Install a original WM5 Rom and read hera about bootloader and hardspl or softspl. Here are so many treads about your problem.

Hello everybody.
After i flashed the Radio ROM 2.69.11 to my Wizard..
Its broken, freezes on bootup and wont run.
the screen shows the following:
IPL: 0.3
SPL 1.03
OS 1.3.1.13
--------------------
How do i fix this problem?

IPL 0.3? What did you loaded into it...
The Radio ROM may be too new for your IPL version...
If warranty is not important, Go to the Wizard Upgrade section and read the stickies, use Button's 1.05 ROM to unlock, then upgrade a newer IPL and SPL.

Put it into bootloader, then flash from there.
Bootloader is.. Power + camera button.. right?
I got red/green/blue/ screen now.. with IPL 1.03 and SPL 1.03..
Connection USB and start the .exe file? (from buttons).

Ok here is the "Thing"
i put a hermes ROM on Elf (soft black) and i think the SPL and IPL has changed
its now:
IPL 1.17.0002 ,is it right ?
SPL 1.17.0000, is it right?
and i tried to download the Offical HTC elf Rom but after 2% it restart and write ID Vendor ERROR
what should i do?
P.S:i tried to do SuperCID but it need The ActiveSync Progoram to be ON, im stuck on bootloader Screen

but before that please write your upgrade procedure, did you CID unlock device, which ROM U used....
have a HTC Athena x7500.
Im stuck in bootloader.
Wend I power on the device it goes directly to bootloader and
the screen say :

I dont remember what it was befor I try to flash a WM 6.5 rom on it.
It as a WM 6.1 in Portuguese Rom befor my attent.
I cannot power off the device by pressing the button but have to take
the battery.
I already try to change the rom, the SPl and put everything inside just
to try to move from were I am but no results.
Began to update but ends or in 1% or in 7% and loose the connection.
The device connects to the PC but in PC in WM device center nothing happens.
I try Win7 and also XP.
I went to HTC site to download the official portuguese ROM but there are no
ROM to download.
So I´m dead on the water.
I will apreciate very much any kind of input that take me out
of were I´m now.
I´m not a expert as you already notice.Please keep it simple.

dowload Spl before v3.05 is not allowed!
I tried to update it with the sd card i have the same mesage

upgrade with CheetahUnlocker not work
upgrade with athena wraper not work
J have explored ruu_signeg.nbh with notepad jai entered the signer spl 1.10 I know if c is vrait or name

what I see on the screen of my athena is the spl 3.05.0000
The real spl is 1.10.0000 there is confusion in my spl
is what I can fix this problem with mtty

is that the bootloader command Herme (mtty) could walk on Advantage X7500
i had this problem and what i did to remedy it was, take out the battery, take out the sim card and the sdcard. replace the battery and turn on the device.
once it is in the bootloader plug in usb cable and make sure the bootloader shows usb at the bottom.
then try to load any rom that is for spl 3.0. they should load and get it out of the bootloader mode.
Once you have it working again then be sure and flash the proper spl of the rom that you are wanting before you flash the rom.
i tried the wrapper and hardspl as well until i just tried the above example on a whim and it worked. I hope it works for you.
