I can send everything via Bluetooth, but I can't receive anything. All others functions are OK. Please help me!
You have to activate receiving of data once as a safety precaution:
Start/Settings/Connections/DataTransmission (translated from German, perhaps similar!).

Thank you very very much! I found this option. It was hidden! Start-Settings-Connections-Beam. There is "Receive all incoming beams". A marked it and everything is OK. There is something else on old WM. I think "Receive incoming IR" or samething like this...

I checked and it's active, but it's the same....!!
I changed some settings and now i can receive everything, but now I have problems to send!!!
If I'm not mistaken, I remember that there is an Utility that can erase everything simply typing some strings (like a Low level format).
Someone can remember or knows something?
someone can help me?
Hello,
when i send a text message i get no audable sound to tell me if the text was sent, anyone have any ideas on this please. Its not a fault as such, just blood annoying.
Thanks,
steve
mine used to give that annoying sms notification sound all the time I used the tweak program to remove it so
it's a reg settings for sure
try the various blackstone tweak program
or search for the reg key or hardreset

agreed hd tweak 0.54 has this option Under SMS. i used it on energy rom and was used to it, now im on Dutty i miss it, i re-enabled it. works very well.
I don't need it to tell me that message was sent, I can see on the message board that it was. I can't find if I have the option to disable this or not.

You mean the sound? Try unchecking events in sounds and notifications.

u can do this by using "SKTools".
The sound and the message, because then I need to Dismiss the message that the message was sent. I don't need that.
Where and how do I change this in SKTools? Could you break it down a little more for me. Thank You

Some rote questions:
1. Volume-setting: vibration or silent or on?
2. Settings (start - settings - "sounds and notification"): notification - new sms ?
3. Have you made a hardreset?
4. Does your TD2 make any sound (incoming call)?
SMS delivery notification

Install "Advanced Config", under "Messaging" you could it enable.
If Advanced Config shows an error message when you start it, then install NETCF35 afterwards.
But be careful with the settings in this tool!
Ok thx a lot. I did it but still no sound.

I would wonder if you would have sound after that ...
Make a hardreset. And if the problem persists, it's a hardware fault.
And please remove the sdcard and the sim-card bevor you make the hardreset.
Does your TD2 have warranty? - if "yes" then let it repair.
Is the rom the original one? - if "yes": what version?

i used to be with the first 6.5 wm version after i got this problem i downloaded the latest rom and updated. Already done the hardreset.
Interestingly my phone developed a similar problem over the last weekend, the ring tone plays fine, the htc start up works fine but no other sound will work. (Callers can't hear me and I can't hear them, even with the earphones plugged in)
I tried a hard reset but had no luck, contacted HTC and they reckon I'll need to send it in for repair (but as I think it's out of warranty I bet they'll charge me for the joy of it... )
Had a similar problem before this. Happened after I installed the SRS WoW HD cab.. 1st install said there were no drivers. 2nd install didn't show the error but on both instances, phone made no sound whatsoever. It'd just vibrate.. uninstalled it and everything started working again.. So, worth a look. The ROM might have a failing sound driver..
First course of action, naturally, get a new ROM. I'm on Photon with Sense. And thru sense, you could assign a ringtone to both calls and SMS without needing Advance Config..
For some reason this also happened to me, so with the help of some of the excellent guys on XDA, I wrote a Mortscript. See here
So, I am on call for work and got a few calls overnight. Every other call, it auto-rejected and sent a text saying something like "I am not able to talk try later" or something. How do I make this not happen?
Anyone?
I don't know, but what I've done is delete all the defined Quick Decline Messages in the dialer settings. But it sounds most likely a software issue so report it to Samsung. For the record, I haven't been affected by this.
