Need help for my SD card
I have tried to recover it using Get Data Recover My Files. I could see my "lost data", but they were truncated. I tried another software (SalvageRecovery) and I thought it could recover my data better than the other. Nevertheless, I didn't have its crack or enough money to buy it.

Hi Guys,
I just had my storage card corrupted for some reasons i dont know. Filenames suddenly turned garbage and filesize are senseless. but before i trace the cause of the problem, I'd like to recover my lost files first. Could you guys suggest what's the best data recovery tool for storage cards in our PPC? Thanks

I've bought a class 6 8gb sd card but how do I start using it?!
When I put it into the phone and try to restore a nandroid backup it doesn't let me.
I have tried copying everything onto the new sd card from the old but it won't load.
I can't find anything on here, can you direct me?!
Help!
Also, when I try and format in the phone it says 'format aborted'
Have you tried formating via your PC? If that does not work, possible exchange at the store you got it at. Had the same prob with a 16gig. it's kind of a let down.
Can I factory restore my phone (through the settings option) without removing the memory card that's in it? I've got a case that's a pain to take on and off. If I factory restore it with the card still installed, will it wipe everything on the card? Any/all help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
It shouldn't do anything to the external SD card, but to be on the safe side (there is always the chance something strange could happen) make a complete backup of your SD card on your PC or laptop or where ever, It might take a little while, but it will give you a backup in case something happens and you can do it without taking the case off of your phone. Plus, you never know when you might need to get something from the backup you make. Good luck.
yes.....
Thanks for the quick replies. I was only worried that, when restored, the phone wouldn't read the memory card until it was ejected and then re-inserted. I do have a back-up of the card on an external hard-drive as a precaution. Thanks again!
A couple days ago my phone showed an error in the memory card that in in the end seems to be a corrupted card. I was working away from home and couldn't connect it to my desktop so decided to just buy another memory card and keep using it until I go back home tomorrow ( it didn't work either, will need to do a factory reset probably) and then try to recover the lost data. So far I have used dr.fone, recuva and wondershare data recovery without succes.
I know the memory card is in raw format cause I was using as shared internal memory, but I'm totally lost about how to recover my photos. I'm used to do it from normal memory cards or hard drives, but I don't know if because it was internal shared or what, I can't seem to find a solution.
Is there any other software or an specific way to do this?
Thanks guys!
Hi I wanted to clean the cache partition from stock recovery but accidentally factory reseted my Nokia 6.
The SD Card was formatted as internal storage and now the phone does not recognise it and all the data is stored in there with no access and yes it is not accessible from any computer.
So is there a way to recover those data?
Happened to me last year. I tried a lot of things and lot of searching but sadly, nothing could help me recover the SD or the data. I had to get a new SD card.

New SD Card isn't the problem the problem is the files within the SD Card. There are some very important files in there.
I have found something (or so) a software called Disk Drill it is a paid software but haven't tried it. Don't know if it works or not
