MachinaGod RAPI Unlocker - certificate disable on WM5 v0.1

Hi,
Just an util I got together in no time.
Rapi Enabler, certificate disabler.
Enable all the security on your Windows Mobile 5 phone.
Credits to the author of the ce remote tools.
Instructions:
1. Download the attached file (you have to be logged into xda-dev);
2. Extract it somewhere in your computer
3. Connect your phone via activesync
4. Run the EnableRapi.bat (on your computer)
5. Done.

How does it differ from this CAB file I pulled off the HTC Apache?
I use this in my Extended ROM so that I can run unsigned applications, CAB files, and CPF files during the initialization procedure after a hard reset.

Hi BTT,
This is based on that exact cab. The only difference in enabling RAPI calls also, and doing it without needing user interaction, only needing a activesync connection.
Is a little utility I use for integration into batch files.

Is there a way i can call your routine from code?
I have developed software for WM5 but cannot access the database with the standard MS settings. I would like to give my users the option to unlock the rapi calls and install automatically.

to ronaldovic: I believe this utility is for disabling signed applications so you can install apps that have not been signed. I have used BTT cert cab in my extended rom since he posted it (Thanks BTT, It has been very usefull)
If you are looking for disable cert check so you can activesync with MS exchange without a a SSL . Certificate connection, Micro$oft still offers a download to disable the cert sync check..

Miracle Registry
i checked many registry of "Security policies" in different device, and also SDK.

You can understand how change it for your neccesity.
this was for your refference.
and also i got made one registry file which has many "Certificate Sotre"
from different setting devicees and CABs and SDK Emu.
This registry make your device to enable working many kinds of dll and exe or any other files without digital signed(not for all)
multi user interface files also can effect without digital signatures.
(shellress still can not, but worked with Smartphone signature)
The security revel will be same or lower than SDK emu.
but not completely finish to edit it.
so possibility of some side-effect or unkown problem.
Hope understand this point and use it as test.
But once you use this registry, you got understand why i said it miracle.
just import this registry and make soft reset.
"syntac error" displayed when you import this, but works.i will cheking the reason of this error.
lets test it.

i have a htc 8125 and tried your method and it never gave me a code but when i put my sim card in it says sim lock and unlock? explain how to unlock this d$$m phone.It is a cingular phone but i dont have that service.it is version 2.25

relock mda compact ii

hallo all together
i am using a mda compact ii for six weeks now
i unlocked the device by using lokiwiz 0.3a so i can use my vodafone card from work
now the card reader is gone to hell and i need to bring the mda compact ii to the t-mobile service
so how can i reactivate the netlock before getting the device serviced ???
i allready used the forum help but didn't find a good hint

Well, it depends if you are a tidy person
If you haven't remove your lokiwiz directory, you should have the file 'lock_backup.bin' in the directory, that is approx 65K in size. You can use this file (with lokiwiz) to lock your phone back.
BTW, on the bright side, I don't think they will check your SIM lock. Ironically they asked you to send it back to Tmobile. For my case, they just asked to contact HTC directly.[/quote]

i have found the lock_backup.bin on hdd
in the utils folder of lokiwiz is only pdocread util - so how can i use the lock_backup to flash back to the phone ???
BTW i do not think either that they will check the simlock, but sure is sure ?!?

you should have the Lokiwiz.bat in your lokiwiz directory. You need to run the EnableRapi.cab in your phone, and then run lokiwiz. You will have a 'Lock' option when you run the lokiwiz.bat file. It will use the lock_backup.bin in the directory to lock your phone back. I've done that before.

spv m700

I have a spv m700 (operator orange romania) with wm5 . After i update soft (OS 5.2.1948)(Build 18548.0.7.2) i have some problem with wap acces and internet acces. This operator run at the firs boot aome tasks (disable vlans... etc..).
I want to copy a full image from his operator and unpack it to see what is inside this tasks. Which soft can I use cu copy full image (dump i think that is the name...) from a new mobile and unpack ?

I have an orange spv M700 in UK and i connect to the internet via GPRS and G3. Maybe you don't have G3 in Romania. I would check your internet connections in System in Settings. If this does not work I suggest you call Orange customer services in Romania on 150.

helpdesk from romania doesn't know about their stucture.
I admit that i'm novice in wm6, but i'm expert in w2k3, so i know something about SO and lan...
I ask operator to give me the .cab(s) and .tsk from orange ... but they doesn't knows about what's happened when a new phone with orange software is conected or default reset....
Internet is working in H, so is ok, but wap doesn't work... so, when i see on their task on another phone ... disable vlan 14 ... and some other...
Can i extract a rom image and unpack with some software? That's the solution, i think

Alternative Super CID - SPV Developers down?

Hi folks, i'm trying to upgrade my C500 to WM6 but am failing at using the SPV-Services superCID as the website seems to be down. Is there an alternative way to superCID my C500?

trying to unlock c550
Im trying to unlock a spv c550 but having trouble with the last part, I can get the cert cab installed but cannot unlock.
The bootloader is hurricane not typhoon can someone help please.

the C550 isn't a typhoon it's a huricane, you are better off asking the question in the huricane forum

On Kar-Hoe pages in tutorial is second alternative how to unlock your Typhoon, look link:

- Keep your Tornado connected to ActiveSync.
- Extract it with WinRAR etc.
- Open the Lokiwiz.exe

L. Lock

How can I Super CID my SPV C500 without SPV-Service?

Hi everybody!
I want to upgrade my SPV C500(Orange) to WM6 but it not applications unlocked.
How can i do it without Orange method or SPV-Services?
Can i get a similar application to SPV-services for application unlock my smartphone?

Change 00001001 from current value to 1
Change 00001005 from current value to 40
To do the sim unlock, you have to use SPV service or the other tool Karhoe linked to.
