Problem with X1 Panels

Since installing spb3 i was having problems with it eating the battery.
long story short is I done a hard reset on my phone, and reinstalled spb3 and a few other progs.
the problem I am now getting is my 'normal' panels aren't working, and freeze the phone if I go into them.
I have hard reset twice since, and tried to access them without loading the spb3 shell, but to no avail.
what could the problem be, as it's really bothering me having a phone with these great panels.... that now don't work.
the panels I seem to be having problems with are (from internet sourced pics, not my own)

the middle one on the top line, and the second one on the middle line.
when I try to go into them, the phone freezes, and the only way to cure it is to do a soft reset with the stylus into the wee hole behind the cover.
please help me, as I loved my X1 until all this started happening.
It has only occurred since installing spb3 a few days ago

Not too sure on what the exact problem is, but it may have something to do with a few dll's conflicting.
Best bet is to backup whaterver data you need, and reflash the rom so that everything's restored to default.
Sorry if it doesn't help, rmb to Hard-SPL before using a cooked rom!

how could i go about reflashing the ROM? can you point me in the right direction?
and what does Hard-SPL mean? sorry for being a newb!

Sync Failure

Hello, sorry for creating a topic, but i couldn't find an answer reading the first 10 pages of this thread.
So, i have a TD2..
i installed the Active Sync 4.5 to my Computer (Runs on XP - SP2)

The 1'st picture shows the Active Sync menu, its quite empty
The 2'nd picture shows the box's that are checked. Hope its the right way.
The 3'rd picture, appears when i press Connect on the 2'nd picture.
In the 4'th picture .. we have the searching menu, and it ends with picture number 5.
Now, when i reinstall and install again the Active Sync to my Computer, it appeared the following msg, on picture number 6.
So .. i checked in the Device Manager, and found out that a Yellow Warning Sign was present
I really would appreciate some help, because I'm a n00b in these area. Thx in advance.
P.S. The Computer has no problem with the Micro SD card.

I had the same issue, bur plugging to different USB port (on PC) solved the issue. Try that and keep us posted.

Cant Fastboot.. plz help

i wanted to update my phone to 2.3...it had 2.1..
wen i tried to fastboot it showed waiting for device..
i even tried updating my drivers bt its nt working plz help..

Do you have a ROM with Fastboot and drivers ?

You dont have all the drivers installed , you are missing one specific that makes your phone be recognized in fastboot mode...
Download Drivers for your computer recognize the phone in fastboot mode. Unzip and put the files inside the folder in C:\android-sdk (take a look of the 3th image)
INSTALL WITH YOUR PHONE PLUGGED:

did as u told bt...it shows Cannot continue the hardware update wizard....the wizard cannot find a much better match for your hardware......

Hi,
Same thing happened to me. There are 3 problems;
First is that you do not have enouch battery power to run RDS.
Second is that you have to load SBF file again with RDSLite.
Third is that you have to unlock your bootloader not to have the same situation.
But to make you feel happy, I can say that your phone is not bricked.
We shall go step by step for your problems. First of all, do you have second battery or can you supply it because it is necessary to overcome second and third problem ?

I'm having the same problem "failed to boot 2". Minus the battery part.
I did all the following steps a few months ago to update to the new gingerbread firmware from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1182871
Claims I would have an unlocked bootloader, root, and CWM. Which, I have root, CWM, and evidently still on a locked bootloader per a post I read on androidforums.
I'm lost as I've been reading so much that I've done confused myself on what I should actually do, and feel worse off than I was before I started reading.
Overall, my phone works fine. I just wanted to flash a different ROM. I'm just not sure where to start to fix my problem (redo all the steps in the post I linked up, or flash a whole other SBF file). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Erisin es4046 problem

i have got a 5.11 1024x600 erisin es4046 HU.
I installed Malaysk custom rom after first reboot it wont boot anymore.
meens that the screen is black.
i cant boot to recovery menu.
have u any idea ?

So i had the same kinda issue, i reformatted my SD card with partition magic and then was able to boot from it.

I have an Erisin ES4046 with the original firmware and I would like to know if it was possible to change the assignment of the right button of the car radio when using the FM tuner?
Currently, the right button is used to navigate through the memories of the memorized radio stations. I would like to know if it is possible to assign this button to the setting of the radio frequency?
