I need x1 default dialer,but I'can't find It....who can get me one?

It's linked there
Also, take a look at norti's apps compilation thread (sticky on this subforum), he links my downloads/links list post in the very first post
OR use "search" (up there, right side) and write "video call xperia"

[TF3D TWEAK][13.09.2008]Small TouchFLO 3D mods from D-MAN :)

I'm starting this thread where i will post all that small TF3D mods i wrote that do not require separate discussion.
1. Now, here's the first one:
Working analog clock icon
Installation is very simple (for ones, who modded Manila before ): copy files to windows dir, then replace icon reference nodes you like in manila.xml (Actual file name: 26948339_manila)
Code:
<ComponentReference Name="icon_normal" Mode9Path="HTC\AnalogClockIcon.mode9" Component="AnalogClockIconTray" />
<ComponentReference Name="icon_selected" Mode9Path="HTC\AnalogClockIcon.mode9" Component="AnalogClockIconOn" />
<ComponentReference Name="icon_preview" Mode9Path="HTC\AnalogClockIcon.mode9" Component="AnalogClockIconPreview" />
2. Also, i'm getting numerous requests for my iPhone iconset, so i'm posting it here too.
3. iDiamond Project (Apple iPhone interface mimic) (sorry for the video quality of 2 first videos - shot it with my old Qtek S110)
Step 1: Main Menu concept
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=41yGPql8DAQ
Step 2: CoverFLO concept
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IOPXualKtms
Step 3: CoverFLO progress 1
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9hjqaMqcAbM
Step 4: Main Menu customization
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d-iPOalE6Po
Step 5: Home Screen and more
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-VWsOUt41X4
I was supposed to finish my paid work by this time, but it turns out to be about a month of work ahead, thus i don't know when i resume my work on iDiamond, so i'm posting an unlocked version of beta here, coz holding you off the software doesn't serve it's primary goal (motivate me to continue project) anymore.

Man, just a quick question:
If i want to add new tabs, i need to disable another to place the new tab, right?
I can't have more than usual tabs and history call AND this clock now, or your calendar, at the same time...
Cheers!
(Sorry me, im spanishs )
That's NOT a separate tab, just an "active" icon that you can assign to any tab

I just recently installed your calendar, and the history calls dissapeared.
Installed by CAB and manually, no way to have more than 1 personalized tab, almost 4 me (spanish coocked rom 1.93 & original 1.93)

Hi,
I copied the 4 Manila Files to \Windows and add the 3 lines in the manila.xml but no Clock Tab ??? With or without Soft Reset...
Is there something I missed ?
Thanks

D-MAN666 I know that you said not to ask for impossible cause you still are learning touchflo 3D but maybe it will be possible to make a tab for coreplayer. There is already something similar in SPB mobile shell so the coreplayer could be used instead of WMP or something else (maybe corecodec could help you if you contact hem). Probably its too much but I'm sure that many would admire you for doing this. Maybe it would be possible to use the music tab as a starting point for this.
Cheers and good luck on learning touchflo 3D so in the future you could do everything with it

In the calendar thread. Order values in xml must be sequential and unique. When you install one .cab on another .cab, it just erases other tab's entry, and coz cab can only replace not patch files, you'll have to do that manually.

D-MAN666 thanks for the calender and the clock tweak they're excellent. I have got a bit of a problem though, see screenshot.. it say's "ids_calender" at the top and the menu button and also "i....." instead of the days?? Have i done something wrong or is this a bug? also is it possible to change the colour of the font? i'd like a white version if possible
Do you think it's possible to do an active Programs page, that would show you any running programs similar to a message counter? it's easy to forget what programs you've got running and the reminder on the programs page could be quite useful
P.S thanks a lot for your contribution to Manila editor i'm using it all the time at the moment and it's brilliant (are there any updates planned any time soon?)

@ MykCer:
I can not respond your private message
xda-devs says "user not found"
maybe because of your "tm" after your username ??
Anyway here's your answer:
I don't use itje's ROM, but we can work it out I think
1- try installing BOTH cabs (1st and 2nd) as described in the post
2- Regarding the video screens being blank, check your "video call options" and uncheck all boxes "switch camera off..."
Hope this helps
Tell me what happens
Thanks for the info gtrab...
I've already tried installing both cabs...and check the video call settings...still both video screen's are blank...
If uninstalled... the Caller's video (Me...on the small video screen) is encountering a very weird orientation...the Video of I am calling is fine...but my video seem like rotated on wrong orientation...
I tried to voice-out this on the other thread but It seem that they are not interested on "Video Call"...Hoping you can find solutions on this issue...for future references...
Thanks again and Keep It Up...
P.S.
I'm just curious...what ROM are you using?
Hi gtrab...I've tried to install the 2 cabs...but still no luck on getting the video call working...
On Itje's ROM RC1.1 the cab seem to work by restoring the orrientation of the video image...but on the latest Touch-IT ROM (V4.0 II Blue)...still the screen goes total blackout...plus some humming sound during the call. I've tried to uninstall the videocall cab on the version of Touch-IT (V4.0 II) and the video call orientation returns to it's original state (wrong orrientation...or rotated.)
Anyway..i hope someone can find a fix on this...I really appreciate your quick reply on this issue...thank you very much and you guys rock!
Note: Seems like I'm not the only one who is concern about this issue...
Well I am using a standard UK 2 ROM right now because it lets me test my taskbar icons and some other goodies without interference or confusing bugs
The other phone is gone, I am waiting for another one right now, I think I will try Jack's latest and Itje's Topaz on that one
The videocall problems you describe here are not related to the CABs themselves, but to the topaz/rhodium ports onto the Xperia X1
And remember: many cooked ROMs are based on NAM R2A, thus lacking videocall abilities
gtrab...thank you for that very clear explanation...I will be trying to flash the latest ROM from Jack...because it is stated in his thread that it supports video calling...I'll giive some feedback as soon as I tested it...
Just curious...why do they not use UK R2A? since thier cooked ROMS will work both on X1a and X1i...
Thank you for sparing your time answering my questions...Keep up the good work...

Multitouch Add

Can I somehow add application to some list of multitouch enable apps ? I for example saw iGO8 and zoom by multitouch on some video but on my HD2 its not possible ? any idea ?
Hi,
Yes it is
add
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\Software\HTC\TouchGL\VirtualDe sktop\WhiteList\IGO8]
"ProcName"="iGO8.exe"
Is there someone who can build a program with which you can add programs to the Registry.
It specifies the name of the exe and the program automatically creates the key in the registry
Sorry for my English ^ ^ I'm German

Wasn't there a very similar app written to add programs to a whitelist for the G-Sensor on the Diamond, Touch Pro, etc? Perhaps the creator of that app can alter it slightly?
I would search and PM him/her, but I've wasted enough of my working day already...

Hi Jetiman
Yes this is what mobilitygeek from PocketPC.ch found out (ok, with your help *ggg*)
Hi Jetiman, my forum mod Cendaryn pointed me to go here.
Yes you're right - this is working. The above key adds zoom functionality to the iGO8 app (the one with the mini-overview at the botton).
If there is a developer interested in making a useful app for that - feel free to contect me here by PM
(so I have to be active here too )
Can't promise how quick but I'll knock something together to do this......

Try Makeveral, he created G-config but don´t know if he is going to get an HD2. Now he is developing BsB WM6.5.1 ROM for Diamond.
Quick update - almost done - just needs a bit of tidying up will hopefully post cab tonight
hAndyZoom - Enable Pinch & Zoom
Here it is - hAndyZoom
Pretty simple - install the cab and run the program.
Select the program you would like to add to the 'Whitelist' for pinch and zoom then click enable and you should be good to go.
Hopefully, it works based on the earlier posts but can't test it as my HD2 doesn't come untill tomorrow.
Any issues let me know.

then i can choose to continue or not, and then i get an empty list, so i can't choose any program. I'm willing to test any other versions for you if you like. Should be an interesting program... thnx already

WHY arent ThERE Stickies!

a ton of info on here, to bad its so scattered if i close the tab ill never find it again..
having a problem making shortcuts from sd card/ dont know the proper procedure but i did manage to get omarket back to home tabs after a hard reset because tmobile wouldnt/couldnt upload my contacts from mytmobile.com
now i have wifi router somehwere in the system already installed and cant utilize it.
installed these 2 things before i called tmobile.
There should also be a what to do and what not to do, it gets very confusing seeing the leo thread and then coming back to the US tMObile Leo thread and no stickies.
there should be a list of .cab for the apps that come with the phone that were removed b4 release to US. i found it b4 i cant find it now
An official list of what roms will work + compatibility sticky (so people dont brick phones all day) its hard to see a good rom and then have to read the next 3 pages to realize it wont work/will brick your fone.
and a general how to for those who dont want to flash roms, and dont mind dealing with stock rom but would like the benifits "tweaks" such as tweaks for stock rom.
Any one VNCvewier? this is a useful tool that only topix rom has (as far as i know)
I just got my hd2 today, but have been going ape $/-/!tt looking things up on here for the past weeks.

How to install a cab.
You simply download the cab to your computer. Then, copy/paste the cab to your storage card using the USB connection. Then, using your file explore on your phone locate the cab file in your storage card and install it by double taping the file.
How to search the forum.
1) Towards the top right side of web page you should see the search option, press the small arrow.
2) A small drop down window should open.
3A) You may do a broad search which normally won’t turn up any solid information by simply typing out what you’re looking for in the white box and hitting search.
3B) For a more refine search click on the "use the built in forum search" / Advance search link at the bottom of the small search box.
4) You'll want to click on the small arrow just under the Keyword box on the left hand side of the screen and click "search titles only".
5) Then on the right side of the window is the larger “search in forum(s)” box, click on either the “HTC Leo: HD2” or the “T-Mobile USA HTC HD2” heading which are highlighted in white and press Search Now.

If you're looking for speed and don't mind messing with the phone look into a better ROM. But do your research. I just flashed my first one about 2 days ago.
