pLEASE HELP i THINK I HAVE DELETED MY OPERATE SYSTEM

Hi guys I have a o2 Xda II mobile i did unlock it before which i was really happy, now i was trying to upgrade my Rom from the ftp ftp://ftp.xda-developers.com/Himalaya/ROM1.03/ file called: "XdaII_RUU10305ger_o2_de.rar" I have tried to install it then suddenly my device screen just went all black the only words on the screen is USB on top and the bottom says v1.06 .
I have tried to switch off and on took the battery off and on the message stills there dont know what to do i am desperate i think i have ****ed my phone.
Can anyone help please i really need help

Solution
you can go to ftp://[email protected]/Prophet/Shipped_Complete_Updates/
if it asks you for any user name and PW use
Username: xda
Password: xda
Pls remenber to login first and than download.
Download the PROPHET>>>DOPOD>>>>NO VENDOR ID WWE As ENG.
Then go to the go to the boot up screen on phone (HOLDING RESET+ CAMERA AND COMM MANAGER BUTTON)you will come to a screen displaying only 3colours.
Now connect to your PC run the software (WWE version)remenber you choose no vendor ID or u will be stuck...
after connecting do as screen shows next>>>next .... it will install the WWE ie.,World Wide English.
pls dont download crossbow ie WM6 as there are still some issues with the ROM
Pls tell me if it solved ur problem...

Thats my previous ROM with my Magician before I change phone. ^^

Thank you very mutch i'll try it but i used a ROM for i-mate jam
but the devise didn't work after finishing the upgrade
when i press power + reset the viprator works without any light on screen
i don't know what i have to do but i hope this rom to work

Regarding the no light on your screen after the upgrade, try to check the Brightness Settings after the upgrade because sometimes the xda mini boots using the AC Power instead of the Battery Power.

but i meaned with ni lights than my mobile doesn't boot at all there is nothing apears on the screen
the device stopped so i'am looking for a xda II mini English rom but it's not available in O2-Middle East web site
so if you give me a link to download ROM directly

but it didn't worked properly even though I have gone through all the process step by step.
