It is a very nice voice command app that is hundreds of times better than the MS Voice Command.

This is a list of items in my \Windows\Startup\ dir
PHM TrayLaunch.lnk (This is for the icons in the tray)
PZPTray.lnk (This is my profile changers)
smartskey.lnk (This lets me maps the volume button for page up and down)
StayUnlock.lnk (This gets around push email passwords)

Does anyone know what the last three do? I searched the forums and never found a clear answer.

Services.lnk has to do with SPB apps. I have it linking to \Windows\spbservices.exe.
Anyone know what custTDYTSK.exe deals with??...and also, do we need it??
I think sddaemon.lnk is for voice tags. I don't us the tags and deleted this shortcut

I use tags and deleted it...no problem, it relaunches when you use voice-dial

i always delete everything in the startup folder when i flash a new rom except capsnotify, and i never have any problems

ok... go and download this utility http://www.breaksoft.com/Blog/Utilities/2005/1/Mobile_Registry_Editor.aspx
install it, run it and browse to the correct location through your computer and bingo...

Ah ha! awesome. i finally figured it out so much easier with the program you linked me thank you!
Is it just me but I can see no Opera browser installed in the new Generic UK R2A ROM???? Where is it hiding or do I need to do something special to get is op my phone? Is it included in the ROM??? Newbie, please help!!!
Hmm Opera is the default browser in the UK R2 Rom. If you cannot find the sortcut (which sounds bizarre) try using the google search field on the today screen to see if that runs Opera.
Call me stupid, but no, cant seem to find the shortcut or the application?? Any suggestions?
If you have changed your Start Menu and Opera is showing there then it would not show in Programs, and vice versa. have a look in both before you result in a reset
Or simply install it again.

Nope, very strange, not anywhere to be seen!!! Do I need to flash ROM again with the same UK generic one, or do you suggest I download it again as well??
Try a hard reset and let the customisation run after setting up the screen, it should install then. If it doesn't then something has gone wrong with the flash.
If you're using the stock file manager then there's a good chance it's hiding files in /windows.
Is it in the Start menu?

No they should just be sitting there all content and lovely..
Try using "total commander" instead. Either google it of find it on this site, it's free and superb.
The Inbuilt file exploder is pants..

Okay, this is NOT funny. Opera nowhere to be seen!!! Looks like it is re-flash for me???
sounds like it, did a hard reset do nothing at all?
I downloaded Godzson-onyxBluezdirt.zip the icon +dialer , and when i downloaded i lost my browser I dont know why or were it went.

Obvious Troll is obvious.
If you mean it disappeared from your home screen then all you need to do is hit the little plus sign, then shortcut, then program, and then browser...
If it actually did disapear all you need to do is to go to Settings>Applications>Browser and then click the button Clear Cache and Clear Data then reboot your phone.

Just download to you SD card and use a file explorer on the phone to select and install it.

You may need to use a file browser like Astro to go to the .apk on your memory card. Did it work?
i had to reflash fresh 1.1 and i got back my broswer...
but i loved the icons and dailer*crying* I wish i can have them back with the blue icons+dialer o well...

99% sure you forgot to recmod ntfconfig.dll in the notification enhancement package
I don't have that package.
