Hi there,
I have T-Zones for T-Mobile in the U.S.
Has anyone ever had an Instant Messaging client that worked?
Is there anyway for this to work?
I have searched a lot of threads and forums, but never had a straight up answer.

Use the IM client from the T-Mobile US MDA (Wizard) ROM.
It'll install and run just fine. Won't use T-Zones though. It uses txt.
I have used OZ. Sorry forgot to mention that one.
But Its a pretty bad IM clien, and no MSN, most of my contacts are MSN.

Where can I find Multi-IM Application from the AT&T Tilt?

Does anyone know if the new IM application from the Tilt (which supports MSN, Yahoo and AOL) has been ripped? Can I install it on my 8525 which has the official AT&T WM6? I searched this forum as well as the Kaiser forum and didn't see any mention of it ...
Rip it yourself....

On the 8525 Open Internet Explorer and type device in the address field and hit enter. This will bring you to your Media Net Home Page. Select Mail and Messaging then select Mobile IM. Voila.

You will love it.
My favorite IM program is Palringo. http://www.palringo.com
It connects to everything. It doesn't use up that much memory. It plays nicely if you want it to run all the time. You have to sign up with them, but I've gotten 0 emails from them and they work on the concept of freeware. Check it out.
i'm trying palringo, it seems like it will be nice, but it will not let me sign on to AIM. it says that i have been connecting and disconnecting too frequently. but i have never even signed on. every time i click on AIM then change my status to online it says logging in then that i've been connecting and disconnecting too frequently. any suggestions?
keep trying.. after 3 or 4 attempts, it should connect
palringo requires you to have a browser connection to be online.
sooo
does the free aim program on the wing run from the wifi network... or does it charge u on the edge network?? because i was using webmessenger on the wifi i think and wasnt sure if it was actually usuing it on the edge network... and i really dont wanna be charged for the edge network so can i jus use wifi whenever i wanna use aol instant messenger with a free program downloaded to my wing.. ?
u dnt get charge for edge unless you u have a data plan. dnt listen to tmobile. their internet is not like other networks pay-for-use instead it get a data plan or get dnt get sh!t. i recommend getting tzones 5.99 dnt worry wat tmobile say about it (than i help you set it up so u can use it with the best software like im+ & aim 2.0 "offical aol software") pm me
i posted this but someone took it down what i said before is the OZ im suite that comes with the tmobile wing you can find it in the .cabs for wing thread i think just reinstall that .cab i use it for aim alone. it also offers icq and yahoo but i prefer to just use the text version of yahoo... All over a gprs connection which means no added charges ( if you have unlimited texts that is )

i'm in USA, southern california. i cant choose USA, t-mobile in network, i cant send mms. i dont have internet, i got a plan, "Send and receive any type of message you want, in any combination you want. Text, IM, picture, or video messages" how do i use IM without the internet? i got the msn messenger thing.
can anybody help me please?
i've been looking and searching at wiki, but i couldnt find anything
oh, and i think my atom exec is unlocked already because i'm using t-mobile in USA with it, but i'm not sure, will upgrading it to wm6 change it back?
i wanna know about that too. i used to have a cell phone that i can log on to IM, and chat as text message. Is there an application that replicates that function on my O2 atom life? I have to connect wirelessly to my home internet to chat on IM.
