I have flashed my Elf0100 once before and installed custom ROM that I foun here on forum. I unlocked and flashed my device with that metod where I had to copy Cert_SPCS and EnableRapi to device, install them, restat my phone remove sim and memory card then start elf-uspl etc...but now if I wanna change to other ROM must I repeat every time these steps or can I just run ROMUpdateUtility from RUU folder where I put ROM that I have downloaded...

If you CID unlocked your device and flashed already a custom rom using white screen method you can now flash roms directlty through RUU without removing your SD or SIM cards.
Enter the boot loader and see your SPL/IPL and make sure it is recomended by the new rom creator as some roms less than 50mb needs special patch

Ok, one years ago I upgraded this O2 with bootloader + serial cable. Now, I upgrade to t-mobile firmware and can not accept programme A. I cant remember what is the name of software (serial upgrede,with bootloader)

Your XDA version cannot work with programm A.
you need buy SD card and SD card writer!
You don't have these things, so you cannot do anything! :roll:
but a usb sdwriter really dont cost all that much
nor does a sd flash card unless you want it to be bigger then 128MB

I have 3.08.09 ROM!
You must use TMO2003.exe update program.
When it run, it will install all file on c:\program files\ruu\..
It will check rom version on c:\program files\ruu\english\NK.nb1
When it chech rom pass copy your own rom(o2 or other ....) to c:\program files\ruu\english\ then press Next.
When you finish rom update you must run o2 program B to update your radio stack.

I have a Orange SPV M600 and I'm wondering why there is only 44MB of ram showed in memory aplet, but when i look at the product information there is shown 64MB, same goes for storage memory in product information it says there is 128MB but in memory aplet it says only 42MB.

Well, first of 64 MB on the package is always less on the system, just like with hard drives.
It is in fact around 61.3 MB because in real life MB is not 1000KB but 1024 and KB is not 1000 BYTES but 1024.
Then there is the part taken up by the system when its running .
As for storage, keep in mind that half of it is taken up by the ROM (the OS) plus 10MB is taken up by your extended ROM. (Which you can reclaim if you search for the reg settings in the WiKi)

what does mean UNLOECK AND USED FOR STORAGE in ur tagline?
prob means that he removed it to use it for storage space, the way he described to you...
Extended ROM is hidden by default and used by Cell companies to store their customization installation.
In my case (imate ROM) it contains Backgummon, eTrust and old Skype version.
Using reg settings found in the WiKi the ext ROM can be shown and the files can be removed / added through the file manager.
I use it for some stuff I do not want in main storage but can't put on SD.

Help me please, the file mxip_notify.vol is with 12 mb. The phone is freezing and I can't sync via WMDC. How do I fix this?

I have a HTC touch dual which was in espanol language (movistar branded) and i had did hrdspl 1.22 and was trying to load a english rom when the flashing stopped inbetween and now the phone just goes into the tri colour mode! i did try to flash back a rom thru the RUU, but the phone is not found on the system and when i tried the SD card function it gives me an error "0080022" and says not allowed!
so is there any way i could get hold of this rom to flash back thru sd card! or any other way pls do share!

generally in a flash the rom via a storage card that you have to do step
- Prepare a micro SD card about 2 gb and FAT32 formats.
- Find the image file in NBH format and rename to NIKEIMG.NBH.
- copy to the card, you can use a card reader for this.
- restart the phone in bootloader and press start to launch

1. Why I have such small storage memory ? Total is 198,28 MB and free only 80 MB - is that normal ?
2. today I install android 2.3.7 gingerbread SD card and when I have been trying to install PDF reader from android market it told me that my device is not compatible with this application .. Could somebody tell me why it is that ?
Stock apps are taking up a lot of space, so it leaves you only this much. All the messaging apps, internet explorer etc.
