Hi guys I have a o2 Xda II mobile i did unlock it before which i was really happy, now i was trying to upgrade my Rom from the ftp ftp://ftp.xda-developers.com/Himalaya/ROM1.03/ file called: "XdaII_RUU10305ger_o2_de.rar" I have tried to install it then suddenly my device screen just went all black the only words on the screen is USB on top and the bottom says v1.06 .
I have tried to switch off and on took the battery off and on the message stills there dont know what to do i am desperate i think i have ****ed my phone.
Can anyone help please i really need help

sorry for my bad english i am german living in ibiza-spain.i have the problem that my universal had a problem when i uploaded wm 6.1. i never had any problems doing that but this time it is blockt absolutly dead.by doing hard reset it shows 0 reboot x exit but nothig works out screen is black not even charing possible.it would be great if somebody could help me.thanks a lot and bye bye from sunny ibiza.
p.s.it is urgent i have no other phone or modem.

I bought a HTC Touch Diamond two days ago from some guy and it hasn't the Touchflo aplication installed . Where cand I find the aplication and if someone would be kind and explain me step by step how to install the aplication it will be great .
