I install flash player 7 in pda..But no watching flash short film in opera and IE..
what can i do
The Flash Lite is not yet officially released. You can try out a few ROMs that are cooked with Flash installed and works well with Opera as well as PIE.
The Flash 7 you installed is a plugin for Mobile Internet Explorer. I believe that Opera 9.5 come with Flash Lite 3.0. Neither version will allow you to watch most videos. YouTube has a mobile site that is supported by the HD but of course, the HD also comes with the YouTube client. Pocket TV is a top rated free application that plays MPG's and some other formats.
Hi, I just saw this YOUTUBE video of the new Omnia 2. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ujkiuyQxJM
It has opera mobile built ion and if you watch the video the user is a ble to "zoom in" by holding down on the screen in sliding out. I think thats it is way better than the iPhones 'Pinch" method as you can use it with only 1 finger.
What build of opera mobile is it. Is it new? Has it been released? some1 should port it to opera 9.7.
Same here is it possible to add the zoom onto opera 9.7
i searched the web but i could not find a way to make thetouch hd opera to work...i can not view camgirlslive and youtube and all the other websites like that....the only way is to use skyfire browser....does anyone know anyway to use opera or mini to work properly...
The opera browser is working it is just that that there is not a windows mobile flash plug-in capable of viewing that content at the moment.
However, adobe has said they will be bringing a full flash capable soon to the platform (click here).
Skyfire at the moment is the only one that will have reasonable flash support. For java based website's try Opera Mini at mini.opera.com.

works on my phone with youtube site.
i read that HD2 has a flash player but if you look at this site
www.expedia.com
the portion of flash (to the right) will not be seen
The HD2 comes with a standalone Flash Lite player, for playing SWF files.
Opera does not support Flash (I think the Opera 10 beta may do, but the default installed version 9.7 does not), but IE does.
It's not the phone that plays Flash files. It's the software.
You can also get get Skyfire, a free alternate browser. However, Opera gives a really better browsing experience, so the best choice would be to keep Opera for standard browsing, and use Skyfire for flash.
the Flash Lite player does not play my .swf files??
is this the reason why my kids could not use my HD2 to play on facebook/farmville ?

yes. wait for opera mobile 10 and flash player 10.1 coming early next year to your favourite mobile phone.
So I was just wondering if anybody knew of good web browsers that had Flash support?
I've been using Skyfire and I'm loving how fast pages load and the homepage customization, just wondering if there were other browsers to pick from.
opera 10 beta has flash that works on some sites and a browser called uzard web
theirs really nothing out there better than skyfire in terms of flash having flash opera it just slows down your phone and crashes the browser in my case. Im not too in with skyfire but to watch videos it does the job. I really hate the fact adobe dropped the flash 10.1 for windows mobile it was already half done.
I tried Flash on Opera 9.7, but the results were awful - scrolling was impossible, and the lag... terrible.
On the other hand I quite like the Flash in IE. You can actually play some flash games with very little crashing - Dicewars .
