please i really need ur help
when i was upgrading my jamin to wm2006 i accidentally unplugged the USB while it wasing upgrading and my phone just restarted and never work again it just sticks in the blue screen (i-mate blue screen)
what can i do please help me and by the way i can't connect it to my computer cause there is no windows in it now

swith ON your device..
connect your device to your pc or laptop using your usb cable..
hold down & press the comm manager button (next to volume control button), soft reset button (next to your stylus) & the green button (the one you use to make a phone call)
Press & hold all the buttons at the same time for a few seconds until the splash screen show up..
then you just flash it again with RUU (rom update utility)

hi, after instaling pretty much of applications on my wizard it just stopped respond. if u do a soft reset it boots but freezest on todays screen and thats it. there is a massage dispalied "low memory". i cannot do a hard reset, upgrade rom anything. is there any other way to perform a hard reset ?? (i tried comm mnr+voice+plus soft reste) HELP !!!

Some people have joy with - turn off - press and hold comm, record and camera buttons and press power on.
If that fails you should be able to flash your device with the same rom. Turn off, press camera button and hold then press power button and bootloader multicolored screen should come up. Connect via usb to pc and reflash rom.

I installed SPB Pocket Plus, then I reboot, since then my mobile stops in the boot screen.
Is there a way to boot in safe mode? (I tryied to boot holding the two upper buttons, failed.)
Is there a way to format the mobile before booting?
If I need to reinstall EVERYTHING, how do I do it? Using the USB cable? Where do I get the ROM? How do I procede installing the rom?
Please, I would REALLY appreciate any suggestion,

I did a hard reset now...
A quick Google search got me HERE.
Press and hold both the Comm Mannager Button and the Voice Command Button
While keeping those two buttons pressed, press the Reset Button with your stylus
After about a second you will be prompted for confirmation. Press the Talk Button to confirm

Additionally, if you can still connect to your desktop by USB Cable, you should be able to remove the offending software with ActiveSync without hard-reseting.

that's how i did it:
Plug the device on power
Turn on your device
1. Press simultaneously the 2 upper buttons (comm. & voice) and keep them pressed
2. After 3 s press the soft reset button and keep it pressed for 3 s, (comm. & voice are still pressed)
3. Release soft reset button., (comm. & voice are still pressed)
4. Don’t release comm. & voice buttons until you see on the black screen some Instructions to format your drive.
5. release comm. & voice buttons
6. press call button to start format your drive.

the pocket pc just show a blank white screen nothing else but it turn on can I fix this ?

Hold The Power Button With The Two Buttons On Ether Side Of The Windows And Ok Icon Thay Have Dashes On Them - You Have To Hold All 3 For About 30 Seconds Then The Screan Will Say Return To Factory Defaults Yes Or No Pick Yes And It Should Reboot

While gps button pressed (under green button), press center D-pad button this will bring you to alignment screen it saved me from HR many times.
if this will not work try HR - while gps & explorer buttons pressed, press the reset button.
if this won't help try another rom using SDcard method.
if all will not help its probably hardware.....

I have a serious problem here, was about to give up on the phone but there seems to be some hope out of this mess.
Okay, I was doing a task 29 through HSPL4.exe when it stuck up at 24% and gave Rom update error, (details read something like there has been a communication error etc.). The phone screen showed the Rom update failure screen , when I reset the phone it doesn't power up at all. No bootloader, no vibrations or LEDs, nothing.
Only, when I press the red (end call/ power) button and then press volume up for some time, the phone vibrates twice and the green LED lights up, thats it, the screen remains blank.. When I connect it to USB, my PC detects it, but asks for a driver that I don't seem to have, although I do have Activesync installed (i'm using XP).
Please somebody, get me out of this mess, I'd be so grateful.. Thank you.
Did you try booting into that one screen, forgot its name

do u have hd2 toolkit? btw...if you can get into your bootloader there is definitly hope. long live hd2!!!!!!
I am having the same issue however mine came about when my hd2 got wet after that all it does is vibrate once and nothing happens the LED comes up for like a sec and nothing else happens...
Yeah, it doesn't go to the bootloader when I press the vol down button. But it is detected by my computer when I connect it to USB, isn't there a way it could be recovered thru there somehow?
okay so i left my phone sitting for a while and now it vibrates the bottom buttons turn on when i touch them and the led is in orange and my computer recognizes it too but no display at all....
