Pls help me! My atom İs dead.

My o2 atom is dead. i was yesterday upgrade o2 rom normally.. When finished unplug my atom. and turn on itself. view screen alligment but i did push cam+reset . later i saw bootlooder mod my atom. Again i d push power+reset. And my atom is not work. (dead) i m remove battery wait but not work. When i plug usb my atom s red light on. just it. if u know any repair tool software or method please tell me .
Thanks..
Try this: Remove battery for an hour then put it back and push camera+reset. Don't push power button because it will start OS and your PDA hangs immediately.
If you can turn on your Atom by pressing camera+reset, try to reflash it.
Good luck!

This has happened to me, too, and man, did I freak out! I don't exactly remember what I did but I think I first removed the battery and replaced it back. When that didn't do the trick, I did maybe 2 or 3 hard resets and then restored my backup file (learned from previous mistake already, so I regularly do backup using SPB Backup). That worked but found out something was wrong with my SMS Inbox (menu of messages won't appear; reappears when I get new SMS but as soon as I click on an old message, it disappears again). I was about to quit and called the O2 service center in my area, whose advice was for me to bring the unit to their shop so they can get a look at it. I tinkered some more with my phone (the idea of leaving my phone at the repair shop didn't exactly excite me)-- did another hard reset, re-installed the new ROM, restored my backup. Maybe I just got lucky, but I got my Atom Exec working again! Re: synchronization with Activesync, I think I made a new connection and overwrote the existing one.
well, i was able to get it in to the bootloader mode and reload the operating system from the SD.
To Alc,
Reload the operating system from the SD is not a good solution, I tried it several time but my Atom cannot write the OS corectly from the SD.
Try flash the OS through USB connection.
First, remove the SD and get into bootloader, then connect your PDA to PC with USB cable.
Second, go to your PC Hardware Devices and update driver for you O2 Atom as picture below.
Finaly you have your O2 connected to PC as "Microsoft USB sync" and it is ready to start The flash tool from your PC.
Good luck!

Touch hangs and won't do anything

Hello everybody,
I have a problem with my Touch. A couple of days a go my phone was empty, when I tried to power it up again and start it, but then it hanged in the first screen (the T-mobile screen for my phone). I read a lot on this forum, but I'm a newbie so it's hard for me to find the good solution. I could get the phone in the bootloader ( triple color screen), but it doesn't give the RUU letters in the right corner. If I connect the phone threw usb to my computer, it doesn't give me anything. Active sync doesn't go green. I tried the following things,
1. Go in the bootloader (this works!)
2. Disable the USB connection in active sync
3. Start an USB-sniffer (didn't find my phone)
4. Tried to use MTTY (gives me the error, can't open USB connection, something like this)
5. Tried to flash a rom while in bootloader screen, but the flashing utility can't connect to my phone.
So the main problem is that the phone can't connect to the computer, what do I have to do, to put a new rom on my phone, so I can start the damn thing again??? Please help
Thanks
have you tried hard reset ?
still nothing
I also tried hard reset, still hangs in the first screen, there's also a new problem. I can't put it one, and when I put in the adapter (to charge) it give a red light (constant), what to do, what to do?
no tips?
nobody has any solutions?

HTC 8125 boot problem PLEASE HELP!

I have second battery, but that doesn't changes anything..
Could someone please help me?
More info please!
What Operation System is running your PC?
Is it connected to a "powered" USB (like on the back of your PC)
As far as i can see you have a G4 phone, patched with an .Olip.
You should _only_ flash it with G4-aware ROMs!!!
Windows 7
I think i tried on xp to..
tried to the front ant back to.
Ah
You tried it with XP too?
The colored boot state doesn't say anything.
It's just saying that RUU put your device into this state.
With XP this state would soon turn into an upload screen.
"tried to the front ant back to."
Yes, the front USB may or may not have enough power
So let's try XP and backside USB!
For me it sometimes worked after rebooting XP.
ok,I will try on xp and on the USB in the back, and I tell you the results.
So I have tried to install on xp,but it can't verify the device, like it's not connected,it even won't make a sound that it's connected.Any suggestions?
Could anyone help me?
Let us know what ROM you’re trying to install, and let us know if you’re putting the phone in boot loader mode yourself, or if the phone boots and goes to the boot loader on its own, as this can sometimes cause a connection problem.
Well I installed a ROM earlier, when i turn on the phone i get the screen in the pick and nothing else,if I go to bootloader mode it won't connect to the pc.I have no idea what to do,please help.
Try this.
1. Download “Wizard Love ROM”.
2. Press the soft reset button, then press and hold the camera key, you shouldn’t see any splash screens, it should go straight to the boot loader, if not try again.
3. Connect the phone to the PC, you will see “USB” in the lower left corner, if not repeat step two.
4. Now flash the Wizard Love ROM.
Hope that helps
That's the point.I know how to enter to bootloader and all that, but when i do,it won't connect to the pc.
i can't believe it.It just start working again.by it self. And booting normaly. But i'm still interested why he was stuck..

Seemingly unrecoverable brick...please help.

Hi guys,
Trust me when I say I have done shed loads of searching on this, have tried most methods I found and I'm still vexxed. Ok, so I sold my X10 on eBay so I figured it'd be a good time to factory reset it via the settings menu to get it ready to go.
Problem is, the factory reset has somehow bricked my phone! It will now just sit at my bootanimation when I try to boot it. If it matters, it was rooted when I was using it, but no custom ROMs were installed and no other modifications made that would lead to problems.
So here's what I've tried:
Restore via SEUS/PC Companion = Phone not detected. PC doesn't even make a sound to signify a device has been connected. No SEMC device in Device Manager (Win7)
Manually download and install SEMC flash drivers = done, then retried repair/update via PC Companion - same as before, absolutely nothing.
Tried X10 FlashTool - Same as above, no detection, nothing from Windows to say I even connected it.
Tried all this on another PC (Running XP SP3), same story.
I'm even more confused by the fact that, when I connect the phone while powered off and with 'Back' button pressed, the green LED comes on to tell me that I'm in flash mode, but nothing else happens. There's no errors to report as I can't even get either PC to 'see' the phone at all.
Sorry it's a long thread, but I didn't want tonnes of replies saying "repair via SEUS" or the like.
Any suggestions other than those above. Have also considered gentle persuasion with hammer, tickling it with a blowtorch, letting my 2 year old niece 'play' with it and eating it.
Thanks in advance

Stuck SM-N900A - No free space

Ok this phone was running out of space, so my friend attempted to delete one of her exchange email accounts from work to free some space and then the phone went crazy crashing every second. After pulling the battery out, it boots and gets stuck in the ATT logo.
I have searched this forum and google endlessly and the most reasonable solution i found was trying to access the storage using ADB.
so this is what happens:
1. Windows does not detect any hardware being plugged in the computer if the phone is in recovery mode like in the attached pictures.
2. Windows DOES detect an MTP device when the phone is stuck in the ATT logo, and plugged to the computer, but the driver fails to install and i get the yellow exclamation mark on the device manager under portable devices.
3. I waited and clicked on scan for hardware changes but still get the "Device cannot start (code 10)" in windows.
4. I wiped the cache partition to no effect.
5. Everything is stored on the internal memory, she never had a micro SD card installed.
All i know this is a stock phone. My friend got it with ATT and no one ever played with it (rooting and stuff). I have no clue about what software version was installed other than the numbers you see in the attached pictures.
I know "wipe data/factory reset" will get rid of the problems, but she needs to recover pictures, and work related SMSs that she never backed up. Losing this data will set her back very badly with customers and more than a year of work.
Any tips are much appreciated and i hope there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Thanks a lot.
