Push voice and wifi button ("top" size vario) and then push also with your stylus into the hole benath youre IR port.
You get the option to do a format if you push on the green button.
If this is the sollution for youre problem????
Could be flexcable

Hi,
Is there someone who have a big shoudown button?
I mean same software or plug in to todays screen?
If yes let me know the manufacter.
I usually use a small one together with pocket plus.
Regards
JoseF
i don't like a big shutdown button !!!
i like small.
'batt.arm' is my favourits
Click-and-hold your pocketplus' shutdown button and set it as "large icon", hoping it's big enough for you.
Hi,
I have tried pocketplus 2 , the problem is my qtek hangs 2 3 times a day.
With the older version 1.3 I have not the possibility to change the to larger icon.
Thanks any way
JoseF
I'd like to start off by saying thank you to all those who've put effort into this project. My friend with an I-mate JAM is now incredibly jealous of me. Here's the problem...when my screen is rotated, the directional button doesn't take this into account (aka, they respond as though its still in portrait mode) Is anyone else having this issue? It's incredibly annoying while trying to use Pocket IE because to scroll down, I have to push "left" on the d-pad. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem? Thanks in advance for any help!

same problem
i am also suffering the same problem . dont now the solution .
P.S - buzz the g8 pl help on this matter
Dear,
I think the solution is to avoid soft-reset in landscope mode
Cheers,
Nope, unfortunately that is not the origin of this problem. I've never (In my life) soft resetted this device in landscape mode. It never worked in any version of Windows Mobile 5.0 that I've used.
Thanks for the stab...
Matt

Dear all,
I will really appreciate if you can help me. Yesterday my Qtek S110 freezed and looks like dead one. No soft or hard reset works, battery indicator is not working, but I can hear some low clicks and red/green buttons sometimes blinking. Is anybody knows is it possible to make hard reset by other way(not just press power and reset simultaniously)? I hope I can recover my lovely device .... Please help. Any ideas are really appreciated.
This is my first post and I must say that this is a great group of people who know what they are talking about!
Anyways, I have had my 8525 for about two weeks and I am loving it. For whatever reason some of my buttons do not work! The dpad works but the two soft buttons, the start button, ok button, email, PIE, and the green and red buttons don't work. The power, scroller, comm manager, the left ok button and the PTT all DO work. I did a hard reset hoping that would fix it but no luck. I been installing and trying a lot of programs but I thought after the hard reset that any program that screwed this up would be gone. Please help I love this phone and really don't want to take it back.
Thanks,
Dan
I took it back and that solved all of my problems.
you took back , what?

My hermes has a similar problem, buttons under the screen sometimes won't work, but if I turn off backlight and turn on, it works... but not very well because if I press green button then red button continually, buttons don't work again after few pressions....
I have changed my ROM but it's the same, it isn't a hardware problem because if I turn the scroll it works again...
This problem is known?
Thank you very muche for your help and sorry for my bad english.
same issue with my TyTN...
Same issue here with Tytn, buttons won't work but if I use scroll button a bit then buttons work again.
Hey guys,
Exactly the same problem here and it's infuriating when I'm trying to make calls on the run and sometimes I can't even pick up calls.
I have an I-mate Jasjam ROM 1.31.305.2.
If anyone has any fixes or solutions that would be great. Or do I have to send it in for repair or something?
So has anyone managed to fix this? Anyone tried a hard reset?
I have no idea how to diagnose the issue and even whether it's a software or hardware fault.
Jasjam- Same here
Also my screen turnes white some times

I'm also having these problems with the front buttons not working. Very frustrating. The problems seem to be platform independent.
I really cannot believe this. When I used the search function I noticed so many people are having these problems with the TyTN, and no resolve.
It's my second machine I received from HTC, first one also had these problems.
HTC sucks BIGTIME.
Hi, I have a TyTN ( or Hermes if you like it more ) but my key for making calls is working really bad, I have to press it very strong to work. I already desassembeled my hermes but no dirt inside and I don't know what to do...
Can anybody help me please?
I have the same problem here ...
