No, not right now...
I would like that too... maybe not for every tab...
but one background for Home tab (like standard)
and a different for all other tabs...
the only background for other tabs are mun_rus Mod...
maybe if we ask him nicely he will make this happen for in future releases?
do you know the manila file for the bricks in the background? I have seen in several themes like Wild West etc that this can be changed?

Well, i have another request... am using the simple white manilla theme, the only thing missing are the squares in the background, i copied your file into windows (the one you made black) but it doesn't change anything in the theme, i still have a solid white background...
Is it possible to get the grey squares matching the white theme, and if so how do i activate them after copying to the win directory??
thx
Can someone post a screenshot without background...? just plain black?

Because when u have a white background u dont use the 'standard' manila background files... there's some difference in the mode9/luaq files...
Sorry, but I cant help u there ... don't know how to change that...
Maybe someone else can...?
Not sure if its listed here http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Manila_Research

It is "Spb GPRS Monitor".
Spb GPRS Monitor is a complete solution for measuring the amounts of data transfers via your GPRS, CDMA or GSM network connection and calculating network usage costs.

Ok, that makes sence, that must be the reason that there is no "white diamond theme" like the original "black theme"
background problem
Hey everyone,
since I'm a owner of a Diamond, I just keep playing around with the TF3D Themes, that were made by the people of this website.
But I got a problem pretty similar the the one of the first post.
After I install a theme everything looks good and fine, but the background of the tabs. This is staying in my ugly o2 blue. And for example in the Gold-Diamond Theme this really looks stupid. Can somebody tell me, which manila file I have to chance to get it black (I like those bricks ) ???
Thanks a lot
Alex

You have to copy some Luaq/gles manila files from the original black theme...
Don't know wich ones it is right now but try this one...
I made it for someone else that had some problems with the clock...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=114022&d=1221761928
You can always uninstall it and go back to original manila files...
hey dude,
dunno why, but it didn't work correctly. After installing your cab-file my clock was not "bling-bling" anymore and I was back in January 2008 Re-installed gold theme and hoped that it would keep the background (which was correct now), but it didn't.
Seems as if I have to live with blue backgrounds, or has anybody else an idea???
But thanks for your work anyways !!!

Hi im wanting to change the bricks to plain black, can some please explain how to change this please?
I've searched and searched... is it possible to have "different" background wallpapers in "each" TF3D tab???
Different for each tab I don't think it's possible. From what I understood, only the Home wallpaper can be different from the rest.

This is correct as i believe the same manila file is used as the background for all the other tabs, not individual manila files
i think their might be a way..SHOWACO might be the person who you can ask..he mentioned if people where interested on different wallpapers for each tab for his next theme.
Use Manilla HD.
It changes the wallpaper in all tabs

Thank you!
I was wondering if there was any way of making a 'missed calls' icon/link so that I could use it on my home screen?
Any ideas?

Hi there,
yes, there are various ways to do this. You could install either Dafunk's or DJCedric's graphic notifications mods to achieve this.
Regards.
MaxManila will work (heavy, but a lot of customization possible). Cookie's Home Tab can also do it (and it's much lighter)

Aren't those for MaxManila and Sense 2.5 only?

Yes, that's correct. You will need to have the relevant Max Manilla version installed to use Dafunk2's mod, and MaxTTM to use DJCedric's with sense 2.5.
Cookie HomeTab here I come...
Thanks
I'm after the following mods if it's poss, i'm just getting round to making the phone look nice and i don't know where to start being a complete novice at this.
i want to:
1). loose the border around the text under the tabs in cookies home tab app
2). loose the border around the bit where it says calender, alarm and date on the home screen
3). loose the border around the clock
4). make the wallpaper fill the whole screen i.e so it gets behind and looses the black bars at the top and bottom of the screen
5). get some better icons for the task bar at the top
any pointers would be cool
Try Cookie's Home Tab Editor (made by johncmolyneux) and HDWall for complete HD Wallpapers. You can also try MaxManila to customize the look of your homescreen.
Also look for CSMI (Customize Start Menu Icons) and transparent sliders and such. Just search the themes ans apps forum and you will get a lot of hits to these threads. Good luck and Happy hacking!

2. AntonioMistretta has a cab posted somewhere in HD2 themes and apps that does this... think it is called calendar transparent.cab
4. you need HDwall with HQwallpaper patch to achieve this... search for the HDwall thread created by dragonsoft.
5. i use brians taskbar greek edition

manila is what you are looking at when you run your phone normally. (Also known as HTC sense)
Co0kies hometabs makes manila into something it should have been from the start, (but then what would co0kie do for fun if it worked right from the start? huh? huh?)
There is also Max Manila, which is kinda like co0kies, in that it makes standard manila better.
You CANNOT have co0kies and max installed at the same time.
