I urgently need help with my BA
I attempted to upgrade to Beta version:WM6.1 CEOS 20262.Build 19949 Aku1.2
by sun dream and now its stuck in the bootloader screen, I have gone through the wiki of BA and have done various suggestions on how to hard reset my device but nothing seems to be working. Any help extended will greatly be appreciated. Thanks and More Power to all you guys!
Flash again. If no progress - flash different ROM. Never forget about proper HR after each flash.
hey out there,
i do have some problems with my Blue Angel the last days, i flashed a new rom
1.15.00
1337.45
V.6.01.09 DVH
and had Problems with active sync, seemed like it didn't get an Ip adress.
so i flashed sunwell 6.1 and i was able to synch but radio rom was missing and i wasn't able to do calls at all. Hard/soft resetted reflashed flashed other roms, but now i stuck directly after the Bootloader screen when showing windows mobile 6 logo.
It makes an annoying "Bling" and it's reacting on commands, Stylus or Power button, but i didn't finish starting even after 10 min. I flashed some other roms.
same problem. any suggestions?
sorry for abusing this thread but i didn't wanted to start a new "wuhuhuhuhu i bricked my friends BA" thread.
thanks florian
edit.
if starting now it shows Radio and GSM None
hm...formatted with mtty restarted
put sim inside.
displaying R,G NONE when booting.
soft resetted, displayed right data.
Booted, finally working whyever.

Hi all,
Since last friday I'm the happy owner of an S200, until sunday atleast. After a soft-reset, initiated from windows, my device won't boot anymore. It hangs in the red-green-blue bootloader screen (says: IPL 2.09, SPL 2.09). I've tried soft-resets and hard-resets, but the device would consequently keep hanging in the bootloader.
So for the past few days I've been searching the web and just managed to update the ROM. I was expecting that updating the ROM succesfully would mean my device would boot again, but it still keeps hanging in the bootloader (saying IPL 2.09 SPL 2.15 now, so the update did take place).
Does anyone has any idea whats wrong with my phone? Or how to fix this? Please help.
* bump *
I've been searching further and tried to do a SD dump, but I'm getting the message I don't got enough rights to perform a SD dump. This meens my S200 isn't CID unlocked. Is there any way to CID unlock the device without the need of booting into WM?
The solution to your problem
Hello, if you are having bootloader screen right after starting your mobile (prophet) check if your camera button is depressed since i had the similar problem. In my case i had to disassembly the phone in order to fix it. Right after fixing the button it worked fine
hi syzzer,
i really feel with you - why? - i have the exactly same problem. after i tried to upgrade my rom from o2-germany to another one the device isn't starting anymore and hangs in the beautiful-colored bootloader. and now, if i just even want to re-install the same or another rom, doesnt matter which one, the s200 wont start again. i think this is a really unlucky situation for us to stand alone with our weak pda =) hoping for more help, otherwise we have to take up our warranty and try to get it fixed by the store we did buy it (if a rom-update damage is still in warranty )
good luck

hello Syzzer
I have the same problem, but i make a soft reset and it works.
Camera but + Com Button + Power
Wait until message appear.
You Get the message : For Hard reset press send
If you choose other key the system boots normaly.
I had already tried all your suggestions, but nothing seemed to work.
About a month ago I bought a Trinity. In the mean while, I forgot I had put my S200 in my bag and carried it around for a month. When I found it a week ago and started pressing random buttons, it suddenly booted and has been working ever since! The problem has gone as mysterious as it came. I can only imagine there was some hardware failure / dirt in my device that caused the trouble and is now gone / moved to some place it does not do harm. Because I already bought a Trinity, I gave the S200 to my brother. He's been using it ever since and did not have any problems. So keep your head up, there's hope!
I m also having the same problem
Now I am having the same problem, no button is pressed, and I can not install the NVID ROM
Actually I can install only a few ROMs, the NVID ROM was working before on my Neo perfectly but, I think it can be because I have changed many ROMs, from a month, actually I have tried different WM6 ROMs and I used NVID ROMs mostly for Step 1.
Now when I install any ROM, it shows a msg some nbf one after 80% or 95%
It can install the pdaviet first step ROM, but now the problem is that it hangs very much and it can not start Wifi, it has stopped working, a few more ROMs i have tried, but the WIFI is completely stopped.
When I press it in communication manager, it will show busy icon for a few seconds and will not start it in end.(I tried it in both WM5 and WM6, same problem, I also tried after soft reset and hard reset, the problem is still there)
Please someone help me out.
I upgraded my SX66 to WM6 and it worked fine for about 6 weeks, then it froze so I reset it and now it hangs up on the Windows Mobile Splash screen. I've tried hard resets, reflashing the ROM, and reflashing the radio stack but nothing helps. The versions I have currently loaded are R - 1.15.00
G-1337.45 and D- 5.60.00. I also tried reflashing with xplode's version 6 but then it hangs on the 4 striped screen. If anyone has any ideas please help, I'm lost without it.
hello,
try reading my thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=352399
i was stuck there too and i did a hard reset.
remember to change the 2 options and push the mail button!
best of luck
jason
IT WORKS!!!
Thank you, thank you, thank you. I had tried that but didn't know I was supposed to push the mail button to save it. My PDA is no longer a brick! Thanks again.
OK I am stuck at the screen showing IPL SPL GSM and OS.
I was wanting to change the ROM so I used Resco backup and made a full backup.
Then I flashed back the original Rom for my Cingular 8125 / HTZ Wizard
Then I flashed to HTC Business Edition ROM CE OS 5.2.1622 Build 18128 AKU 4.4 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=376667
Then ran my restore but since I forgot to put in my name and other personal info it said some stuff couldnt be restored so I Put in all my info and then did the restore again and it said it was complete and needed to soft reset so I said ok and now Im stuck at the boot screen like I said.
Since Im at this spot active sync wont connect and I cant reflash that way.
any help or ideas would be appreciated.
Cheers,
Chris
I am sort of in the same boat, got the wizard flash with buttons image, but now it won't connect via activesync, hopefully we will both get an answer.
cholubaz,
I got my problem solved by ....
1) doing a hard reset on my phone
2) un-installing active sync AND deleting the active sync folder then re-installing a fresh copy
I wanted to pull what little hair out that I have left, but it all came out good.
I fixed mine too just a few min ago
Mine wouldnt even hard reset. Holding the Power button down did nothing no matter how long I held it down.
I took the battery out and put it back in after a few min to a few hours and still it would only boot to the same screen I mentioned.
What I found out was that if I held the camera button in and then turned on the phone I was able to get in to boot loader mode and then I was able to reflash to a new ROM.
So Im back in business now
Cheers,
Chris
IPL 1.00
SPL 1.00.0000

I frustrated and sadden that I can't fix this problem so I turn to you guys for advice. Please help me.
I was using Prophet Touch X flawlessly, until I saw the Iphone V1 and 1d-super prophet.
I successfully flashed to 1d and it ran great! but I want to see how Iphone looks like so i tried it. That's where the problem arise.
The flashed failed so I started bootloader and flashed back to fantastic b4. It worked but become extremely slow. So i flashed to Nanoscopic and the problem still there.
I also did a Hard reset and it didn't help.
I flashed to 1d-super prophet and nothing changed.
The machine is now extremly slow. The orange amber light won't turn off dispite me flashing different ROMs
Currently as I'm typing, the machine won't get pass the initial IPL, SPL, OS screen. It''ll hang for about 1 minute then fade to white and restarts the whole thing again. It keep on looping.
oh my! I just noticed after my post that my machine intially SPL ending was 0001 and now it's 0000. What the heck! is this the cause of the problem??? is this possible?
update:
I entered the machine into Bootloader and loaded Fantastic b4. All success but when I check the Main battery, it stated that it's being charged eventhough it's not plugged into a power source....very strange.
please help.
More discoveries.
The audio is also not working and machine won't connect to active sync
It's fix!!! So much trouble and time consumped but I'm greatful that it work out well.
I used the Prophet Tools Light and did a Hard SPL flash.
Thanks to the author and this forum. Greatly appreciated!!
I have a cingular 8525 (Herm100) that I was running windows 6.5 on from Scotty 93.
This ROM the HTC Home version.
Recently it started hard resetting randomly and finally the last time it hard reset on its own, it became stuck in bootloader mode. Whenever I try to flash a Rom on it everything works fine and the progress bar comes up until the very end. As soon as the progress bar disappears, the Rom should boot but the bootloader just comes back up. I have HardSPL 2.10 from Olipro on it.
I looked at common bricked hermes cases and it didnt fit any of them. I have run out of ideas of what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Nevermind
wow. nevermind. I think I may have fixed it It seems like it has an internal battery or something because I had to remove the battery and let it sit for an extended period of time before it would start to boot up normally. Then when it did, I just flashed the old prerequisite ROM as soon as I could establish a connection with my computer. It seems to be working totally fine now.
