Guys,
What is the difference between these two?
Class 8 (4R1T)
Class 10 (3R2T)
?
Tnx
Panja
AFAIK, GPRS works by using 5 slots (think streams) of data, each of which can be either used to receive data or to transmit data.
Class 8 uses 4 slots for download and 1 for upload, Class 10 uses 3 for download and 2 for upload meaning that the data rates for download/upload are more symmetrical with a class 10 device.
Anyone feel free to correct me if i'm wrong there tho
4R1T 4 receive slots and one transmit slot
3R2T 2 receive slots and two transmit slots
each slot transmits approx. 14 kbit
so Class8 is faster for downloads
Alex
Thanks for the info guys!
So class 8 is receiving date faster but class 10 send a little faster if I'm right...

Thats right mate.
There is only so much available 'bandwidth' - 100% of the cake as it were, whether this be up or down sending.
Using 4R1T, you have four fifths of the cake for receiving data, and one fifth of the cake for sending data.
Using 3R2T, you only have three fifths of the cake for receiving (downloading), but two fifths for sending.
Thus, its a user thing, which is best for you.
If you dowload a lot, then 4R1T is far better for you mate.
But if you chat alot on messenger, and do other stuff where YOU are regularly sending data up, then 3R2T is better.

The screen itself should support 24 bit or 32bit, but Windows Mobile 6 only supports 16 Bit color. I don't think we will get 32 bit until Mobile 7 is release.
Anyways, if you compare the high resolution of the touch HD with another phone that uses 32 bit color(Iphone), I think it still looks better.
And to answer the other poster, higher bit gives more colors. 32 bits= 16 million.
Hey Guys,
I'm thinking in getting a Nexus 10. I currently have both Nexus 4 and Nexus 7 16 GB. So far for me in the N7 16 GB has been enough, I'm not a big gamer and consume most of media (movies, pictures, music, etc) from cloud services, the lowest space I ever had was 3 GB available.
That being said, I'm thinking in getting the 16 GB Nexus 10, I really think that 100 extra bucks for 16 GB more is too expensive and if the Nexus 10 of 16 GB has at least the 12 GB available when new I think that would be enough for me. Can anybody share what is the storage available in new 16 GB nexus 10?
What is you opinion guys? are 16 GB enough for this scenario?
Thanks for sharing your experiences!
p.s. there is also the fact that the nexus 10 supports OTG, so I can connect external storage devices if required.
13.05GB

I received my new AT&T Note 5 via FedEx yesterday and after setting it up and using it for a day, I ran a series of benchmarks on my new Note 5 and the Note 4 I got last year.
Similarities:
- AT&T (neither is unlocked nor rooted))
- Device Encrypted
- Nova launcher
- All the AT&T pre-installed apps are disabled.
- Chrome Beta 45.0.2454.37 (for browser benchmarks)
Differences:
- Note 4 - 5.0.1 / Build LRX22C / 32 GB model
- Note 5 - 5.1.1 / Build LMY47X / 64 GB model
- Note 4 - has 128GB Encrypted microSD card in it
Sunspider 0.9.1
- Note 4 - 1302.2
- Note 5 - 671.0
Sunspider 1.0.2
- Note 4 - 1321.0
- Note 5 - 719.0
Browsermark 2.1
- Note 4 - 1460
- Note 5 - 1895
Google Octane 2.0
- Note 4 - 5375
- Note 5 - 7902
Geekbench 3 (SC / MC)
- Note 4 - 1090 / 3398
- Note 5 - 1486 / 4660
GFX Bench 3.0 - (C24Z16 T-Rex Off / On)
- Note 4 - 2197f 39fps / 1502f 27fps
- Note 5 - 3007f 54fps / 2025f 36fps
AnTuTu HTML 5
- Note 4 - 18,910
- Note 5 - 25,112
AnTuTu Video Test
- Note 4 - 1012
- Note 5 - 1001
Super Pi 4M digits
- Note 4 - 78.063 secs
- Note 5 - 49.264 secs
Personal subjective tests and opinions:
- The fingerprint sensor on the Note 5 is much faster and more accurate, with a higher success rate.
- The Note 5 installs apps much faster.
- The Note 5 screen appears to have an edge over the Note 4.
- Note 5 appears to have a smoother UI and less lag overall, and UI animations are more fluid.
- With like settings in Nova launcher between the 4 and 5, the Note 5 renders icons and fonts smaller, even though the screens are the same resolution and PPI.
- The height and thickness differences are not noticeable, but the width in the hand while holding it is, and I have the Samsung S-View Flip covers on each, and the Note 5 feels even narrower than the Note 4 with the cases on.
- Due to the very narrow bezel, I have had a few false touches on the edge of the Note 5 screen, which is something I do not remember happening on the Note 4.
- I have not had the Note 5 long enough to have reliable battery tests, but it appears to hold up well in comparison to the Note 4.
Hi,
I have just got my hands on a brand new G6 Dual-Sim (H870DS). And I'm fairly disapointed by the storage performances. I wanted to copy my photos on it (appr1 13 Go) it took 2 hours !!
The transfer began at 20 MB/s and in the end it was at 3 !!!!
I have ran androbench, and it gave me really low performances (i.e less that 500 Mb in sequential read).
I'm currently transfering my music and the rate is about 3 MB/s. Coming from a Mate 9 I'm just crying.
Do you see the same thing ?

500MB/s is normal for UFS 2.0 memories (446 on mine).
You copied your photos from which device? An high performance SD card? Or a pc?
A pc under Linux. It seems that it's the USB which is working weird. I have inserted an sd card and copied from it I hit 30 MB/s.
