HTC Audio Booster Registry setting to save your settings - Windows Mobile Development and Hacking General

Hi Is there a registry setting to save your personal settings in audio booster instead of having to manually set them everytime you switch ur phone back on.
Thanks in advance.

Can't Edit some registry settings after AKU 2.0

I can't change some of my registry settings after I flashed to the new Qtek rom (I have a Cingular 8125)...
Why am I blocked from changing these settings? Ext Rom issues? How can I get around them?
which settings? I'm using the latest K-Jam ROM and I have run into that yet.

I'm trying to enable ClearType in Landscape mode
==================
Enable ClearType in Landscape Mode:
Go to: HKLM\System\GDI\ClearTypeSettings\OffOnRotation
* Change Value from 1 to 0
==================
When I try to change this setting I get the following message:
"Error Setting Value: Access is Denied"
It also happens with a few others I have tried, but not with all settings.
I also get edit the setting to force GPRS to stay connected all the time. This is getting really annoying
I have the problem with my backlight settings.
It can only be on 10sec or off.
When I put it on 30sec and go into suspend it will be on 10sec when I start the device.
Qtek 2.17 New Rom
does it allow you to change the setting and when you go back in, it's reverted back to the original setting?
If this is the case, give me a reg key that you're seeing the issue with and I'll give it a shot...

Default Ringtone Doesn't Stay Set After Reboot

I'm one of those people who had an MP3 association problem with ringtones after I installed a 3rd party MP3 player. I took the proper steps to correct the file associations and got the device working with the proper ringtones. My contacts who have personalized ringtones all work and work after the device reboots; however, my phone's deafult ringtone won't stay after reboot. I have it set to OldPhone; however, after a restart the device always put it back to Windows Default ring. Any ideas what's causing this?
If you are used to do registry tweaks change it here HKCU\control panel\soundcategories\ring\defaultsound
put the name of your preferred default sound there
Or take a look in HKCU\control panel\sounds\ringtone0\sound
when you change the phones ringtone in settings\phone the change should appear here.
Bump.
Even after a hard reset this problem is happening again. I've even tried changing the settings directly with a Reg editor but they don't stick. Any help/solution? I hate the default t-mobile jingle.

Click to expand...
Click to collapse
Should have been fixed after a hard reset - you must somehow have a corrupted rom - take it back to t-mobile or flash with original (keeps warranty) or new rom.
