EDIT: Found same problem in another thread..
Can you please put the link of the thread, and ask to close this one if it is solved ?
Common answer to solve this is to check whether the "Receive all incoming beams" is checked, in the Settings/ Beam panel.

Hello personnel, I am not achieving anything receive via bluetooth. Already activated "receive all incoming beams" the function, pointed out already seen by all, and nothing. When I try to get the following message appears "impossible connect."
We can send normal.
I am using the original rom, it would need a change in the registry?

hi there,
receive all incoming beam is for infrared!
go to command manager and start bluetooth there. (a blue led shoul blink if on)
then in command manager menu go to bluetooth settings an turn things like "make this device visible to others" or something like that on. also check the ftp thingies then it should work.
if u need more info check the manual

Ok succeeded, thanks.
I am hopeful that someone can help solve a couple of issues(bugs) that I've found on the Verizon XV6800. A lot of you guys seem very skilled in creating new ROM's and many other things. So hopefully, one or more of you will find easy solutions to these issues.
First: On the XV6800(Windows Mobile 6), under the Sounds & Notifications Settings, "Repeat" is greyed out/disabled for EVERY NOTIFICATION setting. But, on the Notification Settings for MMS Downloaded, not only is "Repeat" greyed out/disabled, but "Flashing Light" is also greyed out and disabled. Can anyone tell me how to fix this please. (see screen shot below)
Second: Is there a way to prevent the XV6800 from repeating your voice tag for a contact "through the Speakerphone".
--Example: When I say "call xxxx", the phone repeats it back LOUDLY through the speakerphone! Duh....I'm sure no one around me wants to hear this and I don't want them to hear it either! What a really dumb setup. Can anyone help? Can these things be fixed??
Thanks for your help,
Mark
anybody have encountered this problem? i'm unable to receive any files through bluetooth, but i'm able to send files to another devices....
P.S

Hi there, you should enable receive all incoming beams at connections settings.
of course i did that bro... i use to did that in my previous WM 6.0 helmi's ROM
hi there solved....
sorry guys problem solved.... my bad... WM 6.1 is great...
hi evoluzionne
how can u solve this problem, tell me please...
thanks
somehow, when we activate beam in our comm manager, its actually not turn on your beam.. so to deal with it we should check and recheck the options in settings-beam.. after turn the beam on just turn the bluetooth and try to send files again

Thank You. Had the same problem on my gf's tilt after the 6.1 update.
how about registry tweak?
i was thinking about registry tweak for this problem... so if we check the beam icon in our comm manager it will automatically check the 'receive all incoming beam' at the settings-connection-beam...
maybe anyone have managed to do this...
thank in advance
regards

I checked and it's active, but it's the same....!!
I changed some settings and now i can receive everything, but now I have problems to send!!!
If I'm not mistaken, I remember that there is an Utility that can erase everything simply typing some strings (like a Low level format).
Someone can remember or knows something?
someone can help me?
I can send everything via Bluetooth, but I can't receive anything. All others functions are OK. Please help me!
You have to activate receiving of data once as a safety precaution:
Start/Settings/Connections/DataTransmission (translated from German, perhaps similar!).

Thank you very very much! I found this option. It was hidden! Start-Settings-Connections-Beam. There is "Receive all incoming beams". A marked it and everything is OK. There is something else on old WM. I think "Receive incoming IR" or samething like this...
