when l was upgrading my HTC TOUCH CRUISE it stopped in boot mode.now there are three colours on the screen and some writings(POLA100 SPL-1.30.0000 CPLD-2)there is cit unlock in it.l bought it from Spain but now l am in Turkey.l tried lots of things but l couldnt fix it.please some one help me.everyone say that xda is the biggest forum about htc and l can find someone to help me here.l need your help please.do u have any solve to my problem??????
Download a new rom, when you are in 3 color boot mode, put the USB to join to your PC and launch the upgrade on your pc.
Until you see 3 colors mode the polaris is Ok and you can reinstall new rom.

I tryd to change my Extended Rom from French to Dutch or English... with some file i dont know... im new it this stuff and i F**kt it up!!!
My Qtek just goene black and on the screen u can see USB 1.0.0
After open the baterycover and plug in back the qtek starts BUT after starting install the original app. it goes back to thr BLACK screen and nothing happens.
If I plug in the USB and connect it with my pc, it comes on the screen USB 1.0.0 ....

Best thing to do is go to bootloader mode and installing a new flash.
Bootloader mode can be found on the forum, but to help you out:
press simultaniously: camera button + power + soft reset (last one with the stylus)
Then start the rom update on your pc (do not use this from vista it wont work (or you have to find the fix online..)
Easiest way is to flash from windows xp works like a charm.
I have the same problem than rocky_gent but I can get the bootloader mode
i'm stack in bootloader mode ! And when i connect the usb cable doesn't display the "USB" but insists with "Serial V1.00".
I want to upgrade my rom from a secure digital (sd) cause i don't have another choice!
I 've been surfing through forums but i only found how to make an sd to upgrade your phone when you have an mda or xda (.nb1 files) . Qtek's roms have .nbf files !!! So i'm looking instructions to make an upgrade sd card with .nbf files (Qtek , Htc Magician) and not .nb1 (Xda)!!

but my prophet cant even be readable on the pc to download a new rom when i connect it there is no any reflection that there is a new usb device connected while the usb workin well i tried it with any other usb device and i tried my propchet onmore than one pc

Additional RECOVERY steps for 3 colors screen boot-up after flashing...
a. Force Bootloader Mode MANUALLY Then flash PVtemp or NVID for prophet( P.S. the boot up screen will be changed to Qtek...),
b. ( Optional) Use Lazy_Tool to upgrade to WM6.1 (default rom is Cloudyfa's 19213-clean, you may change if you want...)....^_^,

connect my phone with Active Sync Open RUU click next>Next>next then its start Loading my phone screen bcom color like Red blue write something IPL at the top RUU and at Bottom USB ok now when the loading start suddenly Active sync Disconect and exits automaticly then after few second RUU setup stop and say Cant find Device i tried many time still this Happen what should i do???

As for the beggining I would like to say that i have read all topics reffering hd2 white screen stuck on this forums already, but i wasnt sure if i can reffer to them in my situation. I would really aprichiate any help from experts in those "things".
So my situation looks like this. I have a htc hd2, that is stuck on htc thite logging screen. I received it just today, all i know is that there was some different roms being installed on it. I would like to wipe it and make it work again. The thing is i dont see any usb storages on my pc when i connect it via usb, even though the card is there (i belive it is initialised while the device is fully on). Anyways i gues that i cant connect with pc - telephone.
What i tried to do is wipe it with home button + volume up- It havent worked.
I check up other topics where u guys said to reflash the rom etc, but i have no usb communication.
I would like to belive that this phone is not a brick now... If anyone is familliar with this problem, i would aprichiate any help.
Are you able to enter bootloader(tricolour screen)?
Ill be happy to try out, could you tell me how to do that?
I found out, is there anything i can do while im there?

You have to download the hd2 toolkit and when you are in the tricolour screen then connect it to the pc and then it see the new hardware and install the drivers hen automatic after that you will see you phone will go in usb modus.
Then use the HD2 toolkit in administator modus
all you have to decide is what os you will be using Android or windows 7.5.
I installed windows 7.8 yesterday made by ansar and works like a charm it looks like windows 8 mobile now.
There are enough sources here for you to find out how to put on a new rom it`s verry easy .:good:
I m HTC 7 trophy and i thing its bricked. The phone is not charging plus it only gives display when plugging usb to pc. After connecting to pc the HTC logo appears and gives 7 vibrations. I had searched too much things on xda and i m able to get to bootloader mode where i checked the SPL version and its 1.10 but the problem is When i get to bootloader mode, the driver didn't installed on the pc rather then there is no response on PC no sign of notification of installing drivers. I cannot get the bootloader mode Serial version to USB where i can flash my HTC 7 trophy.
Sorry for my bad english.

Google HTC Sync drivers for your operating system and install. Windows 7 should install them automatically unless you have search for drivers through Windows Update disabled.

I meant use Google to search for HTC Sync or usb drivers for Windows Phone 7 and make sure they are compatible with the OS on your computer. I am running Windows 7 64bit and they install automatically when plugging the phone in while on boot screen.

hi there.. i think that i have almost the same problem here .. my trophy is half bricked becaouse in bootloader mode at the white part i cant see usb or serial .. if i turn it on i get only screen with conect to computer.. but i can enter usb host mode .. i have got here all the stuff for a gold card but the web site psas.revskills..de is down and there is no way to make goldcard.IMG ..so what now? the hard restore is not working ..getting the same screen again... any help?

hi there .. im stuck with my trophy more than one month now.. im very new in this htc phones world, have phone only for two months.. reading forums everyday and looking for solution and i think that we have pretty same issue, and only solution is to flash rom with an gold card ..what is not possible at the moment caouse the web site psas.revskills..de ,where u have to generate some file called goldcard.img and to patch it on your sd card, is down .. so i dont know what to do anymore ..i got all the things what i need to make this gold card thing but no luck using sony-ericsson from 5 yeras ago at the moment hahaha

i use an htc trophy 7 windowsphone, all of a sudden it just displayed htc and wasn't going beyond that, when i unpacked the battery and power it on again it vibrate 7times and it hangs. pls how can i resolve the issue
