[ASK] Why my program didn't work on diamond?? - Touch Diamond, MDA Compact IV Themes and Apps

Hi guys I have a problem. I want to install EZ Secret SMS on my diamond. But it came with error.I think it's because .net CF.But if I tried to install .net CF 3.5 it says that my ROM has already user that version.
This is the message from the program:
ESS.exe
MissingMethodExceptiom
File or assembly name 'Ssms,
Version=1.0.2997.26781,
Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=2DA5B181CE6AE6BB', or
one of its dependencies, was not found.
Anyone has a solution?Because I really need this program to hide incoming SMS..

the problem: i can't get shortcuts from jbed to work.
i am trying with
\windows\jbed.exe" -run s0_
but i get the error message that there is no s0_ midlet
how do i create a shortcut?
well this is how it works on my dual! is this the whole entry in your lnk file?
i changed my 1st post, as the code-tag was cutting some parts
how do i know whether it is s0_ or s1_?
it is the order of the installed applications.
it is not working
i have only opera mini in the list. so it should be s0_, right?
also tried run=s0_ nothing
i get:
MIDlet-Suite s0_" not found
The " are not in the link file

framework errors on a stock HTC Touch HD rom ?

Hi there,
Has anyone got the same errors like when you try to start TrackMe or other Compact .Net framework based applications ?
It says something like Method missing... No better luck if I reinstall the Framework
Error message is (translated from the french):
file or assembly called "System.Data.SqlServerCE, version=3.5.0.0, Culture = neutral" is missing
I have the same, any solution out there ?
Make sure you install SQLce too
(in the meantime, I switched from blackstone to a G1)

Help the noob please :(

OK First of all, I have searched the forums and I can't find anything as far as the issue I'm having, so flamers please go easy on me.
I picked up an HTC Touch Pro today and downloaded Diamond TF3D Config (I know it says Diamond but I was told it would work on the Pro as well). I installed it on the phone and when I launch it I get an Error reading:
An unexpected error has occurred in Diamond TF3D Config.exe.
Select Quit and then restart this program, or select Details for more information.
Details doesn't really tell me anything. I clicked on the "Solution" in the post where I downloaded the cab file and found the PressureThreshold in my registry but it is already labeled as a REG_DWORD so I'm not sure how to fix the issue I am having.
Please help and thanks in advance!
Check to make sure you have .NetCF 3.5 installed.
As far as I know I do, that was the first thing I did, how would I check it?
How to check goto
Start - settings - remove programs it will show up in the list as Micros soft .net CF 3.5
If you dont have it installed it can be downloaded from here to run from your PC
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...49-3C6B-42F1-9FD9-0041345B3385&displaylang=en
Ok I checked and I do in fact have Microsoft .NET CF 3.5, which is how it's listed in my remove programs box.

unable to install... Please HELP!

Hi,
I use the 1.66 German ROM from the htc homepage, .NETCF V3.5 is installed and the registry is set to 3.5 instead of .NET 2.0 and there are a lot of applications I found in this forum that cannot be installed.
These are for example:
BsB Tweaks 1.6
Race Chrono
and so on...
Others like Icon changer create error messages (.NET 3.5) during execution ( Icon changer crashes when loading a theme).
Actually I donĀ“t know what to do and where the problem is.
P.S. Maybe one of you guys could state a working download link for .NET 3.5 - maybe my file is a little corrupted???
This not work?

When you install it have your HD2 connected via ActiveSync/WMDC and it will ask you to download on your phone as well...
no it doesn't :-(

Problem with .NET CF 3.5 contained in ROM

Hi guys,
recently my HD2 just didn't want to work anymore. Basically it was "on" and plugged via USB to my computer and when I came back by some time, it was completely "off". I tried to activate it but did not succeed to get further then the white screen, whatever I tried.
Result: hard reset.
As I saw that there is an official ROM which was newer than mine I downloaded 1.66er ROM from htc.com.
Everything wet well until I wanted to start Task Fascade. TF tells me: "For this application is a newer version of the Microsoft .NET Compact Framework required" (translated from german to english)
Okay, easy go, I downloaded the 3.5er version of the .NET framework and tried to install the CAB but the installer complains too:"The .NET Compact Framework-Version you are trying to install is already contained in the ROM" (message has also been translated from german to english)
Now I was confused, obviously the 3.5er version is already installed. So I did some search and found (once more) help on this page: forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=583638
13. Install Compact Net Framework 3.5 to Make Old Apps Work Again
Some apps you may have used on another phone will not work on the Leo unless you install Compact Net Framework to your phone. Download the cab from the following link and install to Device only - not Storage Card and then reset. [...] Also make sure your phone is using the 3.5 as default and not 2.0. Go here: HKLM/Software/Microsoft/.NETCompactFramework. Change the DWORD data of entry 2.0.7045.00 from 1 to 0. Next Change the DWORD data of entry 3.5.7283.00 from 0 to 1 and then reset. This disables 2.0 and enables 3.5. Also some apps need the file NETCFv35.Messages.EN.wm. Here is the link to download the file: [...] Install the NETCFv35.Messages.EN.wm.cab to device after you installed NETCFv35.wm.armv4i.cab and reset.
Click to collapse
I did everything I could and double checked the registry entries, rebooted several times but achieved nothing. TF still says the .NET version is too old and the 3.5 installer complains that 3.5 is already installed.
I need some help now
