What AKU do I have ?

How does one tell what AKU version I have on my XDA Mini S ?? Standard O2 ROM installed.
Also - on the comms manager screen - what services/program control the botton left icon (description is Stop Data Service) ... as I find that this icon is sometimes lit, and sometimes not ... I have a push email service running which is the Mail2web one.
Oh yeah - one last question - is there any way to delete multiple SMS from the inbox / sentbox etc ... Am I missing something obvious ?

there is 2 way to check aku version, take the easy way
start-setting-system-about
look into the ( build 14929.2.2.1) for my pda, the last 2.2.1 is the AKU version.
For deleting multiple sms just tap + hold and drag down to the smses...

is that supposed to be correct? shouldt it be 2.2.2 oe w.e

HKLM->System->Versions
the AKU version is in there..

The Cingular ROm 2.25.11.1 WWE is AKU 2.2 so .2.2.0 is correct.

wm2003 with WM6 skin working 100% on imate jam

the say no windows mobile 5 and i agree.
but,there is windows mobile 6 for the imate jam.
of course u are downloading it with no hope but believe me it will work.

Go to activesync>>connection settings and un check "connect via USB"
then go to bootloader mode (camera+power+pen in hole) and then try to install!

WM6 on mda compact
WM6 seems to work on my mda compact but i can't find my camera utility or my mp3 player anywhere.
My camera button doesn't work anymore, please help!!!
My other question is: Is it possible to get my MDA fully in the dutch language?

is this REALLY wm6 for magician? Not just a look-a-like theme/skin or something?

It's a theme + icons update + bigstorage ROM originally made by taxist. The core OS is Pocket PC 2003.

Its wm2003 look at the bottom bar, you will know. wm6 has keyboard control in the middle.

I doubt it will work, the fly100 seem more like a charmer to me...
Magician has PXA 27x processor, not OMAP
64MB ROM, not 128...

I have a little problem with my imate pdal
i buy in ebay my imate pdal, and have windows mobile 6 in chinese, i run the program RealVGA_11 to put the windows mobile in spanish, and the menu come to spanish, but the start menu dont have any icons, i put again the imate pdal in chinese, but when i try to start up the mobile only i see the screen Windows Mobile in blue color.
How i can flashed my imate pdal ???

Flashing your imate with chinese ROM6
1- download the Chinese rom from one of the links I already posted in xda-developer forums.
2- format your memory card in FAT mode (not FAT32)
3- copy the file wmupdat.dip to your memory card.
4- power off your mobile , remove cradel and battery (remove battery for 5 minutes approx)
5- insert your flash memory and battery again , first press and hold the left botton ( above the green handset botton) and press the power botton for 5 secodns without releasing the first botton.
6- the mobile will start flashing the ROM automaticly and restart to the new rom screen.

Upgrading Imate PDAL to ROM6
Hi Imate Pdal Owners,
The Chinese released more than a single WM6 for IMATE PDAL , the last one was WM6.1 and I got it already , I also succseed to get the Chinese ROM KITCHEN for Imate PDAL but the problem is " I haven't any English OEM or SYS for the PDAL to replace the Chinese Language to English " , If some one have them or can help we can reach an English ROM6 shortly , I need also some profissional members to keep in touch for further assistance.
by the way if any of you know Chinese language that would be fine as I need to translate one page regarding the CHINESE ROM KITCHEN.

Thanks for all the information, i made all perfect, but now the problem its i can use the Windows Live Messenger. An i cant re-install the WLMessener !!!
The Camera of course dont turn on.

Now i re-install the windows live messenger, but the camero dont turn on, but my i-mate pdal its in spanish now in 97%

So, no one found an english wm6 ROM ?
the weird thing is that imate is selling imate PDAL with wm6 now, but they are not providing the rom update.... :S

You know what's wierd, if you have a PDAL shipped with WM6, what happens if you needed to reload the rom if there is no ROM?

Yes you can use resco explorer. Search for the file you want to send press and hold that file using your stylus or your finger until it shows you the option. Click SEND TO and then click BLUETOOTH RECIPIENT. Then your BA will search for bluetooth devices that is available for sending. Look at the picture.

hi , i have ht tytn with windows 6.5 , the problem is that i can`t stop from refresh the wi-fi ... i look in every settings and nothing ... pls help ...

I think the problem came from your ROM...
Before I use AT&T official rom (mine is Cingular 8525), only 4 button work... Now I use Windows Mobile 6.1 from CRCs ROM. It's awesome!!!
