Need your help on why I am getting from the MMS service the following message: UNABLE TO RECEIVE YOUR MESSAGE. It happened after I upgraded to the 2.17.7.2 WWE ROM in my Qtek 9100.
According with the network, the configuration is the following:
In connections:
Name: Expresate
Cellular Line (GPRS)
APN: expresate.digitel.ve
MMS Configuration:
Server name: Expresate
Gateway: 213.026.205.001
Port Number: 9201
Server address: http://expresate.digitel.com.ve/servlets/mms
Connect via: My work Network (I also have tested ISP)
Sending size limitation: 250k
WAP versioin: WAP 1.2
Hope you could help me to solve or fix this issue that is bothering me. Do you know if I have to upgrade the radio version ? which one do I have to use ? Do I have to change some registry in order to get it fixed ? Any other ideas ?
Really thanks for your help

ROM VERSION: 2.17.7.2 WWE
ROM DATE: 2/10/06
RADIO VERSION: 02.07.10
PROTOCOL VERSION: 413.1.03
EXT ROM VERSION: 2.17.7.102
Same problem here... I upgraded my QTEK A9100 (digitel - Vzla) to Vanilla's ROM, then tried Underground ROM, then X-plore 1.1 ROM and finally Faria's 3.3 ROM, and simply the MMS doesn't work properly (cannot send/receive MMS).
Also, when I try to open a MMS message that I composed, I'm not able to open it...
Please let me know if you find a solution.
Another question: did you perform a FULL ROM backup before flashing it? I created a backup using aWizard but the NB file is unreadable by the flashers....
Guys,
This is quite a common problem after people perform a ROM upgrade. If you search the wiki or the forums there is a fix out there as I had exactly the same issue with my HTC TyTn (M3100 orange badged version) and after a bit of time and effort finding the info I have managed to get it all working.
Do a search on MMS settings.
Good luck.
Bezman.
