaded screen
The tap screen and then try to do align if it freezes again reset and try again sometimes it takes me 2 or 3 times to get it done
Once done it works fine until next hard reset
Only started doing this recently don't know what is causing this

i can manage the problem by resoldering Caps around its connector.

Align screen stuck

I just ran the RUU on my wing and after the soft reset, it turned back on, but now i can't go further than the align screen page. It seems stuck, can anybody please help with this especially since i can't get calls now?

Just incase somebody else gets a problem like this, i figured it out...i deleted the welcome file from the start up page...this should be from the activesync...

Im sorry perhaps I am dense but I cannot find a file named "welcome" anywhere on my HTC

Screen issue after flashing

I need help, please. I've just flashed ITsPapaFinal rom on my herald.
Everything went smoothly but my herald has a broken screen so i can not align the screen when i'm asked after the succesfull flash.
What can i do?
Do i have to flash another rom that won't ask me to align screen? My screen is no good at all.
Please, I'm phoneless right now!!!...help

install a wrong rom or bad now pc cant find it and screen stay on white i still can go to the boot screen

Hard-Reset the device or if that don't work try to get into bootloader and flash it again.

Hi,
i have searched all the forum... but found nothing helpful.
i want to change the the bootup screen, when i push the softreset button.
on the normal P3450 there is a black screen, showing smart mobility. in my case there is a branding screen.
how can i remove this screen or change it?

This may be of some use, I have a zip (Splash Screen Changer) that I found around here somewhere, I don't know where, and I haven't tested it. I will search around to see if I can get it again, I think it was by dsixda maybe, but I am not too sure.

It is the screen you will see, before you get into the bootloader, not the windows booting screen.

Then you need to re read the thread. It creates a rom update utility to flash only the splash screen. I did this to get rid of the t-mobile splash screen.
