Why gprs connection in wm6.x cannot hold a gprs connection. it's always disconnected for some damn reason!!. it is the rom or ba device to make this happening. in wm2003se, gprs are still hold until it disconnected, please tell me which damn rom that can hold a gprs connection!!!!!!!!
according to another thread there some radio problems, 1.13 are better for gprs connection, so i have downgrade radio stack to 1.13, but still disconnected for some reason.
btw, sorry for my language, cause i'm really need a GPRS connection!!!!

bro... install the schap's advance config. there is a tab which shows you the gprs connection timer..

i have install schap's advance config, i change menu>connection setting (Gprs)Always on. for 4 or more hour still disconnected!.
when sign in to wmLive messenger, mySignal is gone, and gprs is disconnected sometimes, not always!. but 2 or 4 second signal is back again to normal. there's something wrong with wmLive messenger?.
i'm using BA n wm6.1 but don't have your problem... my radio ver is 1.15

Try to keep Online for 1 or 2 days with GPRS connection.
don't disconnect until the GPRS timer reach 12, 24 hour, or more. if you can, Tell me!.

ahh, forget it. this is bug if we get wm6.1 on BlueAngel. maybe the power(battery), or windows system itself(oldMachine on BA) for Gprs.

Can anybody tell me how to disconect the gprs when I'm done with it. I got the ppc2003 on my Qtek1010 and now the only way to disconnect is to turn the phone off!That can't be right?

I hold the red "End" phone key down for 2-3 seconds, and that drops the GPRS connection.

i have big problem with roms to BA
any 6.1 roms have problems with wifi and bluetooth.
Bloototh working only in one way (i can send files but i cant recive), is there any fix to repair this bug? only Helmi rom 6.0 working properly but it is slow and i need to reset my ba twice a day ;( anyone know rom witch is fast and have working wifi and bluetooth?
on xplodes Wm 6 bluetooth works well (reciving+sending).
wlan works too, but it´t a bit buggy too, because since helmi´s WM 6, all roms use the same WIFI driver.
but thear is an new rom on pdaviet that comes with a new wifi driver.
this one support wpa 2 and seems not to be so buggy.
hope we will se it in xplodes next rom !

It will be maybe 20th time: Turn on Beam in control panel/comm manager and you will be receive incoming files on Bluetooth. Don't ask my why, ask Bill Gates.

yeah, i turn off beam on comm manager and activing bt, still cant receive file..

Need to apply registry fix first to enable bluetooth file transfer:
\HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Obex\IsEnabled, change from 0 to 1,
Check box for Receive all incoming beams in connection settings.

So you confirm me that every 6.1 rom version has problema with wifi wpa security???
In my personal network i can connect just a second but it's impossibile stay connected..

Hi everyone, sorry if I post this in the bad place but I search for the radio upgrade at the wiki and I wanned to upgrade to version 1.13 BUT the link seams to be broken or something. I just got my BA and loaded the Xpload 6.11 rom and I have major bugs the wifi doesnt turn on the phone wont turn on most of the time the BA freezes lots of problems and i'm not new i have had a wizard ,Q,treo 650 and several others

Try setting your notebook's firewall settings, might help. happened to me after i upgraded to WM6
Enable USB to PC in Settings
In got the same error connection, after upgrade to WM6 on Qtek 9090
In my case the problem was on network properties of Qtek, when connected.
Right-click (in control-panel/network-connection) the Qtek entry / Then properties
- check only tcp/ip protocol and MS network services
- I've disabled bindings for VPN and packet-trace utility
Activesync 4.5 WORKS GREAT NOW
Have a nice WM6 upgrade.

You have to hard reset after upgrade read wiki about howto the hard reset in WM5\6\6.1 is difrend than in WM2003\2003SE.
@solved: to sync with a PC via ActiveSync you should have "DHCP Client" Windows Service enabled!!!

Let say i have a computer with no internet connectivity, and my trinity windows mobile 6.1 is 3G enabled. How should I configure such that my trinity will still connecting through 3G whenever it is synching with my computer? (Currently, 3G internet connection is lost whenever the USB cable is plugged in to sync-activesync).

have u try the internet sharing?.. its on the comm manager, what rom u use? .. if its not there u can enable it using Schap's Advanced Configuration Tool V2.1, then try it..

.. i am not trying to enabled internet sharing for computer..
what i am trying to establish is ..
remain the 3g connectivity on the trinity when it is connected to the computer.
coz currently.. it is trying to route all internet through my computer when it is sync..
my rom is Marry 3.7.

it is not the case.
i am able to keep my 3g connection on while sync. just that the traffic doesnt go through it.. it is trying to go through the network on my pc/..
so i cannot understand your prob.. and.. sorry

Did you try in ActiveSync to go to Connection Settings and check Allow wireles connectionon device when connected...
Also when you connect for first time to ActiveSync on one of the dialogs it will give you similar option.

Hi friends,i flashed my artemis with dewatara's ARTE_LOVE_WM65_23414_beta1 rom. But there is a big bug. On comm manager the wifi switch doesn't function....and no wifi connection is possible......any suggestion?

Hi, iv'e had this problem on many Roms, I found that Shady313_-_WifiInit.cab
does the job.

I've had the problem that my wifi network was visible in the network list, but the device isn't getting any further than "Connecting" and after a minute or do it'll says "Cannot connect to the network. Check your network and service provider settings an try again"
I've tried you .cab file but no luck...
Any more tips?
Btw i have a Dutch Artemis so the IS Wifi hardware (wifi antenna hardware visible)
