o2 xd2 doesnt boot

hi guys i need some help please,
i have a o2 xda2 which doesnt boot, when you start it says "No Gsm"
and 1.72.00WE,
then the screen just stays there,
do i need to upgrade the firmware? if so can someone please point me to the right direction, where to get the files and instructions, as i am a newbie

Help needed please

Can anyone help me out i was trying to downloading a new software upgrade for my mda pro and the computer froze on me no the phone is stuck with the screen saying with no light on serial at the top of it and at the bottom it say v2.01 but when i put the usb cable in or charge it it says usb on the screen instead of serial.The programme crash and now i cant ger out of that screen ive just told u about.I can do i hard restet and the light goes on saying press 0 to restore factory default and press x to exit.
When i press 0 it just goes back to the 1st screen i jst told u abt.With no light on and cant get light on or do anything with it.HELP i think when the update crashed on me it crashed the phone to and just kept on that screen with the serial on it.ACTIVE Sink will not work anymore when i put cable into the comptuer with my phone so updaing my phone agine will not work.Can anyone please point me in the right place to fix this promblem.Many thanx mono33

6915 not restarting....

Could anyone help? Please .....!!
My 6915 is showing a screen with Serial at the top, HP logo in middle and VG. 39 at the bottom.
Tried to do a hard restart........ all it says clearing OK as long as i hold the buttons and when i let it go .... abck to the above screen.
Anyone ..........any ideas.....

u 6915 stucked in bootloader mode..now get appropriate rom upgrade and flash it..then only it will work..

Thanks for help to get out from from the bootloader mode but now after restarting, it is saying no GSM during startup and the phone stop working... anyone help

HW6915 Blue HP logo always

I have been flashing my device, but now when i restart it, alwais is on Blue screen with HP logo and dont run Windows Mobile. I have put it in bootmode and flash again, and 100% flash it's ok, but when restart it's again in Blue Screen with HP logo. What can i do?.

Can someone help me?. Please i need hep

please help me i have a very big problem i delet from my phone the sd card with all my back up know i am in recovery mode and i can flash any rom to open the phne because its empty what can i do know please help
