Reflash

I am a beginner around here... so can someone tell me how to reflash my wizard device? (i have read the threads from "upgrading section" but i just want an app to reflash it, not to up/down grade it). I have wm6 IPL/SPL 3.08, os 10.2.0.8, gsm 02.19.11 (i dont know if this matter) and i don't know if is cid unlocked.

you just need to flash the rom you currently are running, contact your phone's supplier/retailer, or read more

i want to flash it by myself.. i already gave them 10E . I want to learn how to flash it but i need some help. Should i use RUU_mun_aRTM_10.2.0.8? i wanna keep my current windows version, ipl/spl. Any hint guys?
EDIT: one more thing: what is the difference between ipl/spl 3.08 and ipl/spl 2.26?

Get any ROM that only include only OS should be fine.
3.08 does not have big difference comparing to 2.26, just a little speed improvement.
p.s. You can save the 10E instead...You are G3 Wizard!

EDIT: i found something: nbd 7.3 - i think this is what i need.

sorry guys, i have one i found - my mistake for being ignorant lol.
i need to update IPL and SPL to V2 .xx for both. how do i go about doing that ? and tutorials and files would be apprecieted

to upgrade to 2.xx, look for the official t-mobile usa 2.26 rom and flash your rom with it. after that you can move to wm6. just make sure that you're phone has been cid unlocked before you start the whole process.

I am very much a newbie and now I find myself with a brick of a phone. I wanted to put a new rom with the touch flo on it but it did not work. I upgraded to the SPL 3.08 I think that the right number and then I try to download the diamond 2.0. However the ROM did DL correctly but when I wne to configure it it said windows.autoconfig not found on my 8125 wtf is that all about. I own a cingular 8125. I dont know where to start now. All I want is the touch flow rom but how and where do I start. I even tried to flash it back to the HTC OEM rom but I could not do it. Please anyone?? Help por favor....

I would try to help you, but you will need to type (give) more information that those that I give/ask you. I'll need to know
- Your phone, G3/G4, IPL/SPL/OS/Radio
- The OS you flash page, instructions followed
- Your PC OS used
Read the Wiki (on top of this page, XDA-Wiki) on Wizard section on how to un-brick your phone.

I have a g3 type but I dont have the phone with me. I switched my sim to my treo for now. the OS ROM I tried to flash it with was Diamond 2.0 my SPL 3.08. Any help would be greatful

I have a Cingular 8125 and the ROM I currently have is a Wizard Love/ AKU 2.3
When I turn my phone on it reads this
IPL 3.08
SPL 3.08
GSM 2.25.11
OS. 2.26.10.2
This is what I wanted to do. I wanted to put WM6 with the Touchflo on it but now I am stuck with this ROM I know nothing about. When I try to flash it back to the Cingular ROM is will not update I need a new NBF file? If you can help I would be greatly thankful and would donate to you.

hello to all.. i just followed the wizard guide on wm6 roms and flashed mine and so far works great on my o2 xda mini s. thanks for all who contributed to the guide..
just wanna ask though, do i need to go back to ipl/spl 1.xx if ever i wanted to switch to another wm6 rom? The rom i currently flashed has an ipl/spl of 2.xx..

No i dont think you do but it is advisable you flash back to the original tmobile 2.26 rom before you flash another custom rom, atleast thats what i do!! Hope i have been of help!!

ah.. okay.. what if currently i have ipl/spl version of 3.xx will it also be safe to flash directly the tmobile 2.26 rom? just wanna make sure that the possibilities wouldn't brick my phone..

Hi i'm sebastiano, can someone help me pls?
i've buyed an htc p3450 with windows 6 , but i don't know the id and other codes.
i only know theese: ipl 2.20.0002
spl 1.11.0000
this morning i tried to change original rom with onyx 5.6
i've made this things:
i've installed cert.spcs.cab and enablerapi.cab
after using ELF_USPL_2.26.0000 i made the procedure for charge rom
and all were ok.
after i used the new os and its worked good. i made an hard reset before using definitively it. but after 10 minutes the system didn't start yet.
It run the image of Tim Operator and shut down.
The boot loader work now. i tryed to reinstall the sistem, the procedure finish without problem but when the system try to initialize the new rom , display the tim logos and after shut down..
someone know what i do and why system not reboot?
i read that i need the original italian rom for retry all my operations..but i don't know hot to find the id of my precedent rom...
pls help me

yes it's surely elf because on the box the name is htc p3450/3452 Ita S
so elf isn't S i think is the xl model

now i'm going out, but if you can help me to know what is the problem, tomorrow we can meet again
i want to remove tim's brand and i will put in a good rom with large buttons

As far as I know xl is elfin, and if you flashed the wrong rom maybe that's why you got this problem. Anyway here's a link to a good friend who's probably more expert on Italian roms than me, Flaviopak, send him a pm http://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=778494
