After 6 mounth of iritation alway loosing GSM signal on my Qtek9100
After 2 traveling the device to Eurotwice (Belgium repair center), first time they told me all is OK, second time they told me the device is brooken because it fall and it is not covered by waranty
After payed 50€ to retreive my device (I hate Eurotwice)
HTC seller's told me it's a knowed problem, just have a look to xda-developers ...

After a few search I think I have to upgrade radio rom to cingular radio rom only ver 2.25.11
Is it correct ??
Is this radio version working in Belgium ??
Is it possible to upgrade the radio Rom only ??
Is there some reason to upgrade ROM, protocol or Rom ext to an other version

I have the Orbit2 and i dont like that stuff O2 made... so maybe i could do it easily....

Yes you can. If you flash the original shipped ROM from your PDA.

I recently bought a htc touch but i think it was from uk, because he have the orange logo...
The seller told me that the htc was unlocked to portuguese card´s...
I put a vodafone, or TMN card, i can see the contacts, and the messages, but the phone does not comunicate with outside, don´t make calls, dont recieve call´s, don´t send messages, don´t receave messages, and after a wille, the phone start´s searching the wire of my card´s....
Can anyone help me please??

The IPL is 2.27.0002
The SPL is 3.07.cmon
Update your radio.
Update your ipl and spl to 3.10CMON.
It's possible your phone has the same problem that some members (including myself) are seeing, a problem with the GSM radio. As far as anyone's been able to tell, it's a hardware problem. Try updating the radio and/or re-flashing a new rom, but if it still doesn't work after that you will need to get it repaired. I'm still waiting to hear back from the guy I bought mine from, to see if he can get it fixed under warranty, but most likely I'll have to get HTC to repair it themselves. Hopefully it won't cost too much...
Just one last note, if you bring your phone down for a warrenty repair, like I did.
Flash your phone to stock 6.1 ROM available at the Elf Upgrading forum (Which is right beside this forum)
Than flash your IPL and SPL to 2.x

good day to all sir, any one can help me about hd2 T-Mobile, it have android os before i recieved it,but when I flash to to windows firmware like this:

100 % done, but the device no power now,cant put to bootloader, totally no power the phone now, any suggestion sir about my problem... thanks in advanced sir...
If that is the TMOUS HD2 (T-Mobile USA) version then you have bricked it with the ROM you flashed.
The radio in that ROM 2.06.51.07 would kill a TMOUS HD2 leaving it to require stripping of motherboard for JTAG repair attempt.
Yeap Mister B is correct. You flashed radio version 2.06.51.07 to a T-MOUS HD2. All radio versions with a 51 where the 51 is in the radio version you flashed are a instant brick for a T-MOUS HD2.
JATG is the only thing that will de hard brick a HTC HD2. If I was you I would start looking for someone in your part of the world or in another part of the world that you can get to JTAG your HD2. I know someone but they live here in the US. If you can not find someone in your part of the world PM me and I will but you in contact with the person I know.
