I just installed Manilla 2d on my touch cruise a few hours ago and it seems to me that the biggest problem is that it just hangs for a while when I do a restart.
After restarting, it would just show the "launching touchflo" screen for a good 5 mins before it would start up, once it starts however there doesnt seem to be any other issues (as of yet?)

I did a hard reset before I installed it so I dont see how this will be a problem??
Does anyone have any tips or information on how to fix this problem? Im loving this app but dont want it to take forever to load!!!

I've installed HTC Home customizer v1.0 beta 5 but when trying to run it I get an error, IndexOutOfRangeException for homecust.exe
has anyone managed to get this working on the original ROM?
and yes I did do a soft reset after the installation
I think that you have to install a newer version of HTC Home. HTC Home Customizer does not work with default HTC Home.
1. Remove HTC_Home_PPC_Blue from Remove programs if is there. If not, go to step 2.
2. Install sdkcerts.cab
3. Install Kaiser.HTC.Home.v2.0.814.722-schen.cab
4. Install Backlight bug fix.cab
5. Install HHCv10b5.cab

The name of the file does not mean nothing. Use it if you want to customize the plugin.

Please could you tell me if i could install this on the uk O2 orbit 2
im sorry if im being simply but i tried to install the cab files panosha listed and the kaiser htc home file would not install due to ïnsufficient system permissions"so i still cant get any of this working. please gimmi a hand if you can it would be much appreciated, ive already tried installing it on both the storage card and the device and deleating anything unneccessary but so far nothign has worked. again any help would be greatly appreciated. cheers

Here is a 100% workable GSensor Calibrator for Diamond. That's mean you can save the calibrator record until you reset the device.

*** Some people report this APP can't not work for their Diamond. But I think they didn't make a softreset after install... And a funny things is they post another GSensor Calibrator and said this work for them. But the APP is just some as my post... That's funny

Still not working on my RUU_Diamond_hTC_Asia_HK_WWE_1.93.831.1>
Does not work for me. Device pretends to calibrate, but after calibration it's the same than before. I'm using original German 1.93.407.1 Rom.
Same here, starts calibrating, then says calibration completed and the 'bubbles' jump right back to where they were before calibration.

Thanks pal, but also taht did not work at all. Same phenomenon, in the end the settings jump back to what was there before.

What ROM are you using and did it calibrate previously, that is callibrate, then save the callibration?

As my first post said your ROM ver should be 1.93 or latest. And you MUST softrest your Diamond after install the GSensor Calibrator.
After restart your Diamond you can go to Setting and find out the GSensor Calibrator.
You just put the Diamond on Table / Floor (You think is level) and then click the Calibrator Button. Then Done.
Doesn´t work for me like anything what I tryied Only time It was calibrated was with 1.37xx ROMt

No no this old ROM I was using approx 2 months ago, now what I got is 1.93xx (Duttys in my sig)
OIC, I'm useing SwiftBL WWE Diamond v6.5 Full w/(16Mb Pagepool) and have try the Original hTC 1.93 ROM is work fine.
I'll take a time to try Duttys V2.3a WWE in my holiday, Let's try

I never had a stock 1.93 ROM - you mean that on stock ROM it works without any probs??
btw: this Duttys ROM I got from yesterday n till now didn´t find any bugs

Yes, hTC has release a ROM update for Diamond v1.93 on July. You can check with your country hTC web site. Sign Up as Member is MUST before you check with hTC.

Hi, I have a question: is it possible to install Manilla2D over official 6.1 WWE release? I tried to find a cab or something but either my search was too fast or there's nohing relevant.....

it worked fine yeah but now i flashed my rom to m-amine 2 cause i like it to check out new roms.. but it was stable yeah and what i also did was downloaded another windows theme to match the startmenu with the m2d colours..

I am curious to know if it works ok.
So, I have installed official WM6.1 and Manilla2d on top.... everything runs smoothly expect the "people tab" where:
tapping on the names does not start a call;
the stored contacts are lost after they're used or after a SR....
Probably it's a bug between manilla and the standard dialer.... I will try more solutions.
Finally the problem was with the cube... I did a hard reset and reinstalled manilla after having disabled the cube and everything went OK.
I know that my solution (official WM6.1 + manilla2d) does not provide any advanced features as 3D drivers, but it's very stable and everything seems to be working fine!
I copied the manila files onto the virtual device to see if it would just work but it doesnt (see attachment).. does anybody know how to get this working? or is it just not possible.. it's just for testing reasons.. so i dont need to drain my battery while testing my edited manila files
maybe i missed some files or something.. but it would open wouldnt it..? and say starting tf3d but it would crash

I am facing this unique problem after i upgraded to official Windows 6.1 ROM.
Whenever i am in explorer/ Programs and I want to select a certain entry I hit the screen, the page scrolls rather than the entry getting selected.
I am earlier ROM (Windows 6.0) i had no such problems.
I have performed the screen orientation several number of times, but even after that it is the same.
Is there some setting that will prevent this behavior?

I've tried some PDAVIET wm 6.1 rom and...
the latest rom that works fine with my elfin is TOUCH WM6.1 ROM V60 (BLUE & BLACK VERSION) - Build 20758.1.4.1 (Manila2D):
After v62 all the roms are "build" on RUU_Elfin_hTC_Asia_India_3.07.720.03_4.1.13.71_03. 34.90_BLUE_Ship
and I think that this is the problem...

I've found two solution in my search resoults.
The first is Changing touch.dll at this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=2888346&highlight=butter#post2888346
The second one is to change the pagehigh and pagelow value in registry http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=2888073&postcount=78 .
I've only tried the second one without changing the touch.dll file, and it works fine!!

Changing simply touch.dll will not work, you'll need to change Biotouch.dll as well because sometimes you'll get random program shutdowns while scrolling (another butter finger issue). The latest Onyx ROM for 6.1 has the fix already.
