How do i make sure my phone is unlock and SuperCID. I know if i insert another cariier sim card and if it i can make phone call then it is unlock. is there any other way to say or test is my phone unlock?

With info 2 - HTCSSuperCIDHTCE
with info 4 - HTCSQTEK_506žW’ŸHTCE
In wiki they booth should Return "HTCS" + CID + (4-byte checksum) + "HTCE"
Is my CID - Supercid? or Qtek_506?

just wondering if it is working on my phone and do i need to connect my phone to my laptop with activesync? and do i need to put my new simcard while unlocking it or my cingular sim first then new sim after unlocking. but i thinks i must put the new sim so that i can pput the unlock code. but i need your advices. I reset my 8125 and supposedly relocked the CID so i could send it back to cingular
is there any way to check if it is CID locked so i can retain my warranty?
You can check it using the CID actions button in Wizard Service Tools. From what I've read on here though, the manufacturer doesn't usually check whether or not it's still CID locked anyway.
I checked it, but it shows its still unlocked. I tried using the Lokiwiz backup to restore it and it didn't work. Any ideas on how to get my CID back?

Hmmm....do you mean the phone lock code on the device? or the PIN code?? Did u set a password for either of these and have forgotten? You'll need to be a little more precise on the nature of the type of lock.
[EDIT]: Or are you talking about CID or SIM unlocking a phone? More info needed.

How to tell if my 8525 is locked (sim i assume) to cingular. the sercive is expired and I would put a different sim in if I can determine if it is locked.
Put a new sim in, if it works its not locked, if it doesn't, it is....
