Problem with my I-mate SP3i - HTC Typhoon

Hello every body.
I've a problem with my I-mate since 3 or 4 months ago. It works with windows mobile 2003 se since I paid it to Los Angeles. I used for long time may be 2 years without any problem. The problem is the operating system (OS) doesn't respond. When I switch it on, when it finish to load the OS, the screen indicates "Flight mode", no network and not battery. You can see it on these pictures.

}
In that situation, if you want to access to any program, there is an error "Access denied. The program cannot start because it is not digitally signed with a trusted certificate".
I tried the hardware reset, it doesn't work, i tried also all the methods which is on the forum XDA-Developers but nothing special.
Can someone help me?

Solution about my problem
Hi everyone,
I find myself the solution about my problem, I've done correctly the hard reset and my I-mate SP3i works again.
This is the hard reset I used:
1. Press and hold soft1 and soft2 keys.
2. Press and hold power button for around 1 to 1.5 seconds. Release power
button. Keep hold soft1 and soft2 keys.
3. Later, screen shoould show instructions to ask user to press '0' key to
reset to factory default.
4. Press '0' within the timeout period, which is only several seconds
only.
5. If no instruction is shown on the screen, repeat steps 1 to 4. The timing is very important.
Thanks

i thanks u
mr gaetanmbk i thanks you for this useful i-mate sp3i., once again i m very grateful to you.

(some other version will display a message saying to restore to factory default settings, press the 'Send' button. In this case, press your 'Send'/'Call' button).

Cant help you. My Wizard will show me the other message (rather than the 3 colour screen) and to hardreset, I just press the green-phone/send button.
Thanks Hanmin

NOTE: Hard reset sequence in details. Put your fingers on top of these two buttons (do not press them yet). Poke the reset button and INSTANTLY, press and hold (do not release them) until you see something appear on the screen.
On original shipping ROMs, the Extended ROM is only hidden, not protected in any other way. It can be accessed by using Total Commander and manually entering the directory "\Extended_ROM\" without the quotes. On the new AKU2 ROMs the Extended ROM is locked and a solution has not been found - you currently cannot delete or modify the contents.
i-Mate K-JAM comes with eTrust Antivirus and Skype in the extended ROM; delete the CAB files and hard reset to remove.

i hope this would help.. for those cant find that buttons combination
I presume that's with reference to the problem in
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=1118507#post1118507
but, AFAIK, the information you put here (except for the picture) is the same as those you get in the Wiki. How different is your method as compared with the one stated in the Wiki and what problem made you not able to get the hardreset at the first place?
Or you mean you actually got the wrong button initially?!
Success!
Worked Fantastically on my T-mobile MDA thanks!!

mda vario

hi i have a mda vario and the problem is that the back light keeps turning off, the only way to get it back on is to turn the phone on and off and then it works fine for about 3 mins! any suggestions please
serious? surely not,
You're joking right? I have yet to find any type of mobile that doesn't turn itself off after a while but,
If you are serious then try changing the power settings, if you are unable to do that then perhaps you were not destined to use a mobile phone,,,

mariaj you may want to reconsider your original question. It appears there is wide room for interpretation of your intentions.

The phone is meant to turn of the backlight after a certain amount of time, about 30 seconds to a minute, depending on what is set in the settings, when the backlight turns of a button press or screen tap should bring the back light back on.
Also after a certain period of inactivity, usually 1 - 2 minutes, the phone will go into standby, which you will have to press the power button and it will come back on.
Please explain a little more in detail, i have a slight fault with mine that may be what your trying to explain.
My lcd sometimes starts fading out and i have to go into standbye and on to get it back on.

[GUIDE] Fix 'dead' battery bug on Moto G (ANY model)

Hello everyone, today I had an odd experience with my Moto G XT1039 where it was stuck on the battery screen (red battery saying 0% with white space around it).
After leaving this on charge for a whole hour nothing was happening so I was thinking about taking it back to Argos and trying for a replacement, then however I read something from : Moto Blogspot and the instructions from one of the users commenting worked perfectly.
For your convenience I will post the instructions below (Thank you to Pierre M from Google Plus):
1) Plug it into the charger
2) Hold the VOLUME DOWN KEY
3) While still holding the VOLUME DOWN key, press and hold the POWER key
4) Hold both keys down for 120(+) seconds. This being two minutes or more may seem like a long time, you might want to time yourself to make sure you hold it longer than two minutes. (I know two minutes seems like a loooong time but it works..)
5) After holding the keys down for more than two minutes, release them.
6) The Fastboot (bootloader) screen will display, and the Normal Reboot option will be highlighted (image of what this should look like is below)

"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
7) Press the VOL UP key and the device will start a normal reboot.
Done! It seems to be a pattern emerging for this to fix peoples phone's.
Strange.
At least on my xt1032, the dead battery bug / drop from 100% to 0% bug stopped happening with the 4.4.4 update. Good to know that if it ever happens again it can be brought back to life by entering the fastboot menu. Nice!

I think my phone got a virus? Very weird bootloop/stuck bootloader

My ZE553KL (I use it as a home device control, small tablet) keep loading/reloading for 3 hours now. I CANNOT SHUT IT DOWN. everytime I have this vibrate boot, ITS SUPER ANNOYING.
It show the bootloader then reboot, then show the bootloader and so on. Buttons are unresponsive.
Only think I can do is press up and get to screen number 2 for exactly 6 second (my computer then recognize it).
I cannot remove battery (hello soldered battery). or shut it down, I guess at some point It will drain battery but.
I have no idea what is happening, please help?

Ouch
Play with it. Proper button sequence and timing is everything. It's easy to not hit the right button at the exact moment. Allowing the battery to auto shutdown may break the cycle. Don't attempt to solder the battery without a good iron and skillset. You need to be fast about it.
If the OS is pre Pie it's suspectable to rootkits that require a reflash to erraticate.
A hardware failure is also possible.
A bad coded 3rd party apk can also boot loop you. That's worse than a normal boot loop though.
It's definitely corrupted... hopefully someone here who has seen this before and/or knows more about that line of phones advanced troubleshooting can help you.
