My Jasjam shows on 1800Mhz network. When 900Mhz sim inserted, it searches network only but never registers it. I have tried upgrading its radio er to 1.14.10. It is set from Telstra (Aus). Plz help...

I live in Argentina and we have here the 1900 Mhz Band. I didn't find the way to have gsm signal, and I think that I have the incorrect radio version to work in america.

your phone cannot work on GSM 1900 network ! it is GSM 900/1800 phone

GSM 900/1800 phone cannot work on GSM 1900 network!
the bootloader is written for both GSM 900/1800 and GSM 900/1900 phone. you may see something GSM 1900 test on PW10A1 pone , but it does not work on GSM 1900 network.
I have both XDA GSM 900/1800 (PW10A1) phone and GSM 900/1900 (PW10B1). I'm in Canada, only GSM 1900 is available. PW10A1 not working here!
I have a XDA wm2003 with rom 4.00.21 radio 4.21 t-movile test only and It works 900 / 1900 and I must put it on 900/1800 but the rom here "special rom" is ppc2002, if I install special rom, change to 900/1800 and install a wm2003 rom what happens??, it is right? the network will works in 900/1800??.

Is the sticker on the back of your phone PW10A1 or PW10B1? The first is for 900/1800 the second is 900/1900.

the mine is 10b1, there is no way to work in 1800 ?????, its quite important for me.
In my device information -> identity says to me than it is a pw10b1 and the sticker say than it is a pw10a1, i have the 30.09 rom with 4.21 radio version in this case it's works on 900 1800 ?
The sticker is the correct information, assuming it is the original case.
Thank's a lot, but if it's the incorrect network version it can work correcly on 900 Mhz but if it's connected on a bridge with dualband it lost signal right ?

I think you might have used T-mobile (USA) GSM 900/1900 phone (PW10B1) radio stack (radio version 6.25.02 ) to upgrade your GSM 900/1800 version phone (PW10A1). If so, you won't get signal! you have a dead phone, only PocketPC!

I got same problem here, the solution is simple
try to get into bootloader of your XDA , (search on xda-developers how to do it) and change band to your using bootloader
after this DONT touch the band selection tool in phone settings
More help on priv if u need.
If your device is PW10A type (rear sticker), carefully try the RSU 3.25.01 from Carrier Devices then select the right band from the GSM menu in the boot loader.
I have T-mobile wallaby PDA with these specifications Rom ver 3.14.40 ,radio ver 6.18, protocol 32 e4 ,Model PW10B1. I want to use in Pakistan on GSM 900 . When i put my sim card in the PDA there is NO SINAL . I use diffrent GSM operators sim card as well but the same problem i face . I try to search network manualy and automatic but no succes. Now i want your feedback I change the ROM or Radio Stack versions or upgrade what i can do to over come the problem .

I have a strange problem:
After beeing abroad in France, my prophet does not find or connect to the german T-mobile GSM network anymore.
Other networks are working and my T-mobile SIM card works with other mobile phones.
Factory resetting and updating to a newer ROM / radio ROM didn't change anything.
In France, I used the 'Orange F' network, is it possible that they somehow locked the phone to their net?
Does anyone have an idea?
