Bricked m600

ok i think iv killed my m600
i flashed it with the older imate rom the 1.0.9 version
it installed 100% and rebooted and from ther it was stuck on the imate screen for like 10 minutes and i see the following text in red on the top left corner

i tried removing the battery and restarting the fone. still the same thing. can someone please please please help me with this?
what do i do?
im sure orange wont help me out since i flashed it with a non-orange rom.

hi there i seem to have the same problem as you with the boot screen. top left corner say's
IPL 2.10.0001
SPL 2.10.0001
GSM 02.07.20
OS 1.0.13.21
can you please tell me how you fixed yours please it would be a great help

What you could do is flash it with an newer rom
Hold camera button AND reset (be asure that it hold it while resetting)
Then... you are in you bootloader... connect the PDA with your PC..it will recognized it!
Then run the romupdate ;-)

Hi thanks for trying to help me i got my phone in to the 3 colour screen but my computer does not pic it up at all. is there another way to save my M600

Aren't you getting "USB" written in the bottom left corner of the 3 colour screen when you connect it to USB?

Yes i get the USB come up at the bottom of the screen my computer does not do anything. can you tell me which ROM i will need as the ones i have to run the ROM update but it comes back saying connect to ActiveSync which i can not do is there a way round this?

Final got my SPV M600 Working with the ROM from the download area thanks for the help anyway

just change the usb port to another one and start rom it should pick it up

I had a wizard and trying to fix it.
When switch on, blue cingular screen appears and show ipl spl gsm os numbers.. and halts on.... it stays like this...
i enter RGB screen it says ONLY `ipl 2.25 spl 2.25` ...
when i connect it to usb.. USB text appears but when I try to install `love ROM` RUU says, it is not connected check computer check usb cable.. so it is invisiable for computer but in device manager it s shown as winCE syc device when I connect..
do u think it is bricked.. Or theres some to do....

Yes ! if it gets into Bootloaders mode(tricolor screen) with ipl/spl display and when hooked up with pc via usb,a small usb appears at the bottom of the Bootloaders,it means it has connectivity with the pc,You can flash the official rom in the Bootloaders.

ahhh, hardreset. the pumpkin in my eye.

While in Bootloaders (RGB) screen,hook up the phone with pc via usb cable,watch small usb appear at the bottom of the Bootloaders,run the RUU in the Rom you downloaded,follow the instructions,it'll start to flash.let it finish and the phone will reboot.

HTC P3400 Bricked Help needed.

Hi,
while updating my ROM of HTC P3400, i have bricked it. Now when i press any button on the phone nothing happens. Only red and green light flashes once and nothing else happens. No bootloader mode (tri color). No battery charging indication nothing. Phone is compeletely dead. I have some ROM images and set of tools (mentioned on this site) available with me. Please help me recovering my cell phone. let me know some links etc or any other means of getting my cell phone back.
I am in need of desperate help.

Dude read properly here. esp from step no.4
if u tried olip's method n ur mobile is not working.this indicates u hav new gene.proceed from step no.4 from here

i am not able to come in Boot loader mode as well. When i press cmaera key with power on key...nothing happens. Battery is also not out. i have tried my phone's battery successfully in frn'z cell.

Power on your device. When the leds blinks hold camera button and reset the device. That way you should go to bootloader mode and flash another rom.
When I have that problem I solve this way.

htc gene bricked
guys I have the same problem. My htc gene is bricked.I have tried all the methods. I am unable to recover using Orefkov's method. When I try to press power key or soft reset button , onlr red and green light blinks. Nothing else happens. I am even not getting the tri color screen.please help me.

I have the same problem when i enter to bootloader the usb appears on the bottom of screen but i can"t execute the ""mitty.exe""".there is no usb button...

Right click on the Activesync icon and deactivate USB Connection. Wait for the device to be recognized, if it is not being recoginized, change the cable.

I also get a USB at the lest bottom coner!
I do not know how i can find a rom that is corect for my gene 3400 also if you can pleass let me know were i can find the tool to load the new rom too that would be the best

You can install any ROM you feel like, the choice is yours - just make sure that it says that it is for "New Gene"

PPL, I've tried all of it.. hold the camera key and reset/power on etc but my p3400 denies to boot. only answer n disconnect key blinks while trying to reset.
while trying to press the power on key nothing happens,,, no led blinks at all....
pls help...

When I m trying to upload ROM, it is showing : error 300 invalid update tool
Pls help.

my MINI freez on 7% of cookies rom update and i did disconnected usb cable.
now it's still on "software update failed! please try again" and i can't update any rom on it cuz rom update disconnect on 1% and my phone show me again >"oftware update failed! please try again". help me plz

if your phone is locked by provider u cant install custom ROM's

if phone lock in winmo is ur mean,no it's not locked,i just tried for custom rom but i fink thats not downloaded correctly..

Hello Justphemy.
1. Switch the phone off.
2. Press volume down and hold it and then press power button.
3. Release the button only if on bottom down you can see usb.
4. Flash a stock rom (if you have a branded phone you have to flash the appropriate branded rom).
5. Then you can flash your desired rom,only if it is unbranded

when i prees volume down and power button,it just go to 3 color mode (bootloader) and on bottom down i can see "serial"
no my phone is not branded,i try asia rom,europe rom,hong kong,east europe and middle east.. but not worked..

After a while serial will be dissapeared and usb it's going to be displayed
